Scheduling the appointment was easy. Office staff walked through the process, time allotted and explained what would take place.
On cleaning day the crew arrived, set up, did the work and were gone within 2 hours. They left everything cleaned up and explained what they had done.
I 100% recommend them for duct cleaning jobs.

The was crew was neat, efficient and complete. In addition, I had my dryer vent cleaned too. I will be scheduling additional services very soon!

We have been using The Carpet and Air Duct man for over 10 years on our rental properties. Their team has always done a fantastic job with the carpet cleaning/install and duct cleanings but I'm more impressed with their LVP install. They use high quality flooring and their installers are terrific. We have also used them for hardwood floor refinishing, patching and install. I always recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.

What can I say about basement carpet that seems to totally upgrade the whole space? I was able to choose a beautiful carpet with great pile and lush feeling in one day. Then install was easily scheduled right before thanksgiving so our space was ready for hosting. Johnny and staff were amazing, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend them!

Great communication throughout the process. I had my ducts cleaned out, my dryer vent cleaned out and my carpets cleaned. Very happy with the results.

I had some problems with my oil furnace. That company came out promptly and discovered that there was a lot of dust and mold in the vents and ducts in the house. They recommended having a company come and clean all of them. The carpet and air duct man store is less than half a mile from my house and was recommended. I called them just after the oil company left. 10:30 the next day they were here. They did an excellent job. They removed every vent & return vent cover & thoroughly cleaned every one of them. There was mold so they took care of that as well. They also removed something that another company refused to remove though it no longer worked and hadn't for years. It was one source of mold. They covered it w a piece of aluminum.
They cleaned everything up beautifully. If they had to move something they put it right back where it had been..

So many different companies to choose from for carpet cleaning. I'm so glad I chose The Carpet & Air Duct Man. They showed up at the scheduled time, not like other companies where they give you an 8 hour window on when they'll be there. Mike, Kevin, and Rick did an excellent job. They answered all my questions and concerns I had.
We had several rooms, hallways, and stairways that needed to be cleaned. They all look amazing. Rick said that he can check the dryer vent and HVAC duct work to see if we needed that cleaned also. Dryer vent was fine, but guess what. There was mold in our HVAC system. Rick told me they also do mold treatment. Thank goodness.

While we were talking about price, Rick called the owner and put him on speaker and we talked about total price. They gave me an excellent price for whole house carpet cleaning and mold treatment in our HVAC and duct system.

We hired Johnny a few years back for our main level and some upstairs luxury vinyl installation. We loved the product but it was found to have a locking mechanism issue/defect. Johnny fought with the manufacturer and distributor to get warranty replacement on the floor material and sent his crew back to replace over 900 SF of luxury vinyl as per his word and his warranty. Other companies would have found a loophole out of this situation but Johnny stood by his word and reputation to get this right for the long term. I would recommend this company for all their services as the owner understands how to handle difficult situations and do the right thing for the customer. Thanks to the team.

They just finished up our new patio and the results are beautiful and are exactly as outlined in the initial quote (which was reasonable for the scope of work). BMA recently completed a driveway repair for us including widening the corners, regrading the hill, installing retaining walls, and installing a 400' French drain. We couldn't be happier with the work. Brian gave us an itemized proposal for the work involved within just a few days of inspecting the site, and his proposal was both cheaper and more inclusive than the other quotes. His crew completed the work on time and exactly as we discussed. He even gave us tips on how to keep the drain clear of debris so it keeps working at its full capacity. He clearly cares about the reputation of his business, and it shows. We'll definitely be choosing BMA for future projects.

My fiancé and I had a hole in the ground where our front walkway used to be from a previous project and a front stoop that was in need of some serious TLC. I called Brian and he was immediately willing to come out for measurements and worked with us on material and color options. He was willing to fit us in the schedule even though we were a small job compared to other ones his team does. We used BMA for our back patio and both our front and back walkways. We also added a built-in grill station onto our patio. Everything came out amazing! Couldn’t be more in love. Brian was amazing with communication throughout the whole project, which was very important to us. It was completed in the time frame we were told and we stayed on budget as well. Highly recommend!
