I cannot praise CHESCO enough for their outstanding service and impeccable workmanship when they recently installed siding on my house to fix a persistent leak issue. From the moment I contacted them to the final result, they were nothing short of exceptional.

Dealing with a leak in your home can be incredibly stressful, but CHESCO's team quickly put my worries to rest. They were prompt in scheduling an inspection, arriving at my doorstep with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Once the plan was in place, CHESCO wasted no time in starting the repair work. The crew arrived punctually, and I was impressed with how efficiently they worked together. The team was always respectful of my property, and it was evident that they treated my home with the same care they would give their own.

We may be late sharing this, but that only reinforces how satisfied we are—it’s been over a year since the work was completed, and everything has held up beautifully. We initially reached out to Chesco to repair the roof flashing after strong winds dislodged the metal trim. Their response was prompt and professional, and that conversation naturally evolved into a full roof replacement—it was time.

The entire process was seamless. Chesco completed the roof quickly, kept us informed with regular updates, and even provided aerial photos and video documentation to support our homeowners insurance, which helped reduce our premium. Their pricing was fair, and the communication throughout was top-notch.

In addition to the roof, we also had our sliding glass doors and entryway tile replaced. Again, everything went smoothly from start to finish. We interacted with several members of the Chesco team during these upgrades, and every single person was courteous, professional, and easy to work with.

I had been searching for a dependable and affordable general contractor to remodel the interior of my grandparent’s neglected walkout basement since this summer. The focus of this project was to give them a better retirement living experience. The project was large in scope to include a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, full bath, foyer, and utility room, so I had to find a contractor that had the resources to tackle the job. Based on so many positive reviews, an affordable quote, hours of free consultation, and their eagerness to help us with this project myself and my grandparents decided that Chesco interior remodeling was the perfect choice.

What I discovered from working with Chesco remodeling during the construction phase is that they believe in quality workmanship, and constant communication of the ongoing process. Chesco brought the energy, organization, talent, and knowledge to a project with many moving parts. Chesco is truly a family friendly operation that I quickly realized after first meeting with Charles and Ramona.

Charles, Owner of Chesco, says it best in his bio… “I treat every homeowner we work with as part of my extended family.” Meeting with Charles I could tell right away from his demeanor that he was a trustworthy businessman who appreciated his customers especially his fellow Vets. I’m still mystified how Charles keeps his prices so affordable with such quality work. I consider myself fortunate to have found this family run business.

Ramona, Operations Manager, put her heart and soul into leading this project to its timely finish. She had spent countless hours of her free time making sure that everything was perfect for my grandparents. Ramona also spent a lot of time working on procuring supplies. The crown molding that she picked out for us added much needed character to the finished rooms. It was remarkable working with Ramona with her shining communication skills and ability to bring our design requirements to life. Ramona has many great qualities but I think her best quality is she was always attentive to what our project required and any concerns that we may have had.

Grant, Production Manager, brought his knowledge as a master craftsman to the project. We ran into several issues during the project with a cracked foundation and leaking patio door and Grant was quick to adapt to the situation and offer timely solutions. I also appreciated how Grant waited for cabinet delivery before starting the project to avoid any supply issue work gaps. Grant also checked in regularly to monitor workers to be sure that things were running smoothly. I believe that Grants greatest quality is he has a “Can-do” attitude for every unique situation.

I was also fortunate enough to meet Chassidy. She has some amazing videography skills. I really enjoyed viewing some of her online videos. Chesco employs some really nice technology for their customers including a job board and job progress photos that can be easily downloaded. This was really beneficial to me since I could not be on site everyday to check the progress.

While there were many talented people to make this project a reality, a few really stood out for their work. Mark, his business partner & crew installed recessed lighting throughout giving the project a model home feel. They were also able to install ethernet connections, swap out old outlets, and wire up all the appliances. Louise, the master carpenter and his crew did some magnificent work. Louise is a jack of all trades with skills in flooring, doors, windows, cabinet installation and probably a thousand other things. He is the real deal with his carpentry skills.

Couldn't be happier with my new roof & skylights! Black Sable Owens Corning shingles with new 5" black gutters and shutters compliment my siding well. Overall, very pleased with my salesman's expertise and suggestions. The installation crew was excellent. Everyone communicated throughout the process. And I loved the progress photos of my project throughout. I highly recommend John at Chesco!

There aren't enough great things I can say about Chesco Remodeling! I contacted a handful of contractors to install a 12'x20' deck on the back of my house in the Chelsea Beach neighborhood to replace a set of dilapidated stairs leading into my back yard. Mona contacted me less than two hours after I submitted an online request to arrange a date & time for an estimate, and Charles came out a couple of days later and had a quote to me within a few days (to this day, I have yet to hear back from any of the other companies I contacted... that should tell you something). Grant & his team oversaw the entire process from cradle to grave, including removal & disposal of the old stairs, county permitting, and installation of the new deck. The installation process was extremely neat and orderly, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the deck was completed! Communication was outstanding during the entire process (even when I was on an extended work-related trip out-of-state). Grant even went an extra step at the end of the job and replaced a gate latch on my privacy fence, something he clearly didn't have to do! I've dealt with many contractors over the years, but Chesco Remodeling epitomizes what customer service is all about--if I could give them more stars I would! You can't go wrong with Charles and his team! VERY highly recommended!!!

We had a more than 10 year old bathroom with tiles caved in and peeling off the wall and very old vanities. After talking to several companies, we decided to do the project with CHESCO based on the great reviews and being a locally owned company. Mona is so great and worked with us every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and responsive. The 3D models she did really helped us to visualize the designs. Nick and his crew were also great from day 1 and did a great job. We love our new bathroom!!

Had a leaky skylight and decided to just take them all out vs trying to fix or replace. They gave us a free estimate with an amazing price - scheduled the date and they arrived exactly at the time they said they would be here. They did such a great job on the roof - you can't even tell we ever had skylights. Highly recommend!!!

We decided to hire Chesco to remodel our dungeon if a master bathroom after getting a VERY competitive quote. Everything is expensive nowadays, so being comfortable with the company you hire to spend your hard earned on is important. Safe to say my husband and I have no regrets with giving Chesco our trust. Nick and his team really went above and beyond- from responding to messages immediately, to his team laying drop cloths down from our front door on our first floor to our bathroom on the second floor, to Fidel and Ramone playing with our puppy ALL day while somehow still working hard and getting the job done each day (we truly didn’t see our dog until they left LOL), to Luis and his crew magically making our shower tiling dreams come true and everyone else between. We knew our bathroom was going to be a pain just like most things with our home renos, but Nick was super adamant about making sure our new bathroom was what we envisioned. We are so excited THIS is our bathroom! So if you’re looking for a company to trust- this is them!

Amazing work and excellent service! My wife and I needed our back sliding doors replaced, our front door/storm door replaced, and some repairs from some recent vandalism to our front siding. They provided a speedy consult, incredible pricing, and were able to start/finish the very next week for everything needed. The crew performing the work were very polite and took extra care with our house when bringing in the materials and completing all of the work. We will 100% be using Chesco for some of our other projects we need done. End result was completely amazing and were definitely past our expectations!

Chesco did some interior drywall work for us, then our roof, and today finished the walkthrough for our basement (previously poured concrete floor, cinder block walls, exposed floor joists/insulation ceiling). They also did some work to mitigate some water damage from a previous owner's DIY woodshop under our deck. All the work has been superb and very reasonably priced. Two things that set Chesco apart from other contractors we have used:

1) a project manager is on site everyday, even for smaller projects. This leads to quick fixes for anything that might deviate from the contract or need trades to come back out.

2) Chesco gives you a materials and trades budget, and if they come in under budget they credit you the difference on final payment. This means they have no incentive to cut corners and use cheap materials to try and pocket more of the budget themselves. Made a huge difference for us vs. other contractors we have used.

Highly recommend Chesco for any house project you might have.

In October 2025, I chose Chesco Remodeling, LLC to install a new dual-fuel range and hood I purchased (which needed to be vented outside). As our conversations about the upcoming work progressed I spoke to Nick and Ramona about other work I was considering including new countertops and backsplash. They gave me great suggestions, which I went with, and agreed to expand the scope of work and the mini remodel of my kitchen began. From the beginning, Nick promised the work would be complete before Thanksgiving, and it was! I was thrilled to host my family and friends for the first time in years thanks to my beautiful, much more functional, kitchen. Working with Chesco was the easiest of any contractor I’ve worked with. Their work crews were courteous, respectful of my home, on time, and performed meticulous work. The business office made the entire process easy, and I couldn’t be happier to recommend this company and will definitely work with them again when I need more work on my home.

Had Chesco install new windows and siding to our home in the fall. Nick was amazing and very patient throughout the entire process. We spoke in person the majority of the time and there were several days he would wait for me to get home from work. Most contractors sell you their pitch, take your money and you never see or hear from them again until the project is over. His team was professional and hard workers. I called this morning to get some roof repair done in the Pasadena area and was blown away that not only were they available to do the work hours later but did so under conditions related to my being located in another state. Invoice and pictures were text to me. Work was done on a three story townhome so that just increased the complexity of such work. The price was great as well. Would highly recommend to anyone needing quality work done to their roof.

Terry came through when I needed him. I had a small leak in my roof and he hooked me up with a patch repair job at an affordable rate. He had everything on hand and fixed me up right. Definitely recommending this guy to my neighbors!
