Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

Great service. I encountered a problem with a leaky roof on one of my rental properties. I had two other contractors come out for repairs, but over time the issue returned. Kohn Contracting was able to locate the deeper issue of the leak and made the necessary repairs. They also discovered two additional problem areas and were able to make the repairs before the leak even started. I highly recommend Kohn Contracting and will be using them for all my properties in the future.

We couldn't be happier with the deck repair and board replacement service we received from Kohn Contracting! Our deck had seen better days, but their team brought it back to life. They were meticulous in identifying all the problem areas and expertly replaced the necessary boards. The craftsmanship is evident, and our deck feels sturdy and looks fantastic now. The crew was courteous, respectful of our property, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We wholeheartedly recommend Kohn Contracting – true professionals!

After a bad storm and a major roof leak, we reached out to Kohn Contracting Corporations. Eric Kohn (the owner) came out and looked at our roof and immediately knew where our problem area was. He throughly explained what needed to be done and helped us make a decision based on our needs. We are extremely happy with the end results of our roof. Highly recommend!!

Yesterday Eric Kohn helped me make some real estate magic when around 9am my seller shared that the contractor who came to take care of minor repairs the day before settlement said he needed a roofer to take care of one of them!!!! Settlement was scheduled for 12:30 that day!!! I called Eric - sent him a pic from the inspection report and by 11am I had a professional estimate in my inbox for a service that exceeded the expectations of the buyers - for an extremely fair price he was going to repair one item AND give the entire roof a tune-up. $$$ went into escrow, we settled on time yesterday and the repairs were completed today!!!! AND HE followed up to tell me they were completed and thanked me for the opportunity!!!!

Kohn Contracting Corporation very professional and precise. They were always on time and kept me updated on every work order being completed. KCC assisted me in choices when I felt overwhelmed. I will be recommend KCC for all home Improvement projects.
