Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

East Coast Contracting in Pasadena is by far the best contractor I've ever used. My company has been in the home renovation business for over 20 years and East Coast never disappoints. The owner Ralph is always hands on and ready to problem solve any issues. The pricing is reasonable and the jobs get done quickly and to perfection. Also, I've never had any issues getting in touch if needed. Highly recommend Ralph and East Coast Contracting!

East Coat far exceeded our expectations for our new kitchen design and installation; as well as, new flooring. My wife and I are very pleased with the final outcome. Money was well spent. Base on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend their services again.

We just completed a complete basement renovation from unfinished to design-forward short-term rental space. East Coast was professional and great to work with. With a lot of vision from our side they adapted to our needs and provided great service. We love the finished product, it looks and feels better than I could've imagined it.

Watching my childhood home transform into my dream home has been an incredible experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to do it. East Coast Contracting AZ LLC handled a full studs-out renovation with professionalism, efficiency, and constant communication. Ralph and Terri were easy to work with, always responsive, and took the time to guide me through every decision. The project moved quickly and smoothly, and the end result is more than my family and I could have ever hoped for. I’m so grateful for their work and highly recommend them.

SCL came out quickly and did a great job at a great price

We are happy to have the team to come to our house on time prepared with proper equipment . They have prepped ,sealed and insulated our whole metal garage we went with spray foam closed cell insulation . They are processional and we are happy to have work with them , thank you for the clean and professional work :)

Luis and SCL Bros are nothing short of amazing people as well as hard/knowledgable workers. I use them on all my insulation jobs because they are extremely well priced and do a better job then anyone else.

Luis’s crew did an awesome job on my trailer that I’m turning into a walk in cooler. Highly recommend!

I’ve worked with Luis from SCL & Bros Construction LLC on a couple of insulation projects, and I highly recommend him. Luis is very responsible, quick to respond, helpful, and generous with his time and expertise. The quality of his work is excellent, and he truly cares about getting the job done right. Great experience every time!

Working with Eric and his crew was effortless. They replaced facia board and seamless gutter after a very wet snow removed the original gutter, which had not been installed correctly and Eric picked up on that immediately. Repairs were performed on time (or before expected arrival) and within a very reasonable budget. All-in-all a great experience. Very happy to support MD small business owners.

Kohn Contracting absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and paid attention to the details that most companies overlook.
Communication was clear the entire way through, and everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. No surprises, no shortcuts—just solid, quality work done right.

If you’re looking for a contractor who takes pride in what they do and delivers on their word, this is the team to call. Highly recommend.

Kohn Contracting Corporation delivered great customer service and excellent response time to my roofing repair request. They were able to get the job done within a short period of time with excellent results and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs roofing repairs completed or any other repairs done you need done to your home. 😃

Excellent attention to details and a proactive approach to customer services. Thank you!

Very professional company, couldn't ask for anything better, super dependable and communication was top notch, would definitely recommend !

Eric Kohn came out to my home because there was a leak in the roof of my newly bought house. I wasn’t home at the time and wasn’t sure where the leak was originating. Somehow he was able to find it. Apparently whoever installed one of the bathrooms exhaust fan vents didn’t seal it up properly. After that he decided to clean out my gutters for free. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his service.
