I really wish I could say something positive here. I ignore prior comments since they seemed to stem from personal indifference's and not the caliber of Bills work. I also fully understand how these reviews can get far too negative and we never hear about the positive experiences. My wife and I recently moved to Pasadena and have been doing a lot of work to the home we purchased. I needed two gutters replaced with a larger volume system. This business is within one mile of my property so I thought it would be best to show support for a local company. I called this company and left a message regarding the gutter upgrade. I received no returned phone call. A few days later, I ran into Bill after seeing his truck at a local store. Bill and I chatted for a moment and he agreed to meet me at my house upon a specified time. I left my office in Baltimore early on that day to meet him at our property. Bill never showed and didn't extend a phone call. I guess he has enough business and didn't want mine. Complete waste of my time.

My pool opening was first cancelled, then rescheduled, but after the cover removed and initial vacuuming (with assurances to return the next day), no further services were performed and no communications returned. Unresponsive. An incorrect standard invoice was also sent, showing further dysfunction. I do not recommend this company.

Chris was responsive and fairly priced! He took care of the project promptly and very professionally. I will definitely reach out in the future to utilize his services again.

Called them for a pool leak because the person that did our service was creating problems and not able to fix them. The receptionist is a great communicator and we were scheduled right away. DJ their pool person is an expert and helped us with diagnosing our issues. We are switching to have them also close our pool. Very reasonable costs. Highly recommend.

Chris is a diligent worker and did a great job when he power washed our condominium building. Him and his helper did excellent work and were very polite as they interacted with the people that live here. Courteous and professional, I hope they get hired to work here again.

We chose Extreme Clean to power wash (soft wash) our house not knowing if it was a good or poor choice. It was an excellent choice. Chris was here early, worked hard, and did’nt leave until about 3pm..He cleaned the siding, brick facade, windows, gutters, and shutters, and even the roof. He also cleaned some fencing that was’nt included in our estimate. He was very thorough, going so far as to tape around exterior lighting and electrical fixtures, as well as covering any shrubbery against the possibility of damage. He even went so far as to make sure that any dirty runoff and chemicals used on the roof went into an enclosed bag, and placed neutralizes at the bottom openings of downspouts so no chemicals went into the ground. Oh, and the house now looks great, with clean gutters and roof (which has a 3 year guarantee). The price was fair given the amount done, and we highly recommend Extreme Clean Power Washing for anyone needing similar work done.

Chris did a fabulous job on our house, garage, shed, fence, and patio. I was initially impressed with his great online reviews and that is why I chose his company. He did not let us down and I highly recommend his services.

Cannot recommend Extreme Clean enough for gutter cleaning. They had appointments available and worked with my schedule to have someone at the house and had the gutters cleaned. They even went a step further to clear out a portion of buried line that my downspout feeds into to get water away from the house. Their prices were reasonable and their staff was courteous and professional.

Chris arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning. The price was fair. We have had Chris out for gutter cleaning and power washing our house. We will definitely ask him to return.

In the past I've used a variety of companies to clean exterior of my home. Extreme clean did a remarkable job. Siding and porch, driveway and sidewalk, GLEAMING. In spite of my difficult schedule, this company is very easy to work with, very easy to communicate with and they offer excellent service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Hello, just had Extreme complete power washing activities at my residence. Communication was exceptional from my first contact with the company. They came out and generated an estimate for the project and provided a competitive price. Scheduled the job and task was completed without an issue. Our home and garage has white vinyl siding and all sections came out looking like it was just installed. They also power washed a composite deck and could not find any spots that were missed during the process. Also, no siding or decking components were damaged during the pressure washing task.The company also provided electronic updates from the time job was scheduled till it's completion. Look forward to utilizing Extreme Clean Power Washing Services again in the future.

Excellent, super job and a professional 24/7 business. Very responsive, from providing a reasonable priced estimate, scheduling the job, sticking to the schedule, expedient service and cleanup. I've had my house/sheds/deck washed approximately 8-10 times in the past 35 plus years, and "BY FAR THIS IS THE CLEANEST WASH I HAVE EVER HAD". They will always be my power wash company of choice and I highly recommend their service.

They did an amazing job on our siding! They taped the door locks, removed and replaced the door mats and my wreath! They did the whole house (colonial 2 story) in less than 2hrs. They even threw in some bonus cleaning of parts of the property that don’t normally come with the whole house cleaning! Very friendly gentlemen and very professional. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your power washing needs!

Our roof had black streaks all over it before Extreme Clean came out and gave it a good washing. Now it looks like a brand new roof and enhances the curb appeal of our home!! Chris was very thorough in explaining the entire process to me and why they use a soft wash on roofs instead of power washing. He took great care to water and cover all the plants in my garden with a special covering that would not overheat or wilt the plants. I would highly recommend Extreme Clean Power Washing Services (note: they do not power wash roofs—it destroys them! They use a soft wash for a great roof cleaning job). Thanks so much guys!

We had our townhome power washed and gutters cleaned last week by this company. They did an exceptional job and the price was extremely reasonable. They also power washed my front steps and landing which I wasn’t expecting. I received before and after pictures plus they called to go over everything they thought I should know about the outside of my house. I will definitely use them in the future.
