Contracted to cut down a very large old oak tree. Good job cutting down the tree. However, the crew used a huge bobcat to remove pieces of the tree as they cut it down. This machinery totally destroyed my back yard lawn and a large portion of my front yard near the driveway where they drove in and out more than a dozen times. They also left a huge amount of dirt from driving the bobcat back and forth to the front of the house. A complete mess. My driveway and sidewalk and street were left with a great deal of dirt. I was informed that someone would be coming back to power wash the entire area. No one called or came back. I just spent 3 hours power washing the driveway, sidewalk and street. I now have to spend approximately $2,500 to repair my lawn which now needs to be graded, aerated and seeded. Let the buyer beware.

Team did an excellent job trimming a very large tree, and left the site as clean as before they started. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Edit: after the excellent service by tree service team, the stump team ruined my experience. They damaged my gate, and when asked to honor their agreement, basically stopped communicating and wouldn't return my calls or fix my gate. For this I wouldn't recommend using this company again

There are alot of Tree service companies in the area, Nationwide is the absolute BEST!!! John is very fair and reasonable with his prices. I called him on a Monday, the job was completed on Wednesday. The crew that came out, supervised by Sergio, was quick, clean and very professional. Use this company, you will not be sorry.....;-)

We called Nationwide Tree service for an emergency tree removal where a tree fell on our house and went through the roof on Christmas Eve. John was incredibly responsive and went out that evening to do an assessment. They were able to have a team assembled and the tree removed early that next day on Christmas! They helped us navigate the insurance claim and provided great recommendations for restoration contractors. I’m truly very impressed with this company and their service especially on a holiday.

We had a great experience with this company from start to completion of the work. Gene was our sales contact. He showed up on time gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work being done, and checked in with us on the day of the service. The crew of 6 men removed three 40 year old maple trees, trimmed and pruned another one and 2 additional men worked on the tree stump grinding on four stumps. The original crew removed the shredded tree debris and added topsoil and seed to the areas where the trees were removed. All work was completed carefully without any damage to our property including our new fence, an Amish shed and all other trees and landscaping. After the work was completed they did a very nice clean up job. I would definitely recommend this company without any reservation. Thank you Nationwide Tree Service for a great job well done!!

I had Nationwide out, to remove a large tree close to my house and the stump grinded. A great experience overall. From the first call to the final bill, the company was exceptionally professional. The office staff is wonderful and always helpful. The Estimator who came out was very knowledgeable and proficient in their line of work, and the crews were very professional and thorough. Not to mention speedy! Great experience and great company. I highly recommend using them for all of your tree service needs

I’ve used Nationwide Tree Service several times. I find their prices to be very reasonable compared to other tree removal companies based on estimates I’ve received. I always find them to be very responsive, on time, fast and they do a good job. This time they removed a tall pine tree that had snapped in half in a recent storm. I was amazed at how fast they completed the job. They were finished and gone in one hour. They were also very careful not to damage the landscaping around where the snapped portion of the tree fell. Very pleased.

I have some ugly trees on my parking strip that I thought should be removed before they fall down and damage someone’s car. I requested an estimate from this outfit. they wanted over $1,000. Then I thought that I had better check things out before I signed a contract. A neighbor told me that Howard County actually owns the parking strips, and there was a law that made cutting down “roadside trees” illegal without a special permit. I didn’t know. I called the county and sure enough, that was true, and now I’m on the list to get this work done without charge. I understand now that the salesman and this company probably saw an elderly, handicapped person who they thought they could scam. They either didn’t know the law or didn’t care. Since they are in the business of tree removal, they knew better or should have known better. This could have been elder abuse. They cannot be trusted.

Do not waste your time hiring this company Nationwide tree service. Unprofessional, late, and will waste your time. I had to call to see why they did not show up after 30 minutes, I waited nearly an hour. Their rep Gene finally showed up and suggested i get someone else for the job for tree service. My guest at my house witness this happen was were baffled just as I was. I called the company to report this , they never returned my call. Unbelievable and inexplicable.

Super impressed with quality of work with this company. I had wind damage on Sunday, filed a claim Monday and everything is done Tuesday, and it was a ton of work. Careful, safe, diligent, professional, polite and they went way out of their way to get the job done super well. Call them, you'll be glad you did.

These guys are so amazing. So professional, punctual, safe, friendly, and efficient. We had a giant tree with branches over our house. They took care of everything so safely and effectively. It was really cool to watch. They cleaned up all the debris and left the place spotless. They were in and out in under two hours. Highly recommend!

I called Nationwide Tress Service for a quote to remove some very large trees from my back yard. The quote was prompt and reasonable. The communication with the office and scheduler was prompt and courteous. The team that came to do my job was great! I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience! I would 100% use them again! Just great work and great people.

We contacted Nation Wide to have some trees cut down. Austin came out, gave us a price & they came out less than a week later! The crew was super nice, polite, knowledgeable, & safe. They did an incredible job & completely exceeded our expectations. Austin contacted us after the job was finished to make sure we were satisfied & happy with the service. Paris contacted us the next day to schedule for the stump grinding. This company truly cares about their customers & their needs. Nixon and his crew were efficient and professional. Not only did they do an outstanding job taking down a huge oak tree, they cleaned up our yard, planted seed, and covered the area with straw. I would highly recommend this team.

Ive used this company a few times. The prices are great, the staff is professional, and the work has always been amazing.

After consulting with a certified arborist, I got three bids ranging from $3-5,000 (rot in old 60’ Norway Maple, 2 huge American Yews, and lots of pruning). Nationwide was not only the most detailed and professional bid, the service was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

From start to finish this team did an excellent job! Gene was prompt in providing an estimate which was, by far, the best of three estimates we received. The Nationwide Tree Service team showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked solidly the entire day with great skill and care. Our trees were huge and limbs were well over our roof and the neighbors. They worked with precision to safely remove those limbs without damaging home or property. Johnny and his team from Nationwide Tree Service did a FANTASTIC Job at removing 3 tree stumps for us. Johnny came out, gave us an estimate, and by the next day the stumps were removed. Johnny and his team of workers were quick, very polite, and cleaned up the work area flawlessly. We couldn't even tell they were there working on the property, except that the tree stumps were gone. Thank you to Nationwide Tree Service for doing such a great job. We will definitely have you back if we need more work completed.
