I had an oak with growth only on one side leaning towards my house for many years. Recently I observed that the lean increased in a small amount of time. I perceived this as an emergency situation due to the direction of lean which was towards my kitchen where I spend much time. The next morning I called Arundel Tree Service because they advertise emergency response. An hour later the estimator came and the crew came the very next day and worked in deep snow with a thick layer of ice on top to correct my dangerous situation. I was both amazed at the quick response and elated that I no longer had a deep concern about my safety. I had to wonder if I was going live through brewing my coffee. Given the situation and emergency response I wasn't concerned about how much it would cost but I was actually surprised how reasonable the price was.
Overall I was tremendously satisfied.

We have used this company several times over the last 10 years, and they have always been very professional. The communication is very good and they never leave a mess, behind. The prices are fair and we will continue to use them in the future. 10 stars across-the-board.!!

An opportunistic choice for me and I didn't regret any aspects of taking advantage of a quick turn around for the massive trim I needed for a large tree. The crews showed up early and completed the work, well under the 2 hour estimate - with nothing left behind that would have indicated they were there - other than the limbs no longer on the tree. Well Done!

They gave us the best price of 4 estimates on a Friday. Arrived Monday morning (actually early!), cut down our ailing tree, removed stump with a grinder and raked up the yard after. All done in a couple of hours. Very happy with their service.

Arundel Tree Service is fantastic; they responded immediately to our request for an estimate even though there was a holiday the next day, offered a good price, scheduled us quickly for service, and did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future.

Just had Arundel clean up our shared fence line with the neighbors and I wish we would have done this years ago. I can not believe how much some overgrown weed looking trees could take away from our backyard. They were in and out in just a few hours and like I said our yard has not looked this good in years. They had a funny lift that opened up in the yard with a boom on it, the workers got right in the trees and cut them into pieces removing them section by section. They raked the area and ground out all the stumps. Really happy with the results. Recommend 100%

Contacted Arundel Tree Service for estimate on tree removal. They were able to come the next day. Ron was very professional from the start and I was given a great price for removal of a tree and a shrub. The work has not been yet.

Estimator came out and we went over everything verbally. He said he would cut down a tree and it was not. Make sure you read your estimate and question anything that looks off, I wish I did; it would have saved me hundreds of dollars! I had an estimate for the same work hundreds of dollars cheaper. In addition part of a tree they removed I now need to buy new straps (they cut off) and pay someone to re-strap trees back together.

FOR The above review, the company wrote on FB they were going to proceed with defamation of character. I have documentation of everything stated. But here is more details:

This company was more expensive. I have an estimate from another company that is less expensive. I went with this company because of what the estimator had verbally told me about cutting down a 2nd oak tree that he pointed out and I have on the video.
The company did cut 2 trees down but the 2nd tree was not the tree the estimator told me and the way the contract was written it was left to interpretation. When I asked about it I was told “no” we cut down the correct tree and they accused me of trying to get a tree cut down for free. The tree they did cut was strapped together with 3 other trees and there was no mention of that on the contract and now I need to replace it. If I knew they were going to cut the tree down that they did I would have asked about the strap beforehand.

The tree to the left of umbrella is the tree I thought estimator was the 2nd tree that was going to cut down from the angle he pointed out and the conversation I had with him. The only reason I got estimates was for the circled tree on the right that was dead. I had no idea the tree he cut down was even an oak tree or was sick and it was not in the area that I had a conversation with him about.

So to my point again, Make sure you question your estimate if you have any questions. I wish I did! It would have saved me money and a headache!

I highly recommend Nationwide. They arrived early and went straight to work. They removed two large trees and one small tree and cleaned up in about three hours. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Their price was well within the normal but their service was well above the normal. You can't go wrong with this company.

I don’t think I’ve had a better experience with a service company.
From Gene, arriving to inspect and price the job, Jose and his crew who came out to do the job, and then the phone conversation I had with Steve, one of the owners, to congratulate him on a great service. So what business owner doesn’t want to hear that. But I was compelled to call him.
I didn’t have to oversee anything. I just sat back and watched. And then the cleanup at the end was very well done. I didn’t have to grab a rake, a broom, a leaf blower, nothing. The only thing I did was make a phone call to Nationwide and they took care of the rest. I’m very impressed.

This company was amazing from beginning until the end of the job. Everything John stated the day of our estimate was fulfilled. The price was the best around. The forman and the crew were top notch. They worked so hard and made sure everything was prepped and cleaned up. We had five trees taken down in total two of which were over 100 years old and huge. Hate to see them go but for safety reasons they needed to be cut down. Nationwide tree service came back grinded the stump's and seeded and strawed the yard as promised. This company was true to it's word. Thank you for all of your hard work. We will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

I have three Magnolia Bushes that have turned into trees. They are about 20 feet high. I decided to hire an arborist to come in to give advice and to begin the process of bringing these beauties under control. I expected it to be 1. Be expensive and 2. Take several years of trimming. Magnolias do not trim well. It ruins them. I knew I needed a certified arborist. I wanted the best I could find.

I called and made an appointment with Nation Tree. After carefully explaining the situation, the person making the appointment recommended the owner's son. The appointment was for today between 8 and 2. It is now 3:30. I have waited all day. I called them. I was told that the owner "didn't want to be bothered by your 3 Magnolia bushes".

So I have waited all day. The OWNER could not be bothered to even call and cancel the appointment. The person on the phone was embarrassed.

Up to you, but I can't recommend that you call this business. How do you think the owner will treat you?

Great work for a great price! Everyone I spoke with from the estimate to scheduling and payment were extremely professional and friendly. Jorge and his team were on time, professional and fast. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know who needs tree removal!

This was the best experience I have ever had with any company. John returned my call immediately, came right away to give me a great price and preformed their services exactly as they promised. I had six very large trees removed and the stump ground up. The crew was extremely professional and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend!

We bought a new home and needed eleven trees removed from our yard that created so much shade that they kept any grass from growing. I made an appointment and John came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable about trees. On the day that the job was scheduled the crew arrived promptly around 8am and I left to run a few errands- upon my arrival back home about 2 hours later I was amazed that there was only one tree left standing. Their crew was highly organized, worked efficiently and was courteous. I was impressed that they took the time to rake up the grass and fix the tire tracks left on the lawn after they removed their equipment. Once my job was completed a neighbor also paid for a small tree removal. I HIGHLY recommend Nationwide Tree Service!!!

I have used Nationwide about 5 or 6 times over the years, most recently this week to remove 4 very large dead Oak trees. Their crew is very respectful, prompt, and clean up after themselves every time. Their pricing is very fair, and I have recommended them to many neighbors and friends. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any tree related services, they are great.

Nationwide Tree Service is a great company. The crew did a great job cutting down two big trees in my yard. They were professional and kind, and cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I also had one stump removed, and again the stump grinding crew did a fabulous job removing the stump, filling the hole, and smoothing out the soil.
