We want to thank Arundel Tree very much for a just wonderful service experience. We had both pruning and removals completed at our home and just can not speak highly enough of how happy we are with the outcome.
The quality and professionalism of the entire team from the estimator, to the office staff, to the crew performing the work was overwhelming. They were thorough and made sure we were aware of what to expect along the way.
We will certainly be calling Arundel Tree in the future for additional work and will be referring them to our friends and family. Great company to work with overall :-)

Update 7/2019* Had Arundel Back for another round of services at our home and were just as pleased the second time around. Always good with communication when it comes to scheduling and the process of removals. Had some storm damage removed from a very tight spot and some more pruning done this time around. A+

They came out to give me a quote to take down a large dead tree that was leaning toward our house. The estimator wanted to talk to the people who would be doing the work and I never heard back from him. Not even a ridiculous quote.

Arundel Tree workers are very skilled at cutting trees, Clean up was completed. Staff at the office was Professional.

Had large tree branches removed from above two house roofs, in Glen Burnie and Severn. Also had lots of brush chipped from yard that was cut by homeowner

They did a great job removing the tree I asked on top of some smaller trees my husband had cut himself they took all that and got rid of it.

Arundel Tree Service did a great job trimming the 2 large Poplar Trees in front of my home. Everyone that I dealt with was very kind, courteous and accommodating.

We've used Arundel Tree since we moved into our house. Whether it be a tree removal or tree trimming, they have always been everything we expect out of a tree company. They are knowledgeable and professional. They respect your property and work around hazards, like the tree that against our septic tank that needed to come down. They are the best!

I’ve used Arundel Tree Service twice at different homes I’ve lived at and have been more than satisfied each time. They are not only the most reasonably priced, but there was absolutely no debris left behind. My community had contracted with another company for hundreds more before I convinced them to use Arundel Tree Service and the HOA was 200% satisfied with the results.

I'm extremely displeased with Arundel Tree Service. We had a contract to remove three trees from along an existing privacy fence. The work to be done included "Grinding of Remaining Stumps just below Surface, backfilling hole. We do not remove stump grindings." It seems that whoever wrote the quote did not actually look closely enough at the trees in question to notice that one tree was touching the fence or to note distance of any of the trees from the fence.

When the foreman arrived, he did not have equipment to remove *any* piece of the tree touching the fence less than 7 feet off of the ground. He also did not have equipment that could be maneuvered to remove the other two stumps, despite the fact that nothing had changed around these trees since well before they sent someone out to provide the quote. We were not informed of these issues until the foreman claimed work was done, although he should have been able to inform us that he would not be able to complete the contract as written before starting.

We provided the contract (with the above quoted item), indicating that the work agreed upon was not completed, and basically got a shrug. My husband called the office. Over several phone calls, office staff relayed information between my husband and the quote provider, as the quote provider refused to talk directly to my husband.

Arundel Tree Service sent a team that was completely unequipped to perform the contracted work, and ultimately refused to complete the contract they had provided. To their credit, they did provide a 12.5% discount for leaving us with a 7 foot tall stump and two smaller stumps whose removal was part of the contract.

I had five large oak trees removed from the front of my property.

I ended up selecting them based off reviews and my initial reaction to the guy who came out to give me the quote, Ron. He explained a lot and even taught me a couple things. It is hard to find good people like that.

The work was top notch, they took their time and care to not damage our house. As a bonus my sprinklers still worked afterwards too! The crew was very personable (just like Ron) and explained everything very well. They did all this work in less than a day, crazy!

The guys were great! My neighbor asked at the last minute if they could have the wood and they were very nice about putting it in their yard. Cleaned up everything! We will have them back to trim some other trees.

The workers did an excellent job of carefully cutting down the tree. They were very professional. They did cut a few pieces that were larger than we requested. I called the office and asked for an estimate and provided photos. Received a somewhat curt email response and was told someone would get back to me. Other than some slight unprofessionalism with the office staff, I was pleased with the service.

I had 6 trees removed and 2 trimmed. There were two crews for this big job and it was awe inspiring to watch them with the cranes, chipper, and hauling away the big logs. They did a great job with the removal and clean up after. Communication from the estimate all the way through the removal was very professional and courteous. The price was great as well. I have a few more trees to take down and will use them again in the near future. Thank you to Don, Ron, and the rest of the team!

Terrible. Find another company. Left an entire tree in my front yard when obviously we only needed some pieces left for firewood. We told the crew when they were at the house we didn’t want the entire tree and they still left. Called the office who spoke to the owner and he said to come remove the rest of the tree pieces it would be another $200. Ridiculous. They also damaged another tree while removing dead wood from another tree. They stump grinded the tree they removed BEFORE the utility company came to make sure there were no lines underneath. We did the tree work with our neighbors and the same crew broke their patio lights. The owner said the contract said we wanted the entire tree left. Lies. They left saw dust everywhere. Didn’t even bother to try and clean up. So I have a mess in my front yard and they’ve washed their hands of responsibility.

We just had 7 trees taken down and 2 large oaks pruned by Arundel Tree Service. The job was quoted to take 2 days and they finished in less than 1. They were very upfront both with the estimate and that the yard would be torn up since we have a sloped lawn, and the equipment is heavy, so there were no surprises with either. They worked very hard and safely, and the stump removal was done well.They did a great job cleaning up afterwards too, even taking the time to blow off the porch and driveway.
