Ash Tree was 80% dead. Tree was close to my home and gazebo and there was no way to do on my own. Called for an estimate. Ed gave me a figure within my budget. Jade setup the appointment but due to rain got cancelled a few times. When crew led by Jorge arrived everyone worked so efficiently and skillfully. Very precise fell and clean operation.

We highly recommend Nationwide Tree Service. John and his team do incredible work and in a very clean and prompt manner. Very pleased with services provided! See before & after our Maple trees at our property in Anne Arundel County, MD. A few weeks ago they cut back our other very, very large trees around the outside of the yard & also did a quick & clean look on all which inlcluded the removal of several dead trees as well. Thanks again for the hard work we will be using you again.

Urbando and his team did an excellent job trimming a few large oaks that had extended over the house. The price was very reasonable and they cut the bigger limbs into 16" logs and left them as requested. I was very happy overall.

I was told the removers would be at my house at 8:00 am on Oct. 23, 2023. They were on time and Jose and the crew went right to work. My husband was outside and he said they went about doing the removal of the evergreen and was finished in one hour. They had also removed the limbs in my back yard off of the wires. The workers were busy getting everything done. Cleanup was complete, A-1 service. I would recommend Nationwide Tree service anytime. Price was very decent.

I had hired a company I won’t name. They promised they would take down 60 80 ft pine trees on a certain day. They didn’t deliver and kept giving me excuses. I ended up contacting 3 other companies after this and nationwide came out on Thursday I told them I needed it done asap. My Estimater got the owner involved and they got all 60 trees down the next day! Very hard working and responsible. I would recommend nationwide to friends and family thanks

My husband contacted Nationwide Tree Service to get a quote on removing several branches and small trees on our property. Nationwide was quick to respond, schedule the quote, provided a fair price, schedule the work, and complete the work. We were both very impressed with the service all the way around!

Amazing execution and fantastic experience aren’t enough to describe the spectacular work and customer service I received. Austin came out a day after I called to provide me a quote even before I arrived onsite and offered a splendid deal I could not say no to. Paris was communicative throughout the whole process with rescheduling due to rain and confirming the job a day before. The day of the removal went super smooth. In less than 4 hours they took down a massive tree and Jonathan made it look so easy and effortless. The way the massive logs swung and dropped without hitting the gate only feet away is true marksmanship. Master of his craft indeed. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know!! A++++

Nationwide Tree Service was fantastic. The Salesman, Craig, came immediately after my tree fell, quoted a very fair price, then their crew came out on time and took down 2 - 40 foot Oak and 2 - 40 feet Leyland Cypress trees. Their crew was efficient, completely professional, and they cleaned up like they hadn't even been there. I highly recommend this tree service company.

I took down my previous 5 star rating. Sadly, I judged this company too soon.
I was initially content. *Gene explained everything they would do, answered all of my questions, & gave us a very good price.
*The team that took down my large diseased maple tree worked quickly, protected the lawn, & cleaned up the stray branches. They were very professional.
*BUT problems started after the next appointment with the two guys that came back to grind the stump & roots. The schedule was that the diseased stump & root grindings were to be cleared away! I was told I would be left with a large hole to fill, so I made arrangements to get soil, so my family could fill the hole when the clearing was done. This team of 2 said they don't have equipment to do the clearing and that's not their job. I called the office to set up a new date, but then no one showed, & our lawn was left with a huge amount of diseased mulching. I called again and schedule another day, but no one showed up at the time frame given and from the conversations I had with the office, it was obvious that I was never put on the schedule. I was told they would redirect another crew that was in my area (which proved that no one was scheduled for finishing my job). The team that showed was coming from clearing a huge trunk and did not have the proper equipment to load a high amount of diseased mulch. They made a makeshift "loader" by putting plates (that should have been put on my lawn and my neighbor's lawn to protect the lawns from the caterpillar tracks. I told my neighbor, come spring time I will make sure we repair the damage to her lawn) on the log carrier. Diseased mulch was spilling and ground into the side lawn, the garden, my neighbor's lawn, the driveway and into the street in front of my neighbor's house. Then the crew was spreading out the mulch to make things level, but the original plan was to remove it, due to the fungus (that also killed my neighbor's tree). They tried to clear up the ground in soil on the driveway and street, it was there for weeks, till we had a hard rain. They also used a lawn blower to clear the fallen debris, but I didn't want any of that diseased debris in the front of our house because it can infest the landscaping. I argued with the representative (maybe the owner?) who insisted this wouldn't be a problem. But that's not accurate because I did a lot of research on this fungus and it has to be removed or it spreads, like it did with my neighbor's weeping willow. I called the office, numerous times as this whole nightmare unfolded, the end result was since they didn't abide by the original plan as discussed with Gene, I had to have them leave. Nationwide Tree Service sent me a check to reimburse me on the grinding fee, but that isn't enough to hire another company to remove the huge mess left in my backyard. In a pile next to my house, still sits the soil that we were going to use to fill the hole that was supposed to be our responsibility.
It started out so promising with this company, but the numerous problems that popped up were unprofessional and horribly disappointing. As to date, we still have 2/3rds of our lawn covered in diseased grindings.
The high ratings are probably from customers that didn't get stump removal. From other comments that seems to be the scenario.

We are very pleased with Nationwide Tree Service. They were on time and very professional. The crew was extremely efficient with their work. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to get the work finished. They didn't even mind me gaping from the window as they climbed up the huge trees. :) They cleaned up after themselves, raking the yard to make sure even the smallest mess was cleaned up. After they were finished they seeded and put down straw in the yard to cover any areas that were damaged from the trees. They had to remove part of our fence to get their equipment in the yard but made sure that it was put back before leaving. My husband said it was now better than when he installed it :) They treated our stuff as if it was their own stuff, making sure nothing was damaged. If we need more trees removed in the future we will most definitely use them again.

We called Nationwide because of their reputation when we had large trees fall on the back of our home. They came within hours and removed the trees and debris within 24 hours. We cannot recommend the highly enough. The estimator and the workers were great. So professional. Highly recommend!

Just had a large pine tree taken down and three other trees trimmed. Mixon and his crew did a great job and even hauled away and cleaned up some deadfall and yard debris already on the ground. Will use them again for the tree out front.

It was a great experience watching these guys taking down 3 large trees in my back yard. They were all very friendly and professional and worked very hard as a team to get the job done. I am still amazed that they got it all done in one day. They got here early in the morning and went right to work. These guys did such a great job at cleaning up as they worked and made sure everything was cleaned up again before they left at the end of the day. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Nationwide Tree Service.

I'm not quite sure these negative reviews are for Bills Seamless Gutters. This is now the 2nd time I've used his services. Excellent customer service and he goes way beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend!

This company is run by a very unprofessional man. He is going around on Facebook messaging people I know harnessing them and threatening to slander them over a situation that do not pertain to him. If you are going to run a business you should not involve yourself and your personal Facebook that is attached to your business page in drama and negativity.

Messaging mothers on facebook and threatening them because his daughter got in a disagreement in a group. Also went on one woman's business page and started slandering her on it when he didn't even know the situation and she really wasn't involved in it.
Word of advice for future reference to the business owner/father of the "girl": keep your home life out of your work/business life.
