Throughout the entire process, Luis (project manager) kept us informed and answered any questions we had. The crew who remodeled our garage were attentive and friendly, which has not always been our experience with previous contractors. They were prompt in their arrival and communications. Each day after the crew left, Luis called to check in to make sure the work was satisfactory. This attention to customer service is what differentiates H&C from their competitors, and we will hire them for upcoming projects.

We hired H&C Construction to complete a guest bathroom remodel and a laundry room tile replacement in our home. We solicited proposals from several different contractors at the beginning of the process. We were impressed by H&C from the start. They arrived for the initial quote and provided their proposal promptly, unlike other contractors whom we had to chase down (if we received any response at all). H&C's attention to detail, fair pricing, and use of a project management tool like Buildertrend set them apart for initial selection.

Once the project started, H&C continued this trend:
1. The crew arrived on-time and when promised.
2. They were collaborative in discussing the work to be performed each day, making sure everyone was on the same page.
3. They were very responsive in addressing any concerns we raised during construction, including processing change orders.

H&C's team communication and progress tracking was great overall. We never felt like we were left out of the loop or were dissatisfied with the final product delivered. We now have an updated laundry room floor and a beautiful guest bathroom as a result of their work. We would recommend H&C to our friends and neighbors for future construction projects.

Hired H&C after getting several bids to remodel two bathrooms. I met with them at my house to go over the project. Luis was great and explained everything. I also met Fabio, the project manager, who did an excellent job throughout the project, to go over details. Fabio was always available to discuss issues, make suggestions, and provide an expectation of the week's work. They also provided someone to manage the individual items to ensure they worked in the space. A designer I was told. The person assigned was not very helpful - for example, I ordered a mirror that, in hindsight, should have been smaller. I really wish the designer would have made that suggestion to me. Despite that and a few minor issues that were easily fixed, I would hire them again and plan to when I decide to remodel the kitchen.

H&C is top notch!! We honestly can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and workmanship. We contracted them to renovate our kitchen and upstairs bathroom, and first floor flooring and left with (what feels like to us) a brand new home. The process was easy to get started with measurements and then we went to the showroom to pick out the cabinets and overall materials that would bring our new spaces to life. Maria provided us with designs that were beautiful and allowed us to best visualize what everything would look like. We did shop around the cost at other places but ultimately, we were sold on the value of having a Project Manager (Fabio) to manage the schedule and different jobs, as well as H&C’s ability to warehouse the materials as they were ordered. This expertise and service created a stress free process and everything happened so quickly. We were quoted 5-7 weeks for all of the work and after the first day that they were in our home, we had a hunch that things were going to move much quicker than we expected. Ultimately, they finished within 5 weeks and that was after we asked them to paint the whole first floor for a seamless feel. FYI - The painting was a separate statement of work which was requested after the start of the initial project. Each person that worked in our home was competent, hard working, kind and overall they kept our house as clean as possible given that we were living in the house during the renovation. They moved furniture as needed, kept us posted on progress with near daily visits from Fabio, our project manager, ensured that even the smallest of details were addressed even before we had a chance to point it out. Luis, who is one of the more senior leaders at H&C also made periodic visits to check on the progress. We want to personally thank Saul, Paul, Samwell, Hugo, Angel, Edward, Josue and Yonatan. We love our new home and are so grateful for all of the hard work and expertise. Thank you all and we would hire them again in a minute.

H&C Construction finished our basement (it was just concrete before), including all permits. We found that all of the workers on our project seemed diligent, hard-working and had a lot of attention to detail. They were courteous, friendly and tidy, important when you have a batch of workers in your house for a long time. It was typical to see them go over their work to look for problems, and the crew seemed very skillful in a wide variety of types of work. The architect helped create plans based on our ideas, guiding us with his knowledge where we missed things. Finish work was beautiful, and the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, studs, drywall, new window, and paint are very nice.
The project was completed on time. Sergio, our manager seemed to have a lot of support from other managers, and was really superior in communicating, also very important because it enabled us to plan our life during the disruption. When we had worries or issues they responded effectively and flexibly accomodated change.

They were always on time, responsive, and very respectful of our space. Their app kept us informed daily, and their designer's 3D renderings helped us visualize everything before construction began. Their work is top quality and built to last.

It has been two weeks since my project finished with H&C! I have to say they did an amazing job, from start to finish, on the soundproofing I wanted done for my apartment. Great customer service, fair pricing, always showed up on time, friendly guys. Left the place and floor cleaner than when they started too! 100% recommend.

H &C renovated a water closet (shower and commode) in our master bathroom. They rebuilt the shower to eliminate a curb between the shower and the rest of the room, replaced sliding glass doors with a stationary glass partition and tiled the shower enclosure as well as the remainder of the floor. They also graded the floor to ensure that water stayed in the shower enclosure. Their work was excellent.

We cannot praise the team and company enough for the outstanding job they’ve done. We are extremely satisfied with the crew’s organized and clean work.
