It was a complicated job that involved multiple other contractors, with Rock Solid serving as the general contractor. They repaired damaged wood; installed house wrap, new siding, new windows, and a new front door; added a cement text to our foundation; and painted everything.

Todd El-Taher from Hann & Hann was able to take one look at an issue I was having (drain grates making too much noise when driven over) and come up with a design and resolve the issue at a great price. This is something my staff, including several Building Engineers, were not able to address permanently over a course of several year. They have done several other projects for me as well, they can do everything! I am so thankful to have found Hann & Hann!

I have been in this industry for many years, and one of my "Go To" contractors has been Hann & Hann for many years. They are one of the very few that I trust. I can just wind them up and let them go. When Todd is on the job, I don't need to micromanage. The latest job was at one of our newly acquired properties. There was a leak into the electric room that apparently nobody could find for (according to the outgoing Engineer) 17 years. So I called Hann & Hann. Long story short - dry as a bone. We had a bad storm recently that put it to the test, and I'm still smiling. The prices are fair and the work is great. It's worth twice the price to not have to worry about the job being done right the first time. They let me sleep at night. If you need more proof, reach out to me. Hann & Hann is great to work with! Todd and his team are easy to work with, fair with pricing, and the communication is great!

We had Hann & Hann clean and paint the exterior of our house which has a combination of 125-year old wood siding and more modern vinyl. They started by pressure washing the whole house and deck, and followed with aggressive scraping and sanding. We also had them add a beadboard ceiling to our front porch.

I am pleased with the quality of the work, especially since the paint on the wood siding had been neglected for 15 years and was in terrible shape. Our rep, Sean, gave a reasonable estimate, and spoke knowledgeably about issues that we were having with the ancient part of the house. We will likely have them back again in the future.

Hann & Hann did an excellent job repairing and adding hatches to the ceilings 60+ units. This project was scheduled over the duration of 2 weeks and was worked on by multiple teams. The work delivered was of good quality and exactly according to schedule.
