Have had Bill out 6 times already to finish off several areas of condo renovation (done by family) & have found him to be very competent & dependable. Jobs included putting in a front door peep hole, putting up new lighting fixture in bathroom, replacing bathroom shower heads, hanging pictures & large mirror, installing bi-fold doors on closet, installing pantry door & surrounding molding, building a top for cabinet with a recessed area for a drop-in top, replacing water valve & stem at bathroom toilet, installing additional rack in laundry room & putting in hooks (for hanging folding chairs) in closet area. He is currently working on sanding down two walls that have multiple nail pops. His prices are quite fair and he is very respectful of ones property by cleaning up after all work. You can't go wrong by hiring him.
