I asked for an explanation/breakdown of costs and was blocked! It’s ridiculous how unprofessional people are these days. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Also for clarification purposes, (which the owner is also fully aware of) - this is ONLY the second time I’ve worked And communicated with this company and each time services were never rendered. The first time, similar to this, only a price quote was provided to me and as you will see if you choose to do business with this company; They will tell you one price initially and then on the day of services will tell you a completely different price than what was stated before.

My issue was never the cost of service. I work as well and I completely understand being rightfully paid for your hard work. My problem was the inconsistency and changing of prices. If a price was agreed upon prior to service it is extremely unfair to change it the day of. Which this company has a habit of doing (changing prices and not properly notifying customer).

I made the mistake of giving this company a second chance. The above reasons are why I will never do business with this place again.

I had an amazing experience with these wonderful people. They did a wonderful job with everything they did on my property. They arrived just on time and you really get the best bang for your buck. Has the right tools and would highly recommend to all my friends and family!

These folks came in and cleaned up my yard which I could not keep up with this year. They came in and trimmed everything, put down weed barrier and put down mulch in the gardens. Then they trimmed the yard and cut the grass. It was a great job. Such a good job, I hired them on to maintain for the rest of the year. I also plan to use them for future projects as they come up.

Kasablanca replaced our past lawn maintenance company and we have been extremely pleased with their timeliness, efficiency and communication. They have gone above and beyond on quite a few occasions. We would (and have) recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Truly delighted with the entire experience working with Lamia and Kasablanca Remodeling & Landscaping! Such a wonderful team to work with. Our font and back of the house was basically a mini jungle to the point of embarrassment. Lamia was so kind and reassuring, quick to start work with excellent customer services... and can't beat the price! We have our yard back :) Definitely recommend and we be using their services again !

The Kasablanca Team is awesome! Very prompt, professional, and they do a great job, and are reasonable in pricing...which is rare these days. I was teasing Lamia that they had my front yard looking good so quickly, I called them landscaping ninjas. :-) Looking forward to working with them again soon.
