Cody did an excellent job! He was professional, personable and engaging. He also had no problem re-doing areas per my request. Today, Cody cleaned our kitchen floor, the floors of two powder rooms and the floors of two full baths. My husband and I were very satisfied and would not hesitate recommending Stanley Steemer.

William arrived on time and explained services prior to starting. He explained the process and what to expect after assessing the araes to be cleaned. William came prepared and was very courteous and respectful as he cleaned. He did not leave a mess and was very efficient in his cleaning method. He asked if we had questions or concerns before parting and also asked if we wanted to use additional services. His approach and the results were impressive. William and Stanley Steamer... I highly recommend. Not to mention I was able to get an appointment the next day and spoke to a live person!

Upon arrival, the technician, William, went over what I wanted done, explained very thoroughly my options, the process, and answered many questions I had. He was extremely patient with me and very professional, as well as courteous. I didn’t have high expectations for the aged carpet, (which had withstood traffic from multiple kids and dogs over years) but was so amazed at the results.
I also was not aware of the other services they offer, and will definitely call on them again.
William is an excellent representative of the company and did not only fine work, but seemed to listen and care about his customer’s experience.

George was wonderful. Unfortunately I was not able to be at my residence when they arrived but I was able to provide access to the house and they were very professional. He called me to inform that he had made it into the house and that the pricing was going to change from the original. Was able to speak with him before he left and he walked me through everything they had did to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend. Great work!

Makai reviewed job before getting started. Unfortunately, two dressers in the bedroom needed to be relocated and I had to help with the moving. I was being careful of the new renovation I had just had done this spring. Now the dressers can't be put back for a minimum of 24 hours. The smaller dresser was slightly damaged in the moving since he moved it by himself. The drawers had been removed to help moving easier. I didn't know what type of material the sofa was made of and Makai explained his concern--did not want to use something that would damage or ruin it, so I opted for just vacuuming it.
I don't know why two people were not assigned to the job. My last service was a smaller job and two people were assigned.
I am satisfied with the service performed today.

Victoria and Steven were great! Very professional and respectful of my home. My dryer vent was so clogged! I’m so happy I got this done and will do it every year for sure! I would highly recommend everyone to use this company!

Robert and his crew cleaned our duct and air vents. His customer service was impeccable, he went beyond the scope of work he was hired to do. And at the end provided valuable recommendation for our specific unit. I am glad I had the opportunity to have home do this job for us. I'm a huge fan now!

Jonathan came out to clean my white rug. It didn't have stains, just needed a little refresh as it was 6 years old and pet odors. Wow it looks brand new and I'm so happy with the results. Also, he was in and out - very speedy! Great job Stanley Steamer!

Eric & Rodney cleaned my carpets and rugs today. When they first arrived, I realized my water pipes outside were frozen. They were nice enough to see if any of the sinks in my house would work. And luckily one did! They were very respectful and thorough in their work. There was a stain that was not coming up completely, so they wanted to make sure I knew that. They even spent some extra time trying to get as much of it out as they could, which I greatly . They were very friendly and completed the job in a timely manner.

William did an excellent job cleaning my new home’s carpet. Very professional and respectful throughout the visit. He explained each step of the process clearly and made sure to ask if I was satisfied before finishing. Highly recommended.

Kaiden was very prompt, friendly, communicative, and let me know all of my options as well as how to best take care of our carpets moving forward. He took great care when moving our belongings which really showed us how much he cares about his customers. We will definitely be using them again!

George was a pro!!! Fast and steady, willing to answer my questions. Great attention to the details of my floor's corners. My carpeted stairs have never looked so clean!!! So happy with how my home was super cleaned.

My husband, Joe, and I are huge fans of Stanley steamer. Every technician they have sent out to us has been top-notch. They’re courteous they do their job well and they pay attention to detail. We were very pleasantly surprised to see Brian this morning when he cleaned our dryer vent, it was awesome. It’s gonna make our home a lot safer now. Jo & Austin from Stanley Steemer did an awesome job on my basement floor that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They were polite, professional, and made sure I was happy before they left. I’d definitely use Stanley Steemer again and recommend them to anyone!

Carlton and Eric were courteous, explained the process of cleaning the duct work throughout our house and thoroughl. They did an excellent job of protecting our furniture and belongings. The pictures inside our ducts were amazing; lots of construction drywall pieces in a particular section. I would highly recommend Stanley Steamer and this crew in particular.
