Louis crew was here on time and he was very thorough and cleaning my gutters and also getting rid of all the fall debris that had fallen in my backyard. They were great

Samy and his team were quick, professional and very tidy. They not only fixed what they were there to do but secured an additional shutter that they noticed was loose so I wouldn't have to have them come back out.

I just bought a home and needed to get my air ducts cleaned. The team came out and cleaned the ducts in my house and remediate some issues in my HVAC. The team was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They showed me so much I did not know about duct cleanings and preventative maintenance to ensure the HVAC stays clean. I've been using Chesapeake for years for projects around the house such as cleaning out the gutters and washing our roof. They have always been reliable and do a fabulous job.

Our HOA requires dryer vent cleaning to be performed every 3 years. I contacted Chesapeake Property Services, who we used the last time, and a technician named Kevin came out and did an excellent job. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. He is a true asset to this company.

Kevin and one other employee did a fine job of inspecting and cleaning my gutters this morning. They arrived on time, told me exactly what they would be doing, and did the work. They pointed several things out to me, including mentioning that it would be good to prune back a few branches that were intruding on the gutters - a helpful comment. Based on this service, I can recommend this company.

I was very disappointed at the gutter cleaning crew this year. I had good experience with the crew in the past years. The crew this year did not knock on the door to announce they were there. Neither did they leave any paper report describing what they did (as typical practice in past years to let me know what service they performed and the quality of the gutter guards). I'm wondering if this is because of the new crew this time. I will not use this company again in the future.

I made an appointment to clean my Air Duct Vents; I was so impressed with the service we received; the technicians were awesome and very professional. They were 2 technicians; they both were incredibly professional. His name was Jaime, but I forgot to ask the name of the other one (sorry) They came in the time frame given to me, as soon as they came in, they greeted us How are you? Etc. They explained everything that was being done, and they ask if we had any concerns or questions. My Vents look so clean even my house smells so good. I will recommend your company to my daughters and my friends and if any of my neighbors would ask, I will recommend them also.
Keep the good work!! Also, we both are senior citizens, and the Discount was very helpful. When they call me to give me appointment time your Agent on the phone was also very Nice.

CPS power washed the gutters on the house, one side of which is two floors high. They did an excellent and professional job. At all times, the crew was cheerful and pleasant. The price was fair. Satisfactory in all respects. I will certainly call on CPS again for similar tasks and am happy to recommend them.

Today I received a dryer vent cleaning service, as required by the building I live in. I’m sorry I don’t remember the tech’s name, but he was excellent; polite, professional and friendly. He took care to move items carefully and replaced them. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Super thorough job. They removed every intake and supply cover and cleaned all ductwork on 3 units resulting in almost a full trash bag of dirt and dust. Great communication and politeness from the service end as well. Would highly recommend.

I've used Chesapeake Property Services twice now, each for a dryer vent cleaning. Each time, the men who came out were on time, very nice, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. This service involved Jamie and another younger gentleman (sorry, I can't remember his name). I'd highly recommend them to others for dryer vent cleaning!

Got the gutter cleaning and dryer vent done. Got a discount on the dryer vent as promised when purchased both services together. The two technicians showed up on the earlier side of the promised time window, got right to work, and they were done in a couple hours. Great job!!!!!
