Luis thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent which allowed my dryer to work safely and properly again. Luis was professional, polite, courteous, and respectful. He is a great representative for the company. I will definitely use Chesapeake Property Services for other jobs!

Even with the inclement weather, Chesapeake Property did another outstanding job with my gutter cleaning. Climbing up yo the top of my 5 story house with a wet metal roof did not deter them.

Samy and his helper are very competent and thorough as always and I am always satisfied with their work.

Guanerger and his crew members did a terrific job pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. They were thorough and left the work areas spotless after they finished. They really went above and beyond- I would definitely recommend Chesapeake Property Services, and look forward to working with them again!

The service provided by Luis and his team was excellent. They arrived on time, ensured their shoes were covered when entering my house and were efficient in performing the work. They cleared my driver vent and looks like new. Highly recommend their service

Luis and his partner were professional and did a thorough job. They even fixed my fence gate that had jammed shut from a recent wind storm. Both should get more than $10 tip.

My scheduled gutter cleaning had to be changed due to shingle work by another contractor. Despite a very tight schedule they were able to squeeze me in to avoid a conflict. I can't remember the name of the crew leader, but he was terrific. Got the job done despite having to work around some scaffolding. This is why I choose Chesapeake Property Services year after year.

I've been using Chesapeake Property Service many years now for gutter cleaning. They do quality work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The technician, Elder, was prompt and courteous. At the end of the job he showed pictures of the before and after the gutter cleaning. However, I found a piece of aluminum that was knocked off a second story window in a flower bed. Also, it appears that in checking if the downspouts were clean and functioning the gutter covers were not replaced properly. From the pictures it looks like the covers do not follow the gutter line and are sticking up a bit.
A suggestion would be to have a walkthrough, so to speak, so these issues could be addressed before completion.
Followup- after contacting CPS they sent out a technician, Sammi, who corrected everything. He explained what he did and walked me through all the work. Very satisfied,

The service guys, Sammy with 2 of his co-workers, who came and cleaned my gutters and dryer vent were very diligent and really knowledgeable about their job. He even explained to me the work that they’ve done. They’re very professional and clean with their work. I highly recommend this company. Their price is very reasonable. This is the third time they have cleaned my dryer vent. They also did clean all the vents in my house last year.

Technicians sent were very professional and courteous, excellent cleaning of my gutters and downspouts. Took the time to inform me of what condition my gutters were in and assured me they were in good condition. Samy was individual mentioned in the notification email.

Dryer Vent Cleaning Services and installation of the approved vent covers was done on 10/8/2025. David and Anzhony were the technicians that performed the service for 36 condominium units. Both techs were extremely professional and helpful to the residents. Tony was our sales rep and very knowledgeable and understanding about the needs of our residents. He also gave us a good price comparatively to the area. Camille and Klia were on top of the phones. So nice to talk to a human being instead of an automated machine. They are both very courteous and kind and go out of their way to be helpful. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. They certainly will have our business in the future. I highly recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning.

The roof repairs by the technician who are very polite and get the job done.
It would be great if I can have some repairs pictures after completion.

Absolutely professional and above the bar service. Luis and Luis were thorough, detail oriented, clear in communicating what they were doing, and highly respectful of both inside and outside of the house. I can't recommend them enough. Took additional time to.make sure the job got done! Air duct cleaning - quite a job as the previous owner had not done it- and gutters provided by these two gentlemen. I hardly ever give the full 5 stars but their work was excellent. Thank you!

The owner was quick to reach out and was very helpful in making sure the job was completed properly. He also kindly explained that the crew believed the spigots had been turned off. I double checked and found that wasn’t the case — but honestly, not a big issue. The service crew returned and completed the job and we received the maintenance report. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. Overall, solid work and excellent customer service. I'd definitely recommend them and would hire again.

I sent the following message to the service email but didn’t receive a response before getting an automated request to review their service: Just wanted to follow up with you regarding the service that was performed yesterday. When will we receive the maintenance evaluation report as described on the attached invoice? Also, the technician worked very efficiently. He was here for a total of maybe 20 minutes. However, we noticed that he didn't get around to flushing the gutters and downspouts with water after removing the debris. Wasn't sure if that was something that happens on a follow up visit or if it was just missed. Just let me know. Otherwise, everything looks great.

We used Chesapeake Property Services to clean our gutters (we have used them for this previously as well as to clear a dryer vent that a small animal had fallen into). Once again, we were very happy with their service! Our technician Kevin was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the team was respectful of our property. They did a great job clearing the gutters, cleaning up the resulting yard debris and addressing concerns with a clogged rain spout. They made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving our property. It was easy to make an appointment and pricing was very reasonable. We will surely use them again!

We had our Air Ducts cleaned and some mold in our air handler removed. Luis and Luis arrived at the arranged time and once I walked them through the area, got straight to work. They were very careful to keep the mess to a minimum. Very professional and respectful.
Would definitely do business with Chesapeake again. Price was as quoted.

Samy, Juan and Marcos did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent. When they showed us what came out of our vent, we were frankly astonished. In addition, they showed us how the birds were getting into the vent. They were able to replace the vent with one that will prevent birds from nesting in the duct again. We will definitely use the company again.

Anthony did an excellent job. He was very experienced, worked efficiently, cleaned up to perfection, & answered my questions completely. Very professional. I would only use Chesapeake Property Services for this job. Consistently excellent work.
