The buildings looked fine after being power washed but the windows turned out horrible! A crew game back to redo the windows and they turned out worse. We have lived in our condo for four years and the windows have never looked as bad. We were told by Chesapeake that the rain would wash them off. I guess we will be responsible for getting them cleaned! Very disappointed!

This crew was Amazing! Personable and friendly! i got my desired window of service and have had some of the same technicians last couple of times ive used them, which is really helpful bc they are already familiar with the layout and how much time it will take.
They just left and ive already booked my next appointment. Very satisfied customer!!!!

Technician Justin Randolph was professional, knowledgeable, and neat with his work...Justin was very informative with letting me know what the process would be, how long it would take him to complete the cleaning and with the quoted cost... He was very reliable, and I would highly recommend Justin again for future service!!!

John was friendly, on time, professional and courteous. His work is outstanding and the prices are great! Stanley Steamer will clean my carpet from here on out. Thank you John for the fast and wonderful job you did on our carpet.

This was our first experience with Stanley Steemer, and it was very positive. The team of William and Dre operated very well together. William gave a very detailed overview, which added to what I had already read and understood about the service. They were extremely polite and efficient. The work was excellent. I had expected that some stains may not have come out, but overall the end results exceeded my expectations. And the next day, once the carpet had dried, there were no surprises. I will definitely use SS again and request Dre and William if they're available!

Justin was very professional. Already had shoe covers to protect my floors. He listened, never complained when I asked to redo a spit. Always a positive attitude. I felt very safe in his company. Give him a raise!!!!

Brian and Kaiden did a great job cleaning the dryer vents, air ducts, and carpet cleaning. Both of them we’re extremely friendly and I will hire them again for any future cleanings.

Thank Will!! First off the carpet, area rugs, stairs look new again. Didn’t believe it was possible after our dogs, cats, and us tramples on it with muddy construction going on for the past 6 Months in our backyard. Will is a great guy and next time I’m using Stanley services I’ll ask for him. 10 Stars fine Sir!!

Kaiden did a great job cleaning our furniture. He walked us through the whole process, answered our questions, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything looked fresh when he finished. We were really happy with the service and would definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

My experience with Stanley Steamer was great. Gabriel did an excellent job. The carpet came out better than I had expected. It looked fantastic; stains gone. Life was brought back into it. Thanks for a job well done!

I've used Stanley Steemers over the years and they've always done a good job. They're reliable , show up on time and friendly.
Today George came to clean my dining room and living room carpet and my sectional couch. He was working by himself and did a great job and was very friendly and personable. I will ask for him for future appts.
Scheduling was an easy and pleasant experience. I think the lady's name was April that I made the appointment with. Nowadays a lot of receptionists aren't that friendly or helpful so I'm glad Stanley Steemers takes that seriously.

Brian saved our house. He went above and beyond cleaning our dryer vents. He identified fire hazards we were unaware of and repaired them. He is truly the best, very kind, very smart, very thoughtful! We are so grateful.

William and Isiah are absolute professionals from the moment they showed up...taking their time assessing the area that would be work and explaining ther expertise and taking me through the levels of treatment and be transparent and realistic about the end result.
