I am overall very pleased with the company's performance. However that age old ugly stepped in and has made me very anxious in june i had purchased a new beautiful pats suit for my sons wedding I never got to wear it. Because one of the cleaners with the knowledge of the other stole it. I wanted to be certain that it was just not placed in one of my closets. My worst fear was right it was gone. When i told the owner there was no offer for reimbursement, no apology, no i will investigate. Nothing!

I have used Rios cleaning in Washington DC for a few years and I must say that I was mostly satisfied with their services. Regrettably, I have been very disappointed by the last couple of interactions with the cleaning crew, particularly when I came home to find heavy mop marks on the wooden floor of my apartment, which clearly indicated a rushed cleaning. I complained with the crew and asked them to come back to complete the $150 job I had paid for. I had to follow up twice to get a response blaming the products that were used. I believe the response showed poor customer service. I am happy that I found another service provider that, so far, is doing a much better job and for less!
