Nana and her girls do an absolutely amazing job on my Airbnb. They are polite, professional, and highly proficient. Bee CleanTeam does an exceptional job every time and they reliably inform me of any issues that arise at the Airbnb that I may have missed. Nana is easy to get ahold of and she’s been incredibly accommodating for me and my business. I can’t recommend them enough.

Nana and her team are responsive, thorough, efficient, detail oriented, they use their own quality materials and are open to feedback. These are essential characteristics for us.

David and Alan did a great job with our 2br apartment move-in! We booked last-minute but they were very accommodating. Our 15ft U-Haul truck was completely full, and they were very careful with our things rather than rush. It took extra time beyond what we had booked (1.5 hrs) and they stayed longer to help us finish unloading. Highly recommended!

BEWARE OF FECH,
Beware of FECH Moving & Cleaning Company and Ade, its owner! This man is utterly dishonest and unprofessional, and we are in the process of suing him in Court for a refund of moving expenses. On Sunday, April 14, I called FECH shortly after 6 a.m. asking if they had an opening for a quick move that day. Ade, who answered the phone, said yes. After, giving him all the details and authorizing a deposit of $140 deposit, for 3 hours of moving at $140 per hour, he emailed the contract. The contract, which required an authorized signature, was sent with the wrong date and time. Instead of Sunday, April 14 at 12 noon, the contract stated Monday, April 15 at 1 p.m. I immediately called the company regarding a correction. Ade, apologized and sent an updated copy with the correct date and time. Within 5 minutes, I received a text from Ade, using his cell phone, changing the arrival time to 4 p.m. I called him again, telling him that he is not honoring the requested time and that we cannot delay our move to 4p.m. I tried to cancel, but he refused to return my deposit. We did not go forward with the move, that day, due to the time constraints, but called the next day to reschedule since FECH already had our deposit. We rescheduled for Wednesday, April 17 at 10 a.m. I repeatedly asked Ade and verified in text messages for the job to begin at 10 a.m. reiterated the 3 hours time for our small 10X10 storage. (We moved the items into the storage in less than 3 hours.) Though he assured me, FECH/Ade did not follow through. First, a driver and truck (one man) showed up late, at 10:30 a.m., fussing and cussing that the other help did not show up. I called Ade, at FECH, immediately. First, he did not answer his phone and the driver said, he does that all that time. He schedules moving jobs and fails to provide sufficient labor for the job, and then doesn't answer his phone. The man began the move, by himself, saying he would try to accomplish the job in the allotted time. My 74-year old sister, whose items were stored, met FECH drive at the storage. He took 10 hours, stopping, cussing, talking on the phone to his girlfriend, stopping for lunch. He damaged and broke many items. He damaged an antique chair, broke a set of brand new dishes still in the box; destroyed a shredder, and other items, . I repeatedly called and texted Ade, at FECH, left messages that we were only going to pay for only the three hours we requested; that it was impossible for one man to lift heavy furniture; and that the situation was unacceptable and unprofessional. He wouldn't return the calls, but texted and said he would call me on Saturday. I urged it him to called me immediately, and he ignored my request. Ade and FECH took advantage of a 74-year old senior. I was unable to be at the storage site on Wednesday because I was out-of-town. Yesterday, April 18, he charged the senior lady's credit card for $975.00. We are in the process of filing law suit against Ade and FECH. And, I have yet to receive a call back from. I URGE YOU, DO NOT EVER USE FECH MOVING & CLEANING COMPANY!!!!

I highly suspect that a lot of these good reviews here are FAKE, or the quality of movers from this company is RANDOM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My experience with FECH was the WORST of all the moving companies across the states. As described in all of the 1-star reviews, although they were polite, the movers were careless and damaged boxes and furniture during moving, and lied about all their travel time. And the manager (the one on the phone) supported such quality of moving. The company/manager also refused to respond to disputes (also, they'd always respond to google reviews nicely for one time).

Just had a recent move to a new place of residence. Was in search for some movers and came across this company. I'm very grateful for the services they provided. They were not only timely, but very professional with the handling of my personal belongings. The owner also reached out to me after services were completed to ask if their service was to the level of my satisfaction. I don't typically leave reviews, but I was compelled to do so because they provided such an excellent service. Highly recommend!

We used FECH for a local move and were very satisfied with the service. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. They moved the contents of a 3 bedroom house from storage to a location 20 miles away in 4.5 hours. We were very impressed! They took extreme care with our possessions and we generally felt that we were in good hands. They handled a minor glitch with the truck in the morning in a timely and professional manner, and were quick to apologize for the minor inconvenience. We would recommend them highly to anyone and undoubtedly would use them for any future moving needs. Thank you FECH!

I used this company for moving services and they arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. I spoke with the manager and he was polite. The movers arrived on time. They helped me break down each of my furniture pieces and they packed them in boxes for me. The movers did a phenomenal job packing the items in the truck and then when they arrived to my place, they assisted on building the items back to the original form. The manager of the business did a great job following up with me during and after the move to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was the experience I was looking for. I would recommend this business to anyone else. There prices are actually much lower than the rates I received from other companies.

First and last time dealing with this moving company! Abe, who I assume is the manager lied about pricing and overcharged me. I was charged $600 for a move that took literally 1hr and 15min from start to finish. When I initially called, I advised that I didn't have much stuff as I was only moving bags of clothes, a few storage bins, 2 nightstands and a mattress. Abe advised that the minimum was 3 hours but if the move didn't take that long, he would not charge me for the full 3 hours. Abe then called me during the move to charge my card when I found that I was charged for not only the entire move before it was even completed but also for the full three hours + additional fees that were not discussed in the initial phone call. I am still waiting (4 days later) for a receipt regarding the price breakdown. Instead of honoring his word from the initial call, he blamed the price change on a miscommunication. Very unprofessional company and I do not recommend this company! BEWARE

I was in a bad situation. I needed a same day mover. I am a hoarder and my scheduled movers refused to move me once they saw how much stuff I have, and that there was mold in the basement. Ade, the owner said he was willing to work with me. I explained that I was only given 11 days to move out of my childhood home. He only sent me ONE person to pack me that Sunday, then the second day he sent an additional guy, who was HIGH, REEKED of Marijuana, and was observed by junk removal smoking it on my mother's property. He Put my ceramic Buddhas in a trash bag, with no bubble wrap. One of them broke needless to say. Then he packed my ceramic plant stand under heavy boxes. So it crushed from the weight. They did not finish moving everything and had to come back the next day. ADE charged me $3000 in CASH to approve the movers to come back to unload my stuff into storage. This is AFTER he had ALREADY taken $2200.00 out from my card that same day. He just kept charging and charging, claiming he had to pay for the storage of the truck and me keeping my belongings in his truck overnight. I ended up paying Double what we agreed upon in price, PLUS that second day, the movers left 2 of my boxes at the property, that I am now not allowed to retrieve! For all of this trouble, the owner offered me $500 back. Which is a JOKE. This guy is a scam artist. He played nice, saw that I was in a bind, and took advantage of me.
UPDATED REVIEW: The owner called me after reading this review. Typical scam artist behavior to try to keep the truth about his shoddy business practices known. Instead of taking responsibility for the damages his workers caused to my property, and the items they left behind, this guy tries to gaslight me, and tell me that I said they were doing a good job. He LITERALLY held my belongings hostage on his truck until I paid him an additional $3000 in cash! Does THAT sound like a good job, or a scam artist, who just gets people he is friends with or meets on the street to do these jobs, with no real professional moving experience? Don't fall into the trap I did. The other 1 star reviews on here corroborate my experience. I just did not have time to read about them ahead of time, to make a wiser choice. I needed a same day mover, and he pounced on me like prey.
Knowing he had another job lined up that same day, but not another crew to do both jobs. So he is calling the worker at my job. Rushing him. Harassing him. Yelling! He KNEW I had alot of stuff, that needed to be packed one day, then moved the next, because I had to be off the property by the 1st. Since the other person's job was not done as planned, I truly believe Ade charged me what he WOULD have made on the second move, PLUS what was agreed upon for my move.
