Sonia, Cecilia, and Maribel (T1) did an excellent job cleaning my apartment. They were efficient and thorough, finishing my 1br in about 1 hour (which was quite messy). They even dusted through all my nicknacks on my bookcase which I’ve always avoided doing. They were also all very kind and pleasant!

Our team, headed by Sonia with Sonia, Cecilia and Maribel is great! They are thorough and responsive to requests. Very warm and trustworthy people. The Maids is also flexible when our schedules need to change.

Cecilia, Sonia, Maribel and Norma are so quick and thorough! They were done with my house - albeit a small townhouse - in just about 45 minutes. They are also the nicest people! Definitely recommend.

We’ve been using the Maids for biweekly cleanings for over a year now. Hilda and Team 3 are fast, efficient and professional - they clean our house from top to bottom in an hour. They’re super friendly and kind to our cats and have even celebrated our big milestones with us.

I had them come to do a deep clean of our apartment. While they did a good job it was definitely not a "deep clean" especially for the price. It was not until well after the 24 hour window that I noticed smaller things that were not cleaned - some of the baseboards, exterior of cabinets, left something soaking out of obvious view which we found a couple of days later, under bookshelf, etc. They also skipped a room but had to leave due to time. Very professional team of cleaners. I think they would be ok for regular cleaning, but for a one-time deep clean it was expensive and not worth the price in my opinion!

Cecilia (leader), Irene and Rubidia were amazing, on time flawless cleaning. Carpet, floors baseboards, etc. Everything was cleaned to perfection and made to look brand new!!!! I will always use them.

The maids are so wonderful! We have used them for a year now at our property, and they are so great! Management is easy to work with, and team 5 is such a great crew!

We have used “The Maids” cleaning service for many years. As busy people, we depend on Team 1 (including Celia, Sonia, and Maribel) to keep our house presentable. They are friendly, hardworking and trustworthy.

The Maids of Southern Montgomery consistently gives me top notch customer service. Team 5, led by Ana, is always punctual and cleans my home with great care. Each of the team members is friendly and courteous. I also appreciate the online tracking when they're en route so I can see what time they will be arriving. I recommend them highly!

The team did a decent job, but was pricey for a deep cleaning. Had to guide them through a lot of cleaning spots, and they still missed a rug & couch to clean. The visible places were cleaned, but not much in-dept cleaning for which they charged the price.

they might be good for regular cleaning, but the deep cleaning service is too pricey for the quick job they end up doing.

I used The Maids for a move out clean of my apartment in Silver Spring and had a great experience. Ana and Team5 were on time and got straight to work cleaning the whole place. I was highly impressed with the results, would recommend!

Team 4 came in and cleaned so well. Bathroon and kitchen were sparkling! They made the beds and tidy up the clutter without needing any input, I wouldn't have known where to tell them to start! I love that they took the physical load off as well as the mental load. Very professional, excellent work!!!

Team 2 has been doing a great job and are a huge help keeping our place clean and tidy. We have made some requests and they’ve been responsive. They are on time always, and I get a text when they arrive and when they leave. The office has been great to work with also. These women work very hard and I appreciate how well they do their jobs. Thanks Team 2!

I just had team 4 today and they were exceptional. You cannot go wrong with this group. They even folded the TP like they do at hotels ✨️🤗

Deep clean review (Team 6 I believe):

The team that cleaned my home did an amazing job! 👌🏿 My home is a mixture of wood and carpet flooring which did not prove to be an issue. They left every inch spotless🔥 They cleaned the house very quickly, too. Also, to their credit, they used materials that did not have an overwhelming scent. If you are sensitive to cleaning products you are in luck.

They even made the beds, a chore I was going to tackle later. Finally, every one on the team, from the operations staff to the fielded employees, were communicative and professional. Strongly recommend this company for your cleaning needs. 👏🏿

They arrived to a fairly clean home that had been professionally cleaned by realtor before we moved in a few weeks later. I asked for 2.5 baths, kitchen, family room and living room (no bedrooms or personal space). They charged over $350 only to be told I would have to arrange to have them come back to clean what was left dirty like bathroom sinks and fixtures. I wanted a partial refund for their time and spotty job because like many people I work all day and it was easier for me to clean myself than try to schedule another visit. Poor work and poor policies. I don’t recommend
