We can't rave enough about Kaleal and Excellent Carpet Cleaning. We have VERY OLD wall-to-wall carpeting which was in dire need of cleaning. We have had other companies come in the past, and although the cleaning was good, given the age of the carpet, that one dark 'pathway' from the kitchen down the hallway, could never be lifted enough not to show. From the moment Kaleal came in, he was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with and worked MIRACLES on our carpeting - he really worked hard, especially on the challenging areas and was able to (for the first time) get the carpeting just short of looking like new!!!! And, YES, the dark pathway is virtually gone! We are sold on Excellent CC and will use them from now on! Thank you Kaleal! V&I K

He did an excellent job and was significantly more thorough that two other companies I had used previously. I would have given 5 stars but I am not sure he was telling the truth about being CRI certified because he didn't know the proper cleaning technique for my carpet (Smart Strand).

Best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning service.
I called with a difficult situation. There were carpet beetles in my new apartment, so I could not move in. I just needed to put my things in my apartment, because the next day I was supposed to get on a plane to go to a family wedding.
When Excellent heard my predicament, Rashaud Wayns came out the same day even though they were booked. He was amazing. He listened to my concerns, he was kind, and he was thorough in spraying the insecticide and cleaning the carpets. I would not have felt comfortable putting my belongings into the apartment had he not done such a fantastic job. I was incredibly stressed out by the situation, but I felt so much better after Rashaud was done cleaning.
I cannot recommend Rashaud or this company enough. They were honest, accommodating, and professional.

The company did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and couch. I loved that they give a one hour window of when they are arriving. Their personnel was professional and friendly.

Our wall-to-wall carpeting was absolutely filthy - over the many years since it was last cleaned, it had come to look just awful I wasn't sure how much improvement to expect, but I was astounded (and delighted) when the job was done. The cleaning they did was amazing on my Egyptian rugs! Totally removing any evidence and smell from training my puppy Oski. The service and support from their office was a little unnerving. It seemed like the girl in the office didn't have things organized or together forgetting charges then asking for them later and also scheduling delivery was kind of a chore. If their office staff has changed recently I would highly recommend their services.

The Washington DC area has received a lot of heavy rain this summer. With lots of homes needing water removed and clean up. My property also required water damage assistance. I initially called another well know company and was informed there is a waiting list due to overwhelming calls and that I would get a call back. Well I have an asthmatic child and senior parent and that wasn't going to work. I called Excellent Carpet Cleaning on a Thursday, they came out for estimate on Friday and job started on Monday. They gave excellent description of water damage and what would be needed. They made daily or every other day drop in to check on things. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and friendly.

They reinstalled my carpeting as it had stretched over the 3 years it had been in place. This company was on time and very professional. The completed job looks great! I will definitely use this company again.

Very pleased with the cleaning job done on our wall to wall carpets, even in high traffic areas! Small oriental rug that we had a quick shampoo on didn't really come clean. Technician explained that they have to take that kind of rug to their workshop to get it really clean.

It was very easy to schedule the appoint for the assessment, quote, and the actual cleaning. The quote was quick and professional, and once the quote was accepted, very quick to schedule the cleaning. The cleaning tech arrived on time, and was very thorough in cleaning the furniture.

All in all, it was a great experience, very professional technician, with reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

We had some carpet deep cleaned and some carpet re-stretched. Both jobs were done on the same day by different teams. They were very careful and neat, and we have been completely satisfied with the results.

We were moving out of a house we'd owned for over 20 years. When the furniture was removed I realized that our dog had left quite mess on the carpet under our bed in the master bedroom. I was concerned that the new owners would be very upset and didn't really feel right about leaving it in that condition. I didn't think it could be cleaned because of the length of time it had soaked into the carpet. I was thinking about offering the new owner assistance in replacing the carpet when someone told me they had used Excellent Carpet Cleaning and the results were great. I called them and gave them the details. They said they thought they'd be able to get it clean. I wasn't sure but gave them a shot and was pleasantly surprised that they got the carpet looking great. This is one of the best carpet cleaning company in DC/MD/VA area. I was going to get my carpet replaced because it was plucking & needed cleaning so I decided to try Excellent Carpet Cleaning. They stretched & cleaned my carpet in one day. The results were amazing and their top of the line service was lower than the big name carpet companies basic price know because I got pricing from 3 other company. Excellent Carpet rep came to the house measured each room, looked at the carpet and provided clear guidance on the services they provide along with an estimated of the total cost of the work requested. I could not be happier with the results they saved me thousand, so I will be using ECC to maintain my carpet in the future. The cleaning crew is very professional.

I had the tile floor and grout in my kitchen cleaned. We discussed the expectations during my consultation and was given a detailed estimate. Junior was able to come back in a few days, and my floors look wonderful! I have already recommend their services to friends and will be using them again in the future.

I had a large, dark coffee stain in the carpet. The team at Excellent Carpet cleaning faded the stain until it is nearly gone! Wonderful job throughout the house.

Rashaud was so helpful and honest about what level of service I needed. He never tried to push anything on me. He remembered my name every time I called. The company was willing to be flexible with me when I unexpectedly had to travel for work and allowed me to pay over the phone. Then they worked literal magic on our carpet! It was filthy from years of spills. They removed 95% of the stains. If you'd seen our carpet before, you'd never believe it were possible. We didn't even pay for the most expensive service either. We got the reviver. The customer service and carpet cleaning are top tier. Highly recommend!
