Promptly responded to my inquiry. Courteous and timely service. I had carpet cleaning (next day, very fast and efficient) and installation, (that took more time as the carpet I chose had to be ordered and only one person worked on the install, but he did it in less than a day and the work was excellent). I think they specialize mostly in cleanings, but they actually did an excellent job with my new carpet. Rashaud came to my home with LOTS of samples for me to review and really took time to look them over with me. A great local business!

Absolutely wonderful! Scheduling was easy and really fast! The technician was very knowledgeable and helped me decide the best service for my issue. We have dogs so we all know what that does to carpets. I can’t be more pleased, My carpets look like new! Will use them again and recommend them to anyone who has a tough or easy jobs!

Excellent Carpet Cleaning is an excellent company. I’ve used this company 3 times, most recently to remove a huge red wine stain on my living room carpet. Their work is terrific, the prices reasonable, the cleaners polite, professional and on time. The man who scheduled all 3 services is also polite, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Excellent Carpet Cleaning. All 3 services were in 2021.

Excellent carpet is so particular in any home care from damaging or sctatching walls. It is a trait unheard of with other companies. I was so impressed with this it wowed me to recommend him on many occasions. Everyone was so wowed by this. Plus they did a great job. Carpet cleaning, upholstery clean, and tile grout cleaning. I am also going to use them for duct cleaning.

Service was GREAT. I needed all/only green carpet cleaning products used due to my health and Excellent Carpet Cleaning was able to provide and understood the importance. The lady on the phone who I received an estimate from and who scheduled the appointment was very kind and patience. Rafael the tech who came and cleaned our carpets did an amazing job and was even able to get some tough stains out!! Thank you, Excellent Carpet Cleaning!! Our family room couches had paint spots from my daughter’s artwork. They were able to get out the spots and clean the couches that now look new. They also cleaned the bedroom rug which had several dirt spots. Everything came clean beautifully. They were neat, professional, and on time. I highly recommend.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning carpets in our new home. A few months ago, they also cleaned the hardwood and carpet in our old house, which we were preparing to sell. Both experiences were great. We have worked with a few services in getting the old home ready for market and moving into the new one. Excellent Carpet Cleaning has been one of the best companies to work with. They do the job well, and are flexible if you need to reschedule or adjust. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I received fantastic service from Excellent Carpet Cleaning from my initial call through the completion of the carpet repair and couch cleaning. I unexpectedly had family coming to visit and Excellent Carpet Cleaning accommodated my last-minute request and scheduled the appointment for the following morning. The technician arrived at the start of the one-hour window and the cost fell within the range provided over the phone. Both the couch and carpet look great. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them for future services.

I'm more than pleased about my experience with Excellent Carpet Cleaning. Prior to the cleaning, Luis came to review my space and advised me of the cost. The two men, Luis and his partner, were professional. polite, and on time on the day of the cleaning. I'm delighted that my carpet looks like new due to their outstanding work. Excellent Carpet Cleaning has been doing our carpets and upholstery for years, and they are consistently outstanding. Rafael worked tirelessly, non-stop to and couldn't have been more professional, industrious, and excellent! As is always the case with their work, our carpets and sofas are fully restored...against all odds in view of a dog who loves to make things dirty, and some long-standing stains.
No question, the cost is significant, but the work, professionalism, quality and outcome are well worth it.

They did everything necessary to help us recover from a completely flooded basement from water mitigation to built-in furniture disassembly/reassembly, to drywall repair/painting, to carpet replacement. They communicated with us frequently AND they successfully negotiated a fair settlement from our homeowner's insurance company. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Had another great rug cleaning service from Excellent Carpet Cleaning. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The tech called to give me an ETA and arrived on time. The cleaning was great and the carpet looks like new!

This is my second time using Excellent Carpet, and like its name says, they do an excellent job. We did two sets of stairs and a walk-out basement carpet that gets a lot of foot traffic. It turned out clean and beautiful including even the smallest of stains. (We do not have pets.) The tech was in good cheer and worked very hard. Very pleased.

Absolutely amazing! Emailed on Friday night that I needed my furniture cleaned and they were able to take care of it Saturday afternoon. Luis provided exceptional service, he was very professional and courteous - and he worked hard to get out some very tough stains. The furniture hadn’t been cleaned in over 7 years and it looks like new. Highly recommend.

What a great experience! Excellent Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning our ten year old sectional. They were very careful when bringing the cleaning equipment in the house, arrived on time and reasonably priced.

Excellent carpet cleaning lives up to it's name! Daniel did an amazing job. He knowledge, and expertise were only bettered by his sincere effort to produce a great result!!!!!

It was great: the price was ultimately less, and Junior worked with me to make it so! But the work and the results were MORE, and better than I imagined just b/c our carpeting was in such bad shape. And, most importantly, when my wife came home from work, she couldn’t believe the results!
