We've been using the Maids for a couple of years now and have recommended them to multiple friends and neighbors. Sonia, Cecilia, Marilel, and other members of their team have made life much less stressful and our house a lot cleaner. Also our fussy dog loves the team, which speaks volumes about their patience and kindness. The house is clean and its a destresser for all of us.

I have used The Maids consistently for over 25 years. I have come to rely on their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. I like that I have had the same team leader, Sonia, for many years. She’s a wonderful leader and her team is excellent too. Sonia and Maria (in the office) are always extremely responsive and accommodating.

Thank you to Team 4 for incredible work! Elma and her team were fast, thorough, and left my home a lot brighter and cleaner than it was before they arrived. Booking the appointment was easy and communication with the office was clear, no issues. I've used this company several times and I'm always happy with the results!

My father became a very satisfied client of the Maids 25 years ago. Although he is no longer with us, my sister -in-law and I both continue to use their services. Personally, I have been a monthly client for over 14 years, and this review is long overdue. The ladies of Team 6 are always on time, extremely friendly, and very conscientious about the job they do. They are respectful of my property and my pets. Although they consistently do a wonderful job, their most recent visit was exceptional. I had had some painting done in my apartment, which left much more of a mess than I had anticipated. Maria was able to schedule my team to come a week earlier and they left my apartment spotless. I had been so stressed after the painters, the exceptional service of Team 6 was such a huge relief and so very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend The Maids, and specifically Team 6.

Because of a holiday weekend, the team (Team 4, led by Elma) was reduced from the usual three to only two. They did a fantastic job all the same. Within the company’s guidelines (no moving furniture, nothing that requires ladders or stepstools, etc.), they are always thorough and careful. Such a pleasure to enjoy my clean home when they leave.

We love the maids. They are thorough, efficient, and kind. We have an older dog who can be fussy with new people but they are fantastic with her. I would highly recommend them

Sonya’s team 1 is extremely professional and friendly. They leave the house like new….clean and smelling good!

Do not use this service! I hired them for a move out clean for my condo so that I could rent it out. They did such a poor job that I had to hire other cleaners to finish the work. They also put a hole in my wall that they attempted to cover up. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a fake email address.

The Maids Team #2 of Southern Montgomery County (Alicia, Norma and Sandra) were fantastic. So thorough - got into every nook and cranny of every room and bath in a large apartment. All the ladies were very thoughtful with my elderly parents and moved very efficiently and quietly around their home. The apartment is sparkling and we are excited to have them back on a regular basis. Very easy to book and great communication. Thank you, Ladies!
