They were prompt in all our appointments, fully transparent in all they were doing, and also educated me on the upkeep of the system while they worked. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. It's very rare nowadays to find such quality service with honesty. Other contractors assessed the system and tried to upsell things I did not need, which would cost me tons of money. In the middle of the freeze our 20+ years furnace decided to retire. Our home was cold, mind you we have a toddler. Called Ivy heating and cooling (referred by a friend) they showed up and assessed the situation.
They immediately took ownership of the problem.
Gave us temporary heat.
Furnace and ac unit were old and inadequate.
Price to replace was definitely great. I’m very happy with the whole experience.

I hired Ivy to install a humidifier connected to my furnace. They did a great job. It didn't take long; price was totally reasonable; and best of all - no more nosebleeds in the winter!
He also noticed that I had some wires (from a previous bad HVAC contractor) creating a potential fire hazard and he was kind enough to fix it for me.
I'll definitely hire Ivy again.

IVY Heating and Cooling came recommended by a friend. We were having issues with our heat pump. They came out quickly and assessed the situation. They determined that our heat pump and furnace needed to be replaced. They price they offered us for replacement was reasonable. The turn around for replacement was quick. They also replaced our thermostat with a much more efficient one. Highly recommend Ivy Heating and Cooling. They are a customer focused business. They will not be satisfied unless you are satisfied. We will be hiring them to maintain our new unit.

I had an issue with my evaporator coil which needs to replaced and I am very much satisfied by the work done by Ivy to replace my evaporator coil. Ivy was very honest and I would recommend him for HVAC issues. Ivy was very prompt in responding to all our questions and make sure he addresses our concerns

Woke up on the coldest day of the year to my heater not able to get past 63 degrees while the thermostat was set to 70. Called Ivy at 7:19am and he was here before 8:00am! He seemed to resolve the issue but then after he left the problem persisted. He came back immediately following his other appointments for the day and his curiosity and persistence led to a surprising solution when everything else was telling him our system shouldn't be malfunctioning. He refused to leave until he was absolutely certain the issue was resolved this time. Then before he left we had a nice regular chat about normal every day life things. Not only quick to arrive and getting the job done, very personable and comforting, like having a good friend who happens to be handy fix your problem.

As I homeowner I have encountered several HVAC professionals over the years, Ivy is one the best. I received a thorough inspection of my system and an honest assessment of what needed to be addressed. There was no pressure for me to purchase additional services. Ivy was fantastic! My AC was moved as part of a backyard renovation last year and things went south soon after. The first company I called tried to sell me on an entirely new HVAC unit through scare tactics and failed to diagnose or deal with the issue (for $600 sunk cost).

Eyal, on the other hand, fixed the issue quickly, competently, and for an extremely reasonable price. No need for a $10-15K new unit.

He also dealt with several issues prior contractors had created and failed to notice (even crawling through a half-size window to do so!!), was knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Ivy is both highly skilled and fairly priced. Have had many different hvac companies over the past 15 years and Ivy is the best I've seen. Would highly recommend.
