Great service! I highly recommend Ivy, LLC. We were a week without heat at the coldest time of the year and a baby in the house. Other companies just didn’t show up for the appointment. Ivy, LLC came right out and did a great job getting our heat working. Friendly, professional, prompt, good communication. Only company I will use in the future.

We were referred to Ivy through our home warranty. Through every step of the process, the work was performed and communicated in a professional manner. We ended up needing a replacement and they helped us get settled with our new system. I would highly recommend to anyone with HVAC needs in the DC area.

I cannot recommend Ivy HVAC enough! Eyal came to repair our heater, and he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, was professional, and got straight to work. Despite the urgency of the situation with a cold front fast approaching, he was calm, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Eyal diagnosed the issue quickly and had our heat back up and running in no time!

Wonderful experience!!! I rarely post reviews online but I had to let someone looking for any types of HVAC services know how great Ivy, LLC is. First of all, they were quick to respond. The owner Eyal had other appointments that day but found time to come assess the situation with my HVAC in between appointments. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I must also say that he was honest about the issue and fair with his pricing (rare these days. I've dealt with rude, unprofessional HVAC companies that only care about collecting money from you). I was so pleased with Eyal 's work and friendly attitude. I will not only be using Ivy, LLC with all my HVAC needs going forward but will also tell all my friends and family. From a very happy customer!!!😊

Eyal and his company Ivy is great! I have used them three times. Eyal has always been very professional and very fast in his response time. I can’t say enough about the service. I highly, highly recommend them!

I have used them twice for AC repair and for a gas line project. In both cases they were extremely professional, prompt and executed the job to my satisfaction. AC was up and running in less than an hour after calling them on a hot day. Really saved us. Gas line was installed quickly and it works and looks excellent.

I cannot recommend Eyam and his team at Ivy highly enough. We had just left for a two month trip when I noticed (on the Nest) that our air-conditioning was constantly running but the house wasn’t getting cool!
Eyam was recommended on our neighborhood facebook page. He made himself available the next day and immediately identified the issue (a bad capacitor). He also noticed that our filters needed to be replaced (totally us!! It had been 2 years😞) and asked if he could order them for us! He then installed them on a separate trip on his own time. While replacing the filters, he noticed that there was a small leak from our toilet into the utility room! Eyam immediately called me and asked if I wanted him to fix it or just turn the toilet off. He likely saved us from a water bull in the thousands, as well as potential water damage to our basement!

Eyam was prompt, affordable, proactive, professional and never pushed us on additional services. I would use him and his company again in a heartbeat,

He helped us out on a tight timeline moving into a place without any A/C. His installation work is clean and efficient and you can tell he takes great pride in it. Excellent system assessment and repair at the onset of a very hot summer season. Eyal communicated clearly during diagnostics when identifying problems and then performing necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost. Eyal and his coworker did a great job replacing our furnace in early 2024-especially after Choice Home Warranty dropped the ball. In October of this 2025 the blower fan failed-still under warranty, and Choice Home Warranty dropped the ball yet again, but Eyal jumped in to fill the void. Eyal was prompt and efficiently diagnosed our AC issue. He diligently resolved our issues which unfortunately meant acquiring a new AC unit. However, Eyal gave us different options so we appreciated it. Highly recommend!

He responded immediately to our leak in the system and first set up a great temporary repair to stop the problem and then returned with the necessary parts to finish the job. Quality work with ingenious solutions to complex problems and all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended and would gladly hire him again
