Jeremy was amazing, responsive, and thorough. I had a leak in my system and he spent many hours working to diagnose the issue and find the leak. When he was unable to find the leak, he took the time to explain the process to me and we figured out next steps. He was able to replace a part under warranty and helped me to understand why that was where the leak was. It took three days but he returned promptly each day, was patient with my many questions, and ended up solving my problem! 10/10 would definitely call his company again and will be recommending him to anyone who asks.

With promptness and professionalism, he arrived on the same day I called, fully prepared to tackle the emergency. His expertise shone through as he swiftly diagnosed the issue with a blown capacitor and set to work, ensuring everything was in perfect working order before I had to leave. He even explained exactly what happened and reassured me this was a common problem and not something I did wrong.

Highly recommend Jeremy and his team for your HVAC needs! He was the only one of 3 inquiries to separate companies to follow up on a hot Friday evening in June for our broken 25+ yo A/C, which he was able to fix that night. He then worked with us on getting a replacement HVAC system (did get other estimates) that met our requirements. It was expertly installed and is working great!

My rental property had a 20 year old unit, and it was time for a new one. They were very straightforward, no-nonsense. And I was happy that they were absolutely no high pressure whatsoever. Just explained my options very well, and let me come to my decision on my own.
I received several quotes for my installation. And while Complete Comfort was not the cheapest, they were the most detailed and professional of the bunch.
They showed up on-time, worked efficiently, neatly, and nonstop to get my property back up and cooling during this heat wave.

Fantastic crew, great work, very professional. I cannot recommend Complete Comfort enough. Complete Comfort was recommended to me by a neighbor after I had already scheduled 3 other companies to do estimates, but I added them to the list and knew from our initial meeting that this was the company I would go with to replace my HVAC system. It's not often that you get a professional who can adequately explain the work to be done in terms that anyone can understand but still answer any of your question. Usually it's a set speech kept simple but vague, leaving you with unanswered questions. Jeremy was an exception. We could have a detailed conversation at a level that answered my questions without leaving me more confused. He and his crew were incredibly courteous and professional, above and beyond what I would expect given a wide range of experiences over the last few years when I had my water heater replaced and my floors replaced (and later repaired). And if their service and professionalism wasn't enough, their pricing was highly competitive and the 3 year warranty of labor (where everyone else only gives one!) were major sellers. As I stated to start, I cannot recommend this company enough. They are wonderful!

I called Complete Comfort to come Service my HVAC system as a preventative measure to avoid future issues. This summers heat has been brutal, and I wanted to catch any issues before they become bigger. My Unit was serviced completely & efficiently and I felt like a weight was lifted that everything was operating appropriately. Jeremy was very responsive in returning my phone call to schedule an appointment and prompt with service. At the time of service, he was professional, personable and took time to explain what he was going to do before service. After he serviced our home, he shared before/after photos, took time for us to review the invoice, explained and gave us tips to better maintain our home for the future. If we were staying in the DMV area, we would definitely use Complete Comfort LLC again. Highly recommend.

Jeremy Hairston, owner of Complete Comfort, installed a new boiler in my house a few years back (my old Google review was just reposted in error but the sentiments are the same). I asked Jeremy to come back and service my AC system that someone else had installed about 7 years ago. He service the outside compressor (the other company had never cleaned the filters resulting in poor performance) and found multiple areas in my attic where the previous installers did inferior work, leaving gaps where warm attic air could get into the system. He took photos of all the defects and provided me an estimate for repair which will further improve the efficiency of the system. I am so grateful that I have an honest, trustworthy and intelligent Heat/AC contractor like Jeremy Hairston at Complete Comfort to work in my home.

This was One of the best experiences I've ever had technician came out a day earlier than planned. You knew what he was doing and corrected the issue in about 30 minutes. I hope I don't have to call for his services again, but if they're needed I definitely will call there again

These guys are great! Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable. I had my HVAC go out during some of the hottest days this summer (up to 87 degrees in my house). I was referred to Complete Comfort from a friend / coworker who had used them before and suggested I call them. Not only did Jeremy come out very quickly after my call but he was even able to install a brand new system within a few days (my old system was approximately 22 years old). It's also worth noting he was extremely competitive on the price to install the new system. I can't say enough good things about Jeremy and Complete Comfort.

I can count on very few fingers the number of contractors that have been reliable and of integrity. Jay with Complete Comfort, LLC was phenomenal from outreach to work completion.

When I initially reached out, Jay was a bit occupied with other jobs and said that he would contact me back, and he did just that within a day. Most contractors wouldn’t remember to call back, but Jay was great at communicating when he’d be able to come by.

When he arrived, he was very thorough to check each part of the HVAC unit and talk me through it. He showed us all the potential problems that could be causing our HVAC issue and why. He also gave us tips to manage air ow (especially during the summer) and prevent mold in the ducts. He explained everything in laymen’s terms which was very helpful. On the side, Jay also went over and behind to tell us how to monitor for carbon monoxide poisoning, which was important for me and my growing family! He didn’t overcharge and was up front about his pricing. He also recommended a duct cleaning person that can do a good job!!

Jeremy responded quickly to our call, came out the next day and gave us a very fair quote, explained everything, provided temporary mobile AC units, and installed our new system within 2 days!!!
