Jeremy was fantastic for the entire process to relocate my HVAC unit. From my first call through installation through inspection. Very responsive, worked with the County to get all permits and approvals needed efficiently. I would 10000% call him again for other work and recommend CC LLC to others. His whole crew is very nice, thorough and professional.

Highly recommend Complete Comfort!! While purchasing our house, we had several quotes from HVAC companies after the inspection. Complete Comfort was the only one that did not try to pressure us to replace the whole system. Their tech was the most thorough with his assessment and provided photos of the parts that needed repair. They gave us quotes for either a repair or a full replacement for us to choose from.

When the sellers asked for more details, Jeremy was quick to answer my questions which really helped in the closing process. I had a personal contact out of state review all the quotes since he's owned an HVAC business for decades. He agreed that Complete Comfort's pricing was very fair and a great deal.

After we purchased and were ready for the repair, they honored their original quote and came out quickly to do the job as soon as the part arrived. Now we're ready for the summer heat with the confidence that Complete Comfort did a job well done!

Hands down, the best AC folks I have ever worked with. As a small construction business owner, Complete Comfort is my first call for any of my HVAC needs, and the only company I will call for my own home including most recently the full replacement of my furnace. Fantastic customer service!! Jeremy is super responsive and helpful. Two of his guys came to fix a heating issue which turned out to be easily resolved but they had great customer service and honestly, just genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and that goes a long way with me! They also showed up after normal hours on a Friday night like it was their pleasure to help us out. Great experience and highly recommend!

Jeremy is quite knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. He did take his time to listen to my concern and we had a very nice chat. If I ever have any issues with my HVAC, I now know that I can trust him.

Huge fan of Jeremy and Complete Comfort LLC. He was very reasonable in cost and more communicative when it came to replacing our upstairs AC unit in our old house AND luckily we still live around the area, so he was able to help us fix our AC in our new house and help us install the Echobee thermostat (which we struggled with). He is extremely personable and just down to earth- not like anyone else from these large companies we have worked with in the past.

Probably the best HVAC guy I've ever worked with. He and his team installed our mini-split which does both heating and air conditioning for our sunroom. There were a couple of edge case issues, and he was out quickly to address them with an abundance of patience. I've also had him service our heater. No hassle. Moderate prices. Quick and reliable. Very satisfied. I've recommended him to a friend who has also used his services to fix or replace an AC compressor.

When it was time, his team was professional, respectful, and made sure to keep my home as clean as possible during the install. Jeremy and his team were awesome to work with! He recommended a replacement humidifier on my existing furnace to improve air quality. His team was out to do the install a few days later, and they were polite, kind, and very patient and sweet with my 5 year old who kept trying to “help.” Communication with Jeremy was excellent, and online payment options made it super easy. Jeremy just finished the job of installing my new AC. He and his helper did a fantastic job.
He always kept me informed, very reliable and his price was good.
Even provided a portable AC until he could get to installation of the new system the following day. I highly recommend Complete Comfort.

What can I say, other than that this company is simply excellent! Jay was extremely easy to work with in terms of checking out the old system, recommending a replacement at a reasonable price, and scheduling the work. And, then, yesterday Jay and his colleague installed the system in the least intrusive manner possible - including leaving the hallway (our place is in a multi-unit building) staging area and the installation area spotlessly clean. I cannot recommend Jay and this company highly enough!

I wish I can clone Jay. He's honest, very knowledgeable, always tries to help and charges a reasonable price. It's a huge peace of mind knowing I can always rely on Jay if I have any heat or ac problems. I also refer him out to my clients and friends any chance I get bc he's that good! He has also installed three new systems for me 5-6 years ago and the systems have no issues at all.

Another job well done! This was an urgent need for a leaking hot water heater replacement and Complete Comfort came through again. As always, they are friendly, thorough and the prices are fair. Very highly recommended.

Our AC went out in the middle of the June, and they got a new system installed the same week. He even lent us window units for the time in between. Jay is professional, does the job quickly, and is honest with his quotes. Highly recommend!
