Our air conditioner went up and he was at my house in less then thirty minutes. He was determined to fix the air conditioner and did not leave until it was finished. I have had a lot of experiences with different companies and I am proud to say I will not be using ANY other company from now on!

This has been the best costumer experience ever. My house was freezing cold and Chris got my furnace up and running in less than an hour. He was well spoken and respectful, not to mention I got same day service with an unbeatable price.

We just finished our second service with Jaime at Builder Brothers and wanted to share our positive experience. Throughout the process of scheduling and completing the HVAC maintenance, Jaime was courteous and professional. On both occasions he arrived on time, was considerate of our sleeping toddler, kept everything tidy, thoroughly explained the work he was doing, and politely answered all my questions. We will definitely keep going back to this business in the future.

One of my biggest concerns going into this project was the price. I googled and set up an appointment with some of the best reviewed Heating and air conditioning installers. When speaking with the sales reps, it felt so commercial and almost like they didn’t know what they were talking about. It felt like negotiating at a car dealership. With builder brothers, they knew exactly what I needed and it didn’t feel like they were just trying to sale me something, it felt human, if you know what I mean. The best part was, they charged me half of what the other competitors were asking for. With a reasonable warranty coverage. I’m not exaggerating either. It was great

MP Energy has been servicing our HVAC systems for years. This past February, amid record low temperatures, our boiler failed. MP came through in a big way. They installed a replacement in time for us to avoid having to drain all the water pipes in our house and take up temporary residence elsewhere. The owner, Marlon Pujon, was involved through the entire process. He initially came up with a quick fix to get the old boiler working long enough to raise the temperature in the house to a tolerable level. He then pushed to get the replacement installed, was on-site often, and stayed in frequent contact with us by phone and text. His crew worked hard to get the job done in a day, removed the old boiler (no small feat given that these things are made of cast-iron), and left everything clean and orderly. He and his crew spared us what could have been a really awful stretch during the coldest winter in memory. Service and communication far above the norm.

Very courteous, friendly, clean, punctual and honest. I would refer them to anyone and will certainly us them for any future needs.

Marlon knows his stuff. His team did a fantastic job running streamlined ductwork in my 1938 house.

The owner knows his stuff from an engineering standpoint. But the workmanship of his staff was terrible. They failed to connect several ducts, had to cut a whole in the wall to undo an error they made, and cut up the floor willy nilly. Marlon is smart, but not good at quality control or customer service. Don't use them unless you require them to make repairs and have Marlon on site each day.

Excellent installation and service over many years. Our furnace began leaking water a couple of days ago and Javid arrived within a few hours to replace a broken pump; very satisfied.

I called MP Energy Services to get help addressing inconsistent heat on the different floors of my home. After looking at the system, they suggested having another technician come out to provide a quote. I never received a call for a technician to come out, and I was sent an invoice for $99. They did not tell me there would be any charge in advance. When I called to ask about this, they were unwilling to waive the fee.

Marlon and team are wonderful - they installed an HVAC system and its been flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for work.

His knowledge and understanding of all things heating and air conditioning is vast, but the way he brings it down to a level I can understand is appreciated! I have been using Complete Comfort now for 3 years and can’t speak highly enough to the quality of service, responsiveness, and trust they have earned with me. My 15 yr old unit was on its last leg thus I used the maintenance and servicing of that unit to get me through two more years and to try out 4 different AC servicing companies in the area before installing a needed new central air unit. What sold me on Jeremy and Complete Comfort is the passion he has for his work. Jeremy is the owner/operator and will be the one at your house performing the work. The quality of work/service is his name and company reputation in which he relies on word of mouth for marketing. I did NOT get that same feeling with the other 3 companies I worked with; they were an employee dispatched to my house, I was simply just a work order that they needed to get completed and after mine they rushed to the next.

When it came time for replacing my unit, I did get a second quote as well which I found to be much higher than Complete Comfort after they nickel and dimed me for all the extras/upgrades they were selling me on…
Clear P pipe (so you see blockage/need of cleaning) for the condensation drain with a built in electronic sensor w/ auto shut off to the unit to prevent back up to avoid mold or water damage. I asked Jeremy if this was extra and his response, no and this is already included because that is the proper way of setting up your system. SOLD.

They are so great and responsive whenever I need help with anything. Once they returned my call the night before Thanksgiving when our HVAC system was having problems. I highly recommend!

We have used Complete Comfort many times now and we will keep using them on the future. In our first house they will able to fix our AC unit when another contractor had said it had to be replaced. In our recently bought home, thanks to Jay's expertise, by fixing our unit, our electric bill was reduce from $400 to $150! They also redid all the duck work when we decided to remove a wall and did such a wonderful work. Recently, he recommended us to install a humidifier since the environment in our house was to dry and it made such a big difference! We also replace our water heater with them and works perfectly!
