My 20 year old AC decided to die in the middle of a major heat wave. I called on a Sunday and someone was at my house the next day. Unfortunately, because of ice build up, I couldn't get my new AC installed immediately. However, when the time came, it was installed quickly. There was excellent communication between the company and myself and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Cycle Heating and Cooling.

I called Rudi for an AC tune-up. He came right away, explained everything that he was testing, and did not try to sell us on any unnecessary services. Very reasonable price and easy to work with. He will be coming back soon to install some ductwork for a recent renovation, also for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

We’re so glad we chose Cycle! Rudi and his team were fantastic. Our 13-year-old system needed to be replaced - right in the middle of a brutal heat wave. I reached out to four companies, carefully comparing reviews and years of experience. While Cycle was the newest on my list, Rudi made the strongest impression. He was professional, responsive, explained the issue clearly, and offered very fair pricing. Unlike the others, who seemed more focused on sales pitches and upselling, Rudi focused on solving the problem.

On installation day, he showed up on time and within just a few hours, we had a new, super-efficient system. He and his team were also incredibly respectful of our home - keeping everything neat and clean as they worked. Highly recommend!

During this heatwave, our AC stopped working and we were sweltering. Rudi made time to come to our house ASAP, give an estimate of work needed, and stayed in contact with me regularly while I tried to figure out the next steps (with his help!). Rudis and his team are the best! Our HVAC was broken, and he worked hard to fix it. He didn't try to upsell me or make me fix things that weren't broken. When it was time to get a new HVAC, he moved mountains to get us a new one quickly because it was so hot and I had a child at home. He was kind to my family, responsive, and gave me a great deal. I would definitely recommend him and his team!

Apparently, he decided he diagnosed furnace issue before he arrived. He said it didn’t require repair. I asked him to stay for longer than 5 minutes and make sure, but he refused and ordered me to pay $120. He didn’t even have to travel far to get here. His business is located about five minutes away. Problem with diagnosis is that he was wrong. Had to call someone else who spent time here to truly assess and fix the problem. Not hard to fix or diagnose it turns out. Don’t recommend at all.

My client’s house was steaming in the summer but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I referred them to Dynamic Heating and Air Conditioning, and Carlos came over and diagnosed that they needed a new condenser. He ordered the part and came again right away when it delivered. Saved them from the heat for a great affordable price. I would recommend Dynamic Heating and Air Conditioning, and Carlos to anyone and my real estate clients needing HVAC services!

Highly recommend this family owned company. Carlos is professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He took the time to patiently explain what was wrong and the best way to correct it. He was very responsive to phone calls and text messages, even came to our home on Sunday to repair our A/C (I called Friday afternoon). You won't be disappointed.

I had issues with both of my air conditioners and I contacted Dynamic Heating and Air Conditioning to take a look. They arrived promptly and within 10 minutes showed me exactly what the issues were and how much it would cost to repair them. The price they quoted was very reasonable and several hundred less than a major contractor (which had tried to charge me $300 for a capacitor) had quoted me. There was no pressure to buy expensive service plans or hidden agenda. The entire service, which consisted of changing a capacitor, changing a fan motor and adding additional coolant, was completed within an hour. I'm very satisfied with the work that they performed and would recommend them to anyone facing issues with their A/C.

My AC unit went out yesterday. Saw a recommendation for Dynamic Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC in one of my FB groups. I called them at 2 pm today and left a message. Carlos texted me back 10 minutes later and said he could stop by today and would call after 3 pm. He called me at 3:30 and said he would be here at 4:30. He arrived exactly on time. An hour and a half later he had everything running like a charm. Very kind and even gave me a few tips to improve my AC efficiency and lower my bill as a result. This guy is the real deal - AMAZING SERVICE! If you need AC service, repair, or installation... give them a call. Very reasonably priced.

Great company! Carlos is a competent HVAC guy and an all round good guy who took time to explain things, didn't mind me hanging out with him and is looking into whether I can get a part paid for under the warranty. I called around 9am on a Saturday because my AC wasn't cooling. He was at my house same day around 1:30 and my house is now cooling down nicely. If you live in the Colesville area of Silver Spring, you can't go wrong with Carlos.

Carlos is a smart, caring, and skilled technician. He came to my condo to diagnose why my AC had stopped and found that it was triggered by backup in the condensate line in my building. He got the AC running again (thank goodness) and helped my building manager know where the problem was. I would call him again, hands down, for any heating/AC needs, and highly recommend his company.

My 23 year old ac unit finally stopped working so I went online to research potential contractors. After reading the favorable reviews Home Comfort Air Services was getting I decided to give them a call. Yousef came out to inspect the system and I decided to get it replaced given the age. He gave me an estimate which I shopped around for comparisons and found that his price was very fair. On the install date Yousef showed up early with his crew, they quickly removed the old unit and I was able to go to work while they finished the installation. I got a call from Yousef that the work was done early. I returned to the property to find the unit installed and Yousef tested it in heating and cooling mode while I was there. The area around the work was left in a spotless condition. The difference between my system and the systems installed by other contractors for other units in the building was like night and day. From the pad the unit rests on to the secure attachment of the fuse box everything was completed in a very professional manner. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Home Comfort Air Services and really appreciate the communication and excellent customer service I received. I would absolutely use their services again.

Our furnace gave out overnight , a day prior to the coldest night of the year. I made three calls — the first company offered voicemail, the second took several minutes to verify it did not service our area, and the third was answered by Yosef. He agreed to come that evening, and arrived early. He talked me through the job as he progressed, was through within an hour, and had the furnace roaring. Outstanding.

Yosef was prompt, highly competent, informative and personable, and beyond these qualities he genuinely cared that this household had heat when needed. From now on, when I need appliance repair, he's the guy I'm going to call.

Hello all I have used Yosef (he is the owner of this company) services about 4 times so far and every time he has been very courteous. Also he explains what he is doing and why he is doing it, he will work with you on many different issues like payment, scheduling and others. He tries to give you options that best suite your needs not like the big companies that advertise on TV all the time. In a time when so many companies seem to be out to just rob you blind and do a half job for full money Yosef seems to be trying to stay honest and true to doing a good job so that you will not only want to use him again if you need to but as well you would want to tell others about his services. Which is why I chose to write this review because this is not something that I normally do in any case whether good or bad.

Yosef provided incredible service the last time we had an issue with our system, so we called him again when our AC stopped working. He came over to the house immediately and had the system working again within the hour. Yosef is professional, respectful, and efficient. He is the person we will turn to with any of our HVAC problems.
