I had one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a service repair. Our heater stopped working. Yosef came out yesterday. In his process of diagnosing the issue, he made a point to explain to me every step he was doing and pointing out different things. In most of the service repairs we get, I get the vibe that they just want to be left alone to deal with it which I am perfectly fine with. I found Yosef's approach charming though.

Our blower motor died and Yosef had to order a new one. He was very apologetic that our system required the more expensive high-efficiency one. He got that today and installed it.

My wife was so impressed with Yosef's process and integrity that she wanted me to ask what other things the company can help us with (plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Great service! Their tech Roy came out to my house and was able to get my ducts spotless. If you need a honest and reputable duct cleaning company, please give them a call. They come highly recommended.

Booked an appointment in the morning and was told a rep would show up that day. No one had called or showed up by 4 pm. Called the office and was informed no one could come by. Would have been helpful to have notification from the office.

We've used for maintenance and emergency repairs for three years. Personal service to calls is excellent. The've always been right. Higly recommended. Price right. Friendly and I felt like I could trust them in my home.

I lived in luxury TH And have 2 Zones. Carlos Sierra installed A/C and Furnace5/15/2020 And 3/28/2021. He comes and checks all of them twice a year winter and summer time. Thank you Carlos. Highly recommended. Very honest.

Booked online for a HVAC repair for the next day. Received an email and text message confirming appointment. Antonio came on time, asked questions about the issues and inspected the unit. I appreciate his honesty as the issue could be fixed with a starter kit. However, my HVAC is old and will need to be replaced in a year or so. Highly recommend JC & JC HVAC.

My air conditioner went out on a Sunday amid all of the 99 degree weather. First i commend Choice warranty for sending JC and JC because they were a lifesaver. So deserving of more than five stars. Thanks so much.

Great customer service. Arrival time scheduling was coordinated and efficient.

JC & JC was my first quote for a total HVAC replacement so I got a few more quotes and no one came close to their price. The techs were very professional and finished the job ahead of schedule, going over our whole system with us and checking every vent in the house. Carla kept us up to date through the whole process and made sure we were satisfied. Doubt I’ll need to use them again outside check-ups, but would recommend to anyone in the area.

Antonio provided me with outstanding service! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional! Most importantly, he resolved the issue and now our heat is working again!!!! I am so happy our insurance company recommended JC & JC HVAC. I will definitely use them again if I have any other issues with our HVAC system! Thanks again Antonio! YOU ROCK!

Jc and Jc save me this summer, My old hvac was giving me so much trouble, I knew that it was not going to survive this summer. I get in contacted with Jc and Jc and they help me out to figure which system get, they give me a lot of options and they even we’re 100% honest with me. Now I have a full new system for this summer. I want to also point out the Preventative maintenance program that they have, it’s a really good deal they also explained me about the Maintenance that the hvac need to have
( thing that I didn’t know about). I truly recommend to give them a try.

JC & JC HVAC did an exceptional job. We had a very old A/C unit that was hardly working. They were able to get out here to take a look at it very quickly and gave us options on if we wanted to try to fix it to buy us some time to save up or if we wanted to replace the unit. We decided to replace the unit and at the same time change out our oil furnace for a heat pump. They helped us pick the right option for our house, got everything installed quickly, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They even checked in to see how the unit was running a few weeks after installation. We’re very happy we have this new unit throughout this incredibly long heat wave this summer. Great people at their core and a great company.

I called JC &JC because the AC in my rental home was not working. Antonio was there within one day. I received an estimate.ate right away, the work was scheduled and completed a few days later! Antonio replaced my HVAC system (which was over 25 years old so repair was not an option).

I wish my experience with all contractors could be as professional, reasonable and seamless as it was with JC&JC!

When Antonio was at my house, I explained that there was a substantial temperature differential. He suggested some feasible ways to address the issue that would not result in substantial additional expenses.

The day of the job, the work team arrives on time, they were incredibly courteous, they laid down s tarp to protect my floor and they cleaned up after themselves. Antonio came by to inspect the work and to show me how to use the new thermostat (mine was at least 20 years old which was why I upgraded it).

The price for all of this was reasonable. I did not feel like I was being pressured or upsold. The work needed to be done and KC & JC got it don't quickly and professionally!

A great family owned business who take care of their customers. The Hvac mechanic Tony is very personable and knowledgeable. I had them out fix an issue with my compressor. He diagnosed, fixed it, then ran a complete diagnostic on the unit to ensure it was working well. No bs, no upsell, or padding, just straight honest work. thank you!

I had a wonderful experience in dealing with JC HVAC. They installed a total package from Goodman - gas furnace, evap coil, condenser unit, humidifier, electronic air cleaner, and new line set. I bought my own Nest thermostat and they were very accommodating in setting up the new thermostat for me also.

The unit works wonderfully. And also, it looks easy on the eyes compare to my old units. The old ones had tar tapes covering the line set coming out of the evap coil inside - it was inefficient and hard to look at.

Totally, they brought a lot of values to the table and that was the reason I chose them.

They communicated to me the next steps and timeframe to fix my HVAC unit. They arrived on time and my heat working!
