The workers were excellent. Very efficient. Very fast. They stayed to ensure my unit was working properly. They informed me of what the issue was exactly and what they recommend moving forward.

Mr Rodriguez was courteous and professional. He answered my questions. He disposed of the filters he moved from my system.

Antonio and his team were very responsive and helpful! We live out of state and needed the entire HVAC system in our home replaced. He provided a quote for several different variations, and was very responsive to all of the questions and concerns I had. They were flexible and worked with our tenants to install a new gas furnace and AC unit, and also were able to make it back for a visit a few days later to help reset the thermostat. Will definitely be using them for regular maintenance!

This company is awful. They are selected by home warranty companies, but should not be. If one comes out on a Monday why is it taking over a week to upload the diagnosis! A WEEK! It's for the AC and it's over 90 degrees in the house. They have no sense of urgency. I expected a diagnosis to be uploaded NLT than two business days! I called multiple times. Sent an email that went unanswered. Now that I am reading the reviews, let me call back to the company and ask for a new tech company to come out.

I didn’t feel like they necessarily value their customers, or appreciate their need. Felt more I was just another number.

It started with the main office, not the technician. Because I came through a third party, it wasn’t about calls or emergencies, but most likely about profits and no amount of small kids or elderly people in a home with no heat with temperatures in the 20s mattered. It took 2-3 days for someone to come and still no urgency or consideration.

Antonio came out in less than 2 hours from the time I called with a cooling emergency. The HVAC systems went out. He got me fixed in under 30 mins and everything is working perfectly now

The Best service!
My AC broke down during the heatwave and I have a newborn in the house so as you can imagine I had to fix it asap. I called the next morning and they came to fix it late afternoon same day.

This company exemplifies why Google should allow negative stars. My worst experience so far has been with their service. I had to call 20 times to receive a response from their staff. When answers were not available, I was met with hang-ups, meaning that you would need to call 20 more times, or wait another day.

I was forced to work with this company because my home warranty company assigned them. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly advise contacting your home warranty provider to reconsider their partnerships. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced is unbelievable. Also check their Yelp reviews (2.1 stars), it seems like they played with reviews on Google.

Wonderful experience with JC & JC. The technician (Antonio) came out very quickly; he was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed my AC quickly. Definitely will stick with them for all my AC and heating needs!!!

These guys are fantastic. Antonio and his team came in a time of crisis when we were left with NO AC in 95 degree weather. I appreciated the efficient and trustworthy response that got my AC up and running again.

Antonio came to our house, quickly assessed the problem with our furnace, and provided heat within minutes with great professionalism..

The company sent a technician the same day I called for a broken air conditioner. He was efficient, and clearly explained the options for repair or replacement. I would use them againn.

This was a spectacular experience. He came in with shoe covers and assessed the problem within 5 minutes. He explained what he had done (flushed line w/ air to clear)and showed me (water no longer leaks from the unit) differences. This summer is gonna be cool!

JC & JC HVAC Mechanical are always available during weekdays for service calls. They respond promptly, diagnose issues quickly, and resolve them efficiently. We’re always happy with their service and the professionalism they bring to every visit.

The technician (Antonio/Tony) was very helpful in running through various options for keeping our very old A/C unit alive and kicking, with prioritization for our budget. He gave helpful advice about maintenance as well as preliminary info on thinking about a replacement in the eventuality of our unit's expiration, without being pushy or upselling. I appreciate that transparency and help, and we were able to get the unit functioning better immediately with options for the future.

JC&JC HVAC upgraded my 2003 cooling and heating system in 2017. They came to me through one of those all appliance home maintenance providers. I’ve used JC&JC HVAC ever since for my annual HVAC and heating maintenance with confidence.
I contacted JC&JC HVAC to permanently resolve annual low home humidity problems that this winter 2025 became unbearable to my eyes in particular. Their representative listen to my concerns presented options to resolve my issue permanently. I’m a reader so I researched his recommendations and together we decided my best approach for my homes size, “tightness”, and my budget. JC&JC HVAC completed my install in a timely manner, restored an acceptable humidity level to my whole home and my eyes in particular. Because my humidity had gotten so low, it did take 24+ hours for my new whole house humidifier to bring my 2nd floor MBR area to 43% — just as my installer stated.
Their support staff are always respectful and sensitive to my time constraints as I am to their’s. I do recommend JC&JC HVAC.
EXTRA: When my home’s hygrometers registered 11 this winter season, I did research acceptable home humidity levels and its impacts on heath, which lead me to take action. I did first buy stand-alone humidifiers (3) — but hauling filtered water (my tap water is hard) multiple times a day up & down stairs was a temporary solution and not an annual, forever as u get older solution to humidify a 2700+ sq.ft multi-level home. In addition to filling and hauling, each stand-alone’s filter cost $40 and its manufacturers recommend changing it every 30 days maximum. Temporary or permanent solutions — you decide for you??!!
