Great technician, but rude and condescending receptionist. The tech came out because someone already in my neighborhood canceled. We agreed to a last minute appointment. He could not hear or find anything wrong with the system. We paid the $98 diagnosis fee without the diagnosis. We were asked to record the night noise and reschedule. I tried to reschedule and the receptionist told me that they will still charge me another $98 because "when you go to a car repair and they can't hear a noise that you brought the car in for, you still have to pay". Um, no I don't and have never heard of that logic. I also own a business and would never treat a customer like that. So I would spend almost $200 without any work being done on the heating system. Taking my business elsewhere.

KUDOS to Dominic for taking the time to diagnose the issue - a true professional.

They installed a second zone heating system for us. Work was poor all around. Air flow was poorly designed such that some vents shoot out powerful blasts of air while others merely a trickle. Seems like they took every shortcut possible. They also left a mess for us to clean up afterwards. I'd highly recommend finding a different provider than this one. It's hard to reconcile the positive reviews they've gotten with all the negative ones describing similar experiences to ours. Either the positive ones are fake or they have two separate teams - a fabulous one and a terrible one. I think it's probably the former.

Really appreciated the communication and attention working with BMC on our new central air system, and especially valued the respect and care of the install team and their work in our home.

Have been using BMC/Clower since July 1, 2013 when they came out for an emergency call for a dieing AC unit. Hotest day of the year and I had not previously been a customer. They came right out. I've been with them ever since.
Dominic came out this morning for tha bi-annual service. HE WAS FANTASTIC! It is so nice dealing with a family business that is honest, competent and courteous. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Bye-bye Croppe- Metcalfe. You snooze, you loose.

I have used BMC Clower for seven years now and have been impressed by their professionalism and how customer focused they are. They know their customers by name. Sarah is amazing and she understands the sense of urgency and the technicians are very knowledgeable. I had an issue with heating system recently and the time coordination needed to be done with a third person and they worked around their availability. The customer service is A+++

The annual maintenance contract is amazing value and they are quick to respond when you actually have an issue.

Highly recommend them to anyone in their area of coverage.

Comprehensive yet swift heating system check and service by a very professional technician.

I submitted a request at 8:07am today for what sounds like a known issue with Carrier Infinity furnace setup involving a unit that another outfit installed five years ago. Got a call at 9:45am asking if 11a-1p today would work. Joe walked in my door at 12:25pm and walked out within an hour after inspecting, troubleshooting, and apparently resolving everything. He was a consummate professional and absolutely on top of his game. I'm used to writing a check at the time of service rather than being billed later, so hoefully there aren't too many surprises when the invoice shows up, but so far I could not be happier with the quality and service!

Excellent HVAC service company to have repair work done! Joe York was the tech that did my service. Answered all my ? & corrected me with respect when I had incorrect thoughts about the units operation. Very satisfied!

I give an A+ to Dominic of BMC Clower, whose meticulous cleaning of my two 10-year-old GE heat pumps has significantly improved their air flow, because he got rid of all the many years of dust that was clogging the coils. Dominic is a master of heat pump maintenance, and also a really nice guy.

Have had a service contract with BMC Clower for many years now. Staff is professional, thorough, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.

I don't write reviews very often, but when a company goes out of their way to make sure that a customer is taken care of, I feel obligated to reward them and let others know that these guys are "one of the good ones."
This is the second time I've used B.M.C Clower, and on both occasions, they went above and beyond to make sure I had heat/ AC.
I had been using another company for over 25 years, and didn't realize just how bad they were until I tried Clower. Whereas the previous company ALWAYS tried to upsell me- constantly insisting that I'm going to need to replace the entire unit, Clower showed up and fixed the problems right away.
I need to emphasize- CLOWER SHOWED UP RIGHT AWAY. Both occasions were high demand times (First really hot days, first really cold days) and while they had plenty of other jobs to take care of, they managed to send someone over at the end of their shift, and got the job done.
Please believe me- these guys are great. Price was reasonable, service was phenomenal, and a special thanks to Katie, Jose Chavez and Itamar Navarrette.

Benn waiting nearly 3 weeks for these people to install parts. No heat in the bedroom. Scheduling has no clue about this. Disappointing. I am giving you 2 stars because the technician, Joe, who usually comes to our house is really nice. Otherwise, it would be 0. Poor communication on Clower’s part.

Worked with Glenn at BMC Clower to replace the aging heat pump in my condo unit. He really put in the extra effort to research a unit that meet our needs, particularly for low noise emission. The installation crew was professional and clean, and the new heat pump and thermostat is great. Excellent work all around - thank you!
