Top to bottom I had a first rate experience with BMC. They gave me ideas on how and where to install a mini-split that others hadn’t, came back with a fair estimate, and did great work. They left the job site clean, and were great while they were in the house. Then after the fact they were incredibly responsive and helpful in helping me clean up some paperwork issues that were my own fault - I love when companies give that kind of service after they got paid, not just before. I highly recommend them.

I have a Mitsubishi ductless system to supplement my whole home system. Two technicians, TiChina and Dom came as a team to clean the roller and now the air is flowing cleanly and quietly. Both techs had been to my house before and I just want to commend them again for their efficient, friendly and helpful service.

BMC Clower installed a new ductless minisplit in our kitchen, which tended to get too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The machine is amazing, heats, cools, dehumidifies, and it is super quiet and efficient. And BMC Clower was awesome. They did the job in a day (and came back the next day to tweak one little problem that arose after the machine had been running a while), and they handled filing all of the tax credits and things that I was eligible for. Overall great experience. Will definitely call them for service and any other HVAC needs.

Just had my furnace check-up for the fall. The tech was TiChina Gray. She was extremely thorough and checked items that have never been checked before. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I’ll be requesting to be on her maintenance route in the future.
Previously, we had a thermostat replaced, and repair to some circuitry. BMC was responsive and we were appreciative of how they worked with us and our travel schedule to address the issues in a timely manner.

I am military stationed overseas, so making repairs accross time zones is difficult. My home back in the US had a heater issue. The control board broke and the heat would not turn on. BMC Clower came to my property, figured out the problem, and addressed it promptly. The ease of the whole process and professionalism from this company was outstanding. Even when the ordered part did not match my old furnace, they were able to find the right part the same day, and fix the heat for family living in my home.
