I called today, 07/17/25, and Tony arrived just few minutes after the early range of the time window! Very impressive! He tried his best to solve my problem & thank God he has the part in his van. He also explained the mechanics of the different parts & how they relate to one another; very informative & educational as well! He didn't pressure me to change my 21-year old HVAC but advised me to start saving for a new one. Another thing I like is his ability and his patience to get me signed-up on the maintenance plan. This company is on the techy. No waiting for me receive my email & sign; he did everything all at once! Very efficient! It's also still nice that he appears professional: Well-dressed, shaved, clean & neat hair. People might disregard the last compliment nowadays, but for me these things STILL count. So, with a PROFESSIONAL like Tony, what else could a homeowner ask for?

Antonio and his team did a fantastic job installing my new Rheem heat pump system! The installation was smooth, and my house is now more comfortable than ever. Highly recommend their services!

The workers are always pleasant, polite, calm, & professional. When it’s frigid outside and the furnace is on the blink, emotions may run high, yet they are consistently professional.

Scheduled an appointment with Antonio to address some issues I had with my AC unit not cooling how it did earlier in the summer.

His professionalism and quick turn around time in not only diagnosing but also resolving the issue. Happy to say I have a new HVAC guy and will definitely use them in the future.

Do not trust this company. I scheduled a spring tune-up for our 5 year old Goodman air conditioner at our home. After very briefly glancing at the inside unit in our basement, the tech proceed to look at the outside system. He then began claiming that our unit had a "bad compressor" and that this system was not a great system to have and that I should consider upgrading in the near future. He then claimed that I needed a new compressor and stated it would be "very expensive" to replace (he quoted $4500 on the spot). During the entire interaction, the tech refrained from talking me through much of anything and did not take the opportunity to provide any education on the maintenance of the system. The whole interaction just felt off and unsettling.

Over the next week, due to cooler weather, we had not needed to turn on our unit. As the weather became hotter, I turned on the unit for the first time since the appointment and noticed the outside unit wouldn't run. Upon looking at the system I noticed the door to one of the panels leading into the house was ajar, and what appeared to be a mechanism used to start the unit (pictured below) was on top of the door. I made an emergency appointment with another HVAC company to come take a look. This other company came to our house that afternoon and informed me that of course the system wouldn't run because this mechanism pictured below was a pull-out switch unplugged by the previous tech and not reinstalled. They also informed me that everything involving our HVAC system was in great shape and the so-called "bad compressor" wasn't bad at all and was running perfectly.

JC and JC is a dishonest and deceptive company that anyone and everyone should avoid. In addition to the above mentioned irresponsible business practices, the quote they sent me was $5100 for a compressor that retails for under $2000. Unless the labor to install this is in the thousands there is no world where this is a legitimate service price. They also continually called and emailed me to put pressure on making a decision on this compressor. Maybe the worst part of all is that this tech either intentionally failed to put this pull-out switch back or is incompetent when operating the equipment in which he should be very familiar.

Please consider any alternative to JC and JC. This unprofessional and shady tech represents a larger issue with the entire company.

I’m really pleased with this company. I’ve had other companies come out since being in my home. I can honestly say that JC&JC HVAC has provided the best service. I will be using them for now on for all of my hvac needs.

JC & JC was assigned to me through my home warranty. They offered great communication from beginning to end. The technician talked me through everything step by step and had my A/C up and running in about 30 minutes. He showed me the results of the test he ran for the systems performance and left me feeling confident that my house would be cooling in no time (1-2 hours were his exact words but after 5 days of no air in a heat wave that’s no time).

I feel so bad I didn’t think to tip him. Great experience.

I recently had JC $ JC come out to install my air conditioning system, and I’m really impressed. The technicians were punctual, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything clearly, did the work efficiently, and left the area clean. My A/C is working perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, reliable, and professional service!

I’m very disappointed with the service yesterday. The technician arrived completely unprepared and immediately stated he didn’t have a ladder to reach my unit. I had called your office earlier this morning specifically to inform you that a ladder would be required for a 10-foot ceiling to access the roof through the ceiling opening.

Despite that, the technician made no effort to even come inside or assess what equipment was needed. This shows a clear lack of preparation and communication on your team’s part and resulted in wasted time and inconvenience.

Antonio, technician who repaired my HVAC system, replaced the gas flame detector. It was not working properly causing the furnace to blow cold air instead of heat. I really appreciate Antonio calling me to explain what was wrong and the work he did to correct it.

JC & JC company is excellent! They responded to my emergency promptly and professional when a.leading compeditor "dropped the ball". We are so grateful for their profressionalism and fair pricimg!
