Home Comfort Air Services installed mini-splits in our home the summer of 2020. The initial experience was very positive... we received an excellent quote and the communication was great. However, we've had constant problems with our system since the install. Yosef and Home Comfort Air Services recommended we call Magnolia or some other HVAC company with the latest issues we had this summer 2022). It's now November and our system still isn't working properly. I do not believe it was installed properly and I am now having to spend a lot of money trying to figure out what's wrong. It's been very disappointing and frustrating.

I was so impressed the way he deal business with his customers. Recently, Home comfort Air services install New heat pump both outside and inside unit. He took his time to explain how the unit work with his genuine professional advice and he did outstanding job, very detail, clean, organized and professionally done. following the right procedureside with explanation "why he is doing every little thing." He could have done the job the same day but no rush he come back next day to check everything and he keep me posted. To be honest very... very impressed strongly recommend. Lastly, Yosef is a man of his words.

We hired Home Comfort to install our new HVAC system and hot water heater based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint. Yosef and Miguel ran into some unforeseen snags due to the age of our pipes, which took more time than anticipated, and they could easily have made arrangements to come back, as many others would have done, but they stayed until everything was completed. They both exhibited the utmost in professionalism and attention to detail. The fact that their prices were also great was an added bonus!

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Yosef was responsive and timely with the service request. He provided a thorough diagnosis on the unit and walked me through the work to be done. We are extremely satisfied with his work. We will continue to use and recommend their services in the future.

Very happy with Yosef, he came out on a Sunday after a busy week of very hot weather for a standard check-up when we purchased our house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to share information/recommendations with me as a first-time home owner. Home Comfort Air Services was quick, efficient, and fixed our problem. I called for an issue with our AC fan continuously running without the unit being on at all. He quickly isolated the problem and fixed it within an hour. I called the day before in the afternoon and he was at our house at noon the next day. He was very friendly and professional. Yosef is THE MAN!!! I called to get a quote for because I believed another company was overcharging me. Yosef got me a much lower quote for the new compressor in 30 min. He was very responsive. He came to inspect my unit before replacing the compressor and was able to get it running with without replacing anything, saving me thousands of doll hairs. If I ever have any HVAC needs again, I’m definitely calling Yosef.

Yosef did an excellent job for me. He immediately pinpointed the problem to the part in the furnace and replaced it. Very good service. He also had provided a very good deal for my AC compressor. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He had our A/C up and running in less than an hour with one simple fix.

After not making it to my home on Day 1, Yosef did come by the next day. Was very professional, knowledgeable and apologized for the day before. Took time to find the outdated part for my a/c unit. Followed up to update me on status of part and came by immediately when it came in within 3 business days. My a/c unit is fixed and running smoothly. Great service. Highly recommended.

We have two HVAC systems in our home and the upstairs unit was causing the house to shake and was not working well. After looking through a ton of reviews, and getting a quote from another company that we ultimately chose not to go with we hired Yosef for the job and we are so glad we did. Excellent communication, quality work, and they did a phenomenal job cleaning everything up after. We will absolutely be using him again when we replace our downstairs unit.

I reached out to Yosef at Home Comfort Air Services via HomeAdvisor to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system that was original to my house. He did a thorough check, advised me not to bother to add freon since the system was old. He was not pushy and stuck to the facts, even advising me to shop around and get a few more estimates to compare. Everything (estimates, invoicing) was handled electronically which I appreciate. Installation was completed efficiently, and very neatly. He explained every thing the way and was patient with my million questions. We ended up adding a whole house humidifier and upgrading to a variable motor not suggested by him, but requested by us and he advised on if he thought those made sense. He is an honest, and knowledgeable person, the kind of service person/company anyone would be happy to deal with. He will be my go to for all HVAC needs and I highly recommend him and Home Comfort.

UPDATE: this provider does not return phone calls. We’ve tried to service numerous times over the past 2 years and ended up using other businesses. It appears to still be in business but not sure why they no longer answer or returns calls. Very disappointing after initial excellent service.

I called for an appointment because I was without heat. Yosef returned my call and the appointment was set. Not only was this technician thorough and double checked everything, he was cognizant of my time and advised me if he was running a few minutes late. I want to make this clear, Home Comfort was the second company I called. The first company gave me an estimate of $469 to replace a $50.00 part they said was defective--there was nothing wrong with the part (which would have been under warranty anyway). Yosef found a burnt wire in the j-box which corrected the problem immediately. The other company never checked that! I rarely recommend anybody because I used to work in the home services field. I highly recommend his company! They are now my go to company for anything related to my HVAC system!

We previously used Comfort Air for several issues with our HVAC system and were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. However, when it came time about a year later to move forward with an installation and schedule additional maintenance checks, Yosef became unresponsive. We attempted to reach him for several months without success, which was very disappointing given our prior positive experience. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication, we’re not even sure whether the business is still operating. If it is, I would hesitate to recommend it based on the difficulty we experienced getting a response.
