Brandon did a great job fixing our gas fireplace— making it better than ever. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. And I liked the texts saying that he was about to arrive.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. While the estimator was knowledgeable and I think they would have done a good job I absolutely will not tolerate a dishonest company, EVER. I was charged $135.00 dollars for an estimate of things I already knew needed to be replaced. This wasn't a diagnostic issue. This was for a large job worth almost 5k ! I never thought to ask them ahead of time if the estimate was free because their vans say free estimates. When I asked about this the estimator said that was only for hot water heaters. So scummy. This is not the company it used to be when Tim owned the business. Now it's just a greedy corporation. Never again.

As a first time home-buyer, finding out my home needed the main sewer line replaced felt daunting. Tim Whistler Plumbing put me at ease. Everyone I interacted with through out the process was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They provided a free estimate where the process was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered. Even as my questions continued, Heather in the main office was very patient and able to provide an answer for them all. Mike and Kevin completed the repair today and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend Tim Whistler Plumbing to anyone looking for a great team to assess and repair their home plumbing needs.

Saul and the staff at Whistler were great with my recent gas fireplace repair. With their thorough maintenance and annual assessments, we have been able to keep our 17 year old system going strong and we’re ready again for another winter!

Have an urgent need to know whether I can afford some major plumbing work. Receptionist rudely refused to consider letting me talk to a technician to just see if I could get an estimate floor and ceiling (they can't cone to give a real estimate for a week) and then hung up on me. Service is so critical that I am glad this happened. I spend 60k on plumbing work this year and can really tell the good from the bad.

Saul was fantastic to work with. He explained everything and went out of his way to make sure all went well. He installed a new gas fireplace and worked with another company to be sure our chimney was clean and safe.

I am so thrilled I found this company. I told another friend and she’s going to use them too. The serviceman that came to check out my gas fireplace knew everything about a gas fireplace! It’s the best seasonal job I’ve ever had on this gas fireplace. The logs are perfectly set. He added new ashes to make it sparkle more when it’s working. The logs are perfectly set. I can’t say enough about it. All in all it was a very nice experience. I will use them in the future.

Tim Whistler Plumbing first sent Chris Haas to my house clean some shower plumbing and check my toilets and two water heaters. Chris and his assistant unclogged a shower head, where they found lots of scale, and made a proposal for flushing both water heaters to delay recurrence of such problems. I accepted the proposal and the same two service people returned a week later to replace a faulty pressure-relief valve and to flush the two water heaters. Chris and his assistant arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and for exactly the price quoted. On both occasions, Chris and his assistant took care to put on protective booties over their work boots to protect my floors. They had great attitudes for customer service, making suggestions like friends or neighbors rather than a profit focused salespeople.

I called 4 days ago requesting an estimate for a water supply replacement. Today is the soonest available appt. Since then, I've had 3 other plumbing companies come to quote me since then so I honestly forgot about this appointment.
The tech called me today and I told him I no longer needed the quote. He said OK and hung up.
About 40 min later I get an email with an invoice for $145. When I call the office to explain, Heather, told me that's the fee for him coming out regardless. I asked her to show me where I agreed to that or was even informed. She said the technician needs to get reimbursed for coming all the way out there.
I told her I've had several plumbers come to quote me and not a single one charged me to get an estimate. She said not other plumbers. I waiting for Chris Haas (the manager) to return my call in the morning.

Excellent communications,Brandon called before appointment to update me on his early arrival time. Polite, very knowledgeable about our gas fireplace which needed attention. He gave very good advice. I feel the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Whistler Plumbing.

I used Tim Whistler Plumbing to have our gas’s fireplace serviced. Chris, the technician, was great. He came on time, used appropriate stuff to keep the house clean, and recognized a problem that needed to be corrected. Very knowledgeable and a good communicator.

Mike showed up exactly on time, wasted no time in giving us detailed estimates and included his recommendations on how to prioritize the projects given timelines and budget. Although the estimates were not the cheapest that we had seen, the work was well done and dealing with the team both over the phone and in person was fair, efficient and very professional. Highly recommend, we will be using them again!

I called Tim Whistler to check why my system was not outputting cool air, and I confirmed with the receptionist, Nicole, that this would be a FREE estimate. When the technicians arrived, they inspected my unit and determined that the fan battery needed replacing. I told them I needed time to think about it.

At that point, the technician said the office never promised a free estimate and that I owed $135. This was very disappointing. I feel misled and bait-and-switched—especially after being explicitly told on the phone that there would be no charge for the estimate.

Poor customer service and dishonesty in honoring their word left me with a very negative impression of this company.

I called Tim Whistler Plumbing in mid-February to get an estimate for changing the main water service line and repiping of a 76-year old house with galvanized pipes that were buying.

Tim's estimate and pricing was very reasonable compared to the other two estimates we received.

From the day we gave the job to Tim to the day the the job was completed in early March 2017, we were kept informed on every step of the progress.

Tim, his wife Maria and his entire crew are professional, knowledgeable, detailed-oriented and friendly.

During the 2-1/2 day job, Tim kept us informed of the progress and when we made a few changes to the job scope, he evaluated the changes and provided the cost for the change order.

There were no surprises and we are very happy with the end result. Even when we had to call Tim for a leak in a hose bib that we discovered 4 weeks later, we received the same prompt and professional attention at no cost.

We highly recommend Tim Whistler Plumbing and will use them again.

Kevin was outstanding! He arrived promptly to assess a clogged drain in the main water line in my basement that was causing water damage in my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. His calm, informative approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Had a leaky pipe so I called this company. Their customer service team is top-notch, friendly, and helpful. They were able to send someone out immediately to diagnose my issue and offered to repair on the spot. I was not sure as I wanted additional quotes from other companies, and they were very understanding and supportive. They said to call them if I was interested in going with them, and I'm sure I did!

When I set up the appointment, the next availability was like 1-2 weeks later, but they said they would let me know if an earlier spot opened up. Sure enough, they did and called me the next day, and I was able to have working pipes within a few days. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - p.s. I'm deaf and they had no problem with communicating with me via relay service and in person using auto-transcribed from voice to text.

I would definitely use their service again if I run into an issue again, HOPEFULLY NOT! Their technician, Mike, was equally awesome as their customer service. Highly recommended and you won't be disappointed!
