Very positive experience. Came on time, professional service, very clear communication, Honest about what was and wasn’t possible. And the service provider Zo Went the extra mile to make sure the problem was solved, even though it took him a lot of time and trouble. At first, the price seemed a bit high fir our budget, but Zo earned for every penny of it!

Scheduling was extremely easy. On the day of the appointment, Megan came within the agreed upon window. She reviewed all the work and even made several reasonable recommendations. She was fast and left the areas spotless. We would absolutely recommend her for future work.

Rudy, the plumber from Len The Plumber Heating & Air, LLC, did a great job unclogging our toilet. A foreign item (a lime) was stuck in the commode, and he removed it quickly and safely without causing any damage. Rudy was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing along the way. The service was fast, clean, and stress-free, and the issue was resolved in under an hour.
He also performed a free inspection of my water heater and pointed out a leak at the main valve, which I appreciated. I would recommend Len The Plumber Heating & Air, LLC for plumbing issues; however, while the initial estimate fee is reasonable, the repair costs are on the higher side since pricing is based on the issue rather than an hourly rate. Because of this pricing structure, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Sawma did an amazing job with an extensive leak in multiple locations in my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided great service!

I placed a call and was able to get an appointment for the following day. Technician came, quickly identified problem, drove to Baltimore to get part needed, came back and installed quickly. Very nice Technician, well mannered and professional. Wish more were like him.

Len quoted $774 for a minor repair on an exposed ½″ copper cold line in an unfinished basement. The job required no wall access and was a simple cut-and-couple. I did not have the time to get another plumber so I accepted the price. However pricing felt far out of line for the scope of work. I timed the technician who was perfectly professional and did a great job, it took him 8 minutes to finish the job start to finish. I will go elsewhere in the future.

I had an excellent job done by Tran, who replaced a kitchen faucet and installed a new shower head. He noticed a leak under the faucet which I hadn't been aware of and repaired that too. Tran was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The only downside is with the company as a whole, which I feel charges on the high side for repairs and does not give estimates prior to coming out.

Technician showed up on time. Was courteous, professional and friendly. He quickly fixed the issues with my plumbing and did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed.

Brandon Hubbard provided prompt and professional service in both the uninstall of our current toilet and installation of a new toilet. Highly recommended, would use again for future plumbing needs. First time customer and great experience.

I called for a diagnostic service call and was quoted $49 for the trip and that fee waived if I did the work. I reconfirmed that I would only pay $49 for them to look and see what the issue was. Sounds great and they arrived within 4 hours. As soon as the technician walked in he told me there was a $200 diagnostic fee and a $49 trip fee. So $250 to tell me the issue and it would be taken off the price if I did the work. So if they quoted some outrageous price I’d be out $250. Not cool at all. Len the plumber do better and let people know the true upfront cost. You wasted my day waiting for the tech and no resolution to my problem.

Response was wonderful on a Sunday- Ro arrived in couple of hours. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, Len rep diagnosed and cleared kitchen drain line in reasonable time. Thank you for immediate service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After spending over $13,000 with Len The Plumber for a brand‑new HVAC system and a brand‑new water heater — plus paying for their monthly maintenance plan — I’ve had nothing but failures, safety risks, and complete disregard for customer wellbeing.
Both systems failed within the first year. The HVAC died during 90‑degree heat (and has since been discontinued), and the water heater failed during below‑20‑degree temperatures. With two young kids in the house, this wasn’t just uncomfortable — it was dangerous.
What made everything worse was their service. When the water heater went out, Len The Plumber missed two appointments in a row with no call, no update, no apology. We were left without hot water for days. Their lack of urgency or basic communication was shocking.
We finally gave up and called Roto‑Rooter, who showed up on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, and got us back up and running. They were everything Len The Plumber was not: reliable, professional, and responsive.
Because of Len The Plumber’s no‑shows and non‑performance, we had to pay nearly $800 out of pocket for repairs to a water heater they installed less than two years ago. Despite documenting everything and giving them every opportunity to make it right, they have refused to offer any financial remedy or accountability.

Sadou did a great job when he came out to address a burst water pipe into our house. He was fair in pricing the job, extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to ensure that our issue was fully resolved. Sadou was also made sure the area was cleaned from debris and presentable when he finished. Highly recommend!

Manuel is a really expert plumber. The company sent him in to made good on a prior repair gone wrong, which was done pleasantly and skillfully. Manuel also identified some significant leaks and issues with my main cold intake line system! He made sure this emergency work was completed the very next day. The team was excellent as was their work. Pricey but exceptional quality. A few before and after photos.

We have had a couple plumbing issues, and both were handled by some great guys at Len the Plumber. Shout out to Manual for replacing our hot water heater promptly and professionally and responding to insurance adjuster calls as well.
We had another water issue - an unknown leak. Yves came out and figured out the problem in about 1 minute. He was so cordial and professional. He fixed the pipe, taking pictures and keeping us in the loop the entire time. He was tidy, quick and the fix looks and works well. We are so happy with his service and we would ask for him by name whenever we need a plumber again.

Kemar Lewis, the dispatcher technician, led with professionalism. He explained the solution in detail and he even saved me some money and time by finding an alternate route to access the plumbing pipes without having to tear apart my bathroom
tile. His service, mannerisms, and workmanship were excellent.

Aaron, Len The Plumber technician arrived on time and gave my HVAC system a thorough inspection. Aaron demonstrated his superior skills in checking out my HVAC system and even corrected some issues which were left by a different company. Aaron discussed ways to keep the system functioning efficiently and explained that if I added power surge protectors I could prevent damage to the unit’s electrical components. I felt very confident in the expertise demonstrated by Aaron and consider him to be an asset to the Len The Plumber company.

I had a great experience with Len the Plumber and Sadou Aboubakar. My first time using them as I had an emergency on the weekend. Got my water heater replaced in only 2 days (it could have been 1, but the one I needed wasn’t in stock). The second day it snowed 4 inches and they still came to do all the work, and pushed the hot water heater through 4 inches of snow into the house. Mr. Aboubakar was honest, personable, knowledgeable, and offered me a first responder discount.

Last Saturday, I finally contacted Len the Plumber because my thermostat needed checking. They immediately dispatched a technician, Mr. H. He diligently identified the root of the problem and fixed it. Before leaving, he answered all my questions and explained the options I had for protecting my HVAC system. I'm so glad I can count on this amazing company whenever I need help. They never disappoint.

This company is great to work with. They are responsive on the phone. This fall we had to have our gas fireplace set replaced. Chris did a great job explaining the problem with the old set and then installing the new. Mike came when we had a pilot light issue. We enjoyed meeting them both and learned a lot from each of them.

Tim Whistler plumbing is excellent. I got a. Appointment quickly and they are great at keeping you informed. Matt was fantastic. He fixed the issue and consumed well what was going on and what to do going forward. Thank you for such great service.
