Joshua was great. He told me about the process, answered my questions, even helped me clear the way to the back door to get the heater downstairs.
And now the heater happily sits in the basement making hot water!

Jerry has serviced my home a couple of times in the past. He has always been timely, courteous and respectful. He allowed me to ask all the silly questions without complaint or disapproval. His professionalism always makes me smile when he walks through my door.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and needed to be replaced. We were concerned about food particles clogging our drain. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent out two technicians in a timely manner. Jerry Guccione, an excellent and very experienced technician, came to our place with an apprentice, Hunter Davis. Hunter Davis did the work under the close supervision of Jerry Guccione. It was a difficult job due to the tight space under our kitchen sink. The new garbage disposal is powerful, but runs smoothly and is much quieter than our old garbage disposal.

Our home was built in 1952 and repair jobs are rarely simple. Jeff was amazing in identifying and addressing the multiple layers of drainage and equipment failures that were creating our problems. Jeff’s extensive experience and knowledge were evident in the quick diagnosis and excellent repair job he provided. Thank you Jeff for getting us back to normal just one day before Thanksgiving!

David Laboskie was as good of a technician as I could have hoped for. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t mind any of the questions I had for him throughout the process. He turned something my wife and I were worried was going to be far more complicated into a very simple solution. He even gave some help on the DIY effort we made in replacing the J-bend that was leaking underneath the tub. He provided additional information and rough estimates for possible future needs or services based on his observations of the pipes and systems in the basement. If and when there are any plumbing needs in my house, I’d happily call Benjamin Franklin again!

Israel responded immediately after 10 days of delays from another company. Within one hour, he had issue completely resolved and corrected several serious issues created by plumber from the other company. Israel is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He took time to explain the issues throughout the repair, ensuring I understood the issues. Excellent tech, great company!!!

David Laboskie did a terrific job. Our kitchen sink stopped up on Sunday afternoon, just days before Christmas. David was able to come that afternoon. He unclogged the line very efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly so that there was no evidence of his work or the gunk that came out of the line. Besides his competence, David was also a very pleasant, friendly guy.

Chris gave expert service in installing a new reverse osmosis system. He went above and beyond in obtaining the correct connector for the RO system to the ice machine in the freezer. He and his apprentice Cody were also very neat in cleaning up after the installation.

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out to replace our electric water heater with a tankless water heater. They gave me a great estimate compared with other plumbers and did a fantastic job. I plan to use them for future plumbing work.

Israel did an outstanding job! He was professional and explained everything clearly. He also showed up with a positive attitude. I would definitely recommend him.

We had a pipe leak in our laundry room and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Our technician, Ira Miller, was fantastic. Punctuality: Ira arrived right on schedule. Much appreciated! He diagnosed the issue immediately and had the pipe repaired much faster than I expected. Once the job was done, he made sure the workspace was spotless. You’d never even know a repair had taken place! We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any future needs. The technician Mama Khawlhring from Len the Plumber was very professional and quick repair a runn8ng toilet. He came well within the arrival window and was finished within 30 minutes or so. I’m very happy with this company and technician.

We have been long time customers of Len The Plumber, and although our original problem of a hot water faucet leak in the bathtub was repaired on the first visit ($102), the second visit ($692.50) to replace the bathtub handles (knobs to turn on the hot and cold water) and diverter value (knob to turn shower on and off) ended up creating a problem that did not previously exist -- when running a bath, the shower runs as well. So, we have spent approximately $800 to create a new problem. To clean my bathtub, I have to put on a shower cap and arm protectors to not get wet. This is not acceptable.

Kyle Wingate at Len the Plumber did a great job finding and fixing a tricky leak for us. Appointment scheduling was easy and they kept to the timelines they promised which was great considering it was a weekend emergency call. I recommend them without reservation.

Had a wonderful experience with Len the Plumber, specifically Zo. He was respectful, approachable, and timely. He evaluated the problem, discussed the possible options and pricing & worked tirelessly to remove a stuck item from our toilet. Couldn’t recommend the more highly!

I had an excellent experience with Len the Plumber, thanks to Technician Sawma. From start to finish, he did a fabulous job. Not only was he personable and easy to communicate with, but he was also fast, clean, and extremely neat in his work. I’ve had quite a few plumbers work in my home over the years, but none compare to the efficiency, diligence, and professionalism that Sawma demonstrated. He took the time to ensure everything was done right, respected my home by keeping the workspace tidy, and worked with a level of precision that gave me confidence in the quality of the repair. It is rare to find a technician who combines both excellent skill and a personable demeanor, but Sawma exceeded expectations on every level. Len the Plumber is fortunate to have him on their team, and I would not hesitate to recommend both the company and Sawma to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Our technician, Lal Puia, provided excellent service. He did great work in a good time frame. He kept us informed, worked with us on choosing appropriate services and costs, and he left things nice and clean. At a company level, though, Len the Plumber prices are quite expensive.

I have Len the plumber come out to service my sink that was blocked on the 22nd of February. It's now March 4th and my since is blocked again after they snaked it. I asked them to come out and they said they have to charge me a service fee again for work that wasn't properly done the first time. I'm never using them again. Such a money grab

I scheduled a service via their awful answering service and told them the issue. They said they confirmed that they could fix it and scheduled an appt. No one called and no one showed up only for me to call them and they tell me that they can’t help me. They will reply and claim that they called me multiple times, but it's a lie to save face. Their own phone records will show they called ONCE (allegedly). The worst experience! Rude customer service and an absolutely terrible experience. Go somewhere else!

By far, Brian Safrit of Len The Plumber was the most knowledgeable and helpful of the three top plumbing companies we tried. The other two tried to dissuade us from getting the work done because it involves several floors and ingrained piping. Brian took the time to explain why our pipes were corroding (galvanized steel and copper pipes intersecting) and how the repair would best be done. He also fixed the kitchen sink leak. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. 5 stars.

Jesse worked hard to repair a leaking shower drain pipe for us. The job proved difficult but he got it done, as promised. Courteous and communicated well with customer along the way. Great technician.
