I'm beyond pleased. The professionalism, expertise, and "bedside manor" of Jason was amazing. His trainee, Richard, was nice as well. They came on Thanksgiving day, and the value was better than I prepared myself for. They fixed my issue perfectly. I'm so glad that I chose Caton's and I will always use and recommend them from this day forward!

We had an emergency pipe clog on Xmas night… total nightmare…. and Catons was the only company that was available (we called about 6 other places). They promised to be there within an hour and sure enough they were. Our plumber Henry Helwig provided amazing service as he methodically worked through the issue over about 3-4 hours. He was clear about the process, pivoted when necessary to be more efficient, and communicated everything well. He was also extremely clean and courteous while working in the house. I would definitely hire them again

I had a clog toilet for two days after searching for people to help everyone told me that my toilet may have to be removed. I went on the website to get another opinion because prices are to high. I called Catons plumbing and they sent someone out the same day. Demetric the service technician came within two hours of my phone call. He was very knowledgeable , respectful and able to fix the clog without having to remove the whole toilet. He accomplished the job in no time. I defiantly recommend this business….. exceptional job. Chris Bonnell is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber who evaliluated the problem and offered options. He was thorough. I would highly recommend him and and will plan to call him again

I had an excellent experience with this company. I found them on the internet and selected them because of their 5 star Google rating and large amount of reviews. I was not disappointed and they earned another 5 stars from me. I called for a same day appointment because I was working from home and wanted to avoid taking off of work. The technician, Chris was at my home within 1.5 hours of calling for an appointment. He was very clear in is explanations of my plumbing issues. He let me know what potential issues he could run into along the way which unfortunately did occur. He let me know the charges upfront before doing any work and when something changed he kept me well informed. While working he kept his work areas tidy by using drop cloths and wore shoe covers as he traveled in an out of my home. He was extremely professional and a nice person. When I have a plumbing need in the future I'll definitely use Benjamin Franklin again and will request Chris! Thanks for the great service.

Great customer service. I called in the evening and Chris, the technician, was out first thing in the morning. I had an issue with my tankless water heart leaking. I called around my area and not everyone services them. Chris went over the issues and fixed the issue until I can get the vendor to send me the part for replacement. Chris will be back to install the new part. Highly recommended!

I was able to get an appointment right away. The tech that came to the house was very curtious and professional. He explained everything he was doing while diagnosing the problem. Once he found the issue he explained all of my options. He didn't have some of the parts needed to be replaced but made a phone call and got the parts here. I needed a new water pump for my well. The job was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I recieved and would definitely recommend them.

Jeremy was very pleasant . He was on time .and he was able to troubleshoot a problem that I was having with my tankless water heater . The problem was not having any hot water.. He was able to resolve the issue and now I have hot water. He did an outstanding job. May 16,2024.

Tech did a complete diagnostic of the problem with the low water pressure at the sink. Chris explain to me the problem and what needs to be performed to fix it. Chris was very patient with my questions and very thorough. I am very happy with Benjamin Franklin and the staff. I would definitely recommend them.

Jeremy came to perform my plumbing inspection and hot water heater maintenance. He provided excellent service and identified items to address as well as reccomendations to improve performance and prevent issues. He walked me through all my options and quickly set up a follow up appointment. When he returned for my follow up appointment he again explained all aspects of the work and walked me through all work once completed and answered all my questions. Jeremy made a horrible plumbing/sewer issue so much more palatable. He is extremely personable and empathetic to my issue. He showed up on time, if not early. He was quick to inform me of every step he was taking and what the plan of action was. And, to top it off his pricing was very fair and reasonable. Matt was great! We had a minor gas leak in our boiler for our radiator heating system. He came out less than 24 hours after we called, and he was kind, thorough, honest, and answered all of our questions! We will definitely be going with Benjamin Franklin for all of our future issues related to our boiler and radiator system.

Tech Chris Bonnel arrived at my house at approximately 11AM on January 31st. He completed all repairs in each bathroom and powder room and replaced the kitchen sink faucet leaving all work areas spotless. Chris also did a complete walk through with me at the end of his repair work to make sure I was completely satisfied which I was. Top notch to be certain!
