Chris came today to fix my toilet with parts provided to me by the manufacturer. He called about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. He wore shoe covers while in my house. He explained what he was doing and why. He was friendly. He left everything clean. He completed the work in less than 40 minutes. I have been using Ben Franklin plumbing for many years and have always been satisfied with them.

Mr.Bonnell was very pleasant, professional, and experienced. I will request Chris for future projects. Thank you truly a blessing 🙌

Chris came out and did a great job. He was honest and gave multiple options. The workmanship is great and so is the service. I needed a sump pump replaced and it was a great experience.

I called for help with two bathrooms, but Chris ended up assisting with all four, offering great advice and going above and beyond what I expected. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how he made sure everything was done right. The company itself was also efficient, transparent with their pricing, and a pleasure to work with. Great at getting me a quick appointment. Chris was able to asses what I needed and solved the issue with my kitchen sink not draining (I tried everything prior.) all in the same visit. Absolutely Phenomenal! This was our first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing company (BFP) and we were so impressed with the service completed by Israel, we decided on the spot to invest in the total polyurethane pipe replacement in our home of 30+ years. Our Replacement project started 2 weeks later at our request, on schedule with Israel and Jerry and Chase Chase-who is one of their new young rising stars to the team); he is impressive, talented and hard working, and takes the craft/skills very seriously. From start to finish each team member took their time and approached /performed our home project as a work of art as they quickly determined the most efficient way to remove and install new piping while limiting/minimizing the opening of walls unnecessarily taking everything into consideration. Israel, Jerry and Chase always maintained professionalism, dedication and worked together as a team to accomplish the job at hand. The team always provided 100% customer service, answered our questions in detail (whenever we asked), kept us updated on project progress, and the step-by-steps they took to ensure we were able to have water and access to a bathroom throughout the project. Israel, Jerry and Chase work was unlike we have seen in many years they are a true asset to the BFP company. Their dedication, expertise /knowledge in every-way was on full display as they worked together daily for the success and completion our home pipe replacement project.

Chris and Jeremy were excellent! They worked hard and cleaned up acterwards. They were very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. With a restored 100 year Old victorian house I have had many technicians . They are the tops!

Chris was absolutely awesome!! He called before he came with about a 30 min window and was very friendly and personable about the work being done that day. He was very thorough and explained everything after he was done. I have zero complaints about the service and work Chris did. He probably needs a raise for doing his work while it was raining that day.

Israel replaced a leaking Instant hot water faucet. The replacement was not straightforward and required cutting and reaching an area underneath the sink that was difficult to access. No leaks! Well done and very professional.

Chris was very professional and very thorough. Chris handled my Noritz tankless water heater error code 90 with care and assisted with inspection of my sump pump. Chris provided recommendations as appropriate for my plumbing needs and cleaned up after the job was done. I will use this service again and recommend to others.
