The guys at comfort air came out quickly and repaired a leaking mini split on my detached garage for a fair price. They installed new lines and the install was very clean and thorough. The technicians were also very respectful. I highly recommend Comfort Air!

My ac went out when it was at its hottest a few weeks ago. They were able to come out next day. Phil was the technician and gave me an honest answer which unfortunately was a whole new unit. He was able to get it running while waiting on the new unit and install. Everyone at Comfort air has excellent quality work and service. My new unit has exceeded my expectations compared to my old unit which never cooled my home the way this one does. The outside unit was making loud clicking noise with no movement of the fan. So I had put heat on emergency heat and called Comfort Air. Repairman arrived and put system on normal and everything is working fine. Maybe have something to do with filter getting clogged with white dust. Don't know where it is coming from.

Great, honest company, quick service especially on new year's eve. Office and techs were efficient and friendly. Additionally went ahead and replaced our system after 31 years. Install was done a week later and completed in two days.

The owner and Cody, the technician that comes to our house, are knowledgeable and helpful. We have routine maintenance with them and everything is kept in good operating order and they are responsive when there are issues and can figure them out and get it taken care of.

Our experience with Comfort Air was one of the best we've had with a contractor. From the office personnel to the sales rep to the installation crew everyone was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Our sales rep Mike took the time to learn and understand our concerns with our old system and our needs for the new system. He then presented us with several estimates with different equipment options and available rebates so we could make an informed decision. When it came to scheduling the installation he was more than flexible and scheduled the install for the most optimal time for us. The installation crew ( Jon, DJ and Cody) were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional. The workmanship and attention to detail was extraordinary. When asked they took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all our questions during and after the installation. Once the install was complete they performed a thorough start-up and tuning of the system to insure it was working properly and at optimum efficiency. They then did a thorough cleaning of their work area and before leaving made sure they had answered all of our questions that we were completely satisfied.

Comfort Air team in Eldersburg are truly committed to overall excellent service & satisfaction. They try to help me revive my failing heat pump compressor while waiting for installation date. With all excellent effort unsuccessful, comfort air was caring & sensitive to customer needs & loaned me 2 window a/c ‘s until my new unit installed. Wonderful, wonderful experience. Highly recommend. From the initial phone call to schedule to the installation team coming out for the replacement. These guys were a pleasure to work with. Once the install team began, they kept me informed of the status of where things were at in the replacement process and followed through with some additional minor repairs to complete the project.

I received clear communication through email and text prior to service. The team arrived on time, completed the job, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to walk me through the newly installed unit. They happily answered any and all questions, even ones not pertaining to the unit that they installed. Extremely happy with Comfort Air and will use them again in the future.

The company may be great but one driver drives impaired and crashed in to my car. Owner took responsibility as there were no damages. But… the driver they promised to address.
