The owner came out to replace my garbage disposal and entertained my with the most marvelous stories. He helped ease my fears about my upcoming knee replacement and sent me on a wonderful adventure to Point Pleasant,WV. He was quick , efficient and a quality product was installed. He charged me only for the time it took to install and nothing for a very memorable afternoon.

My neighbor recommended Bill at Liberty 3-4 years ago and have been so impressed each time we had plumbing needs. Bill is kind, knowledgeable, and explains problems with his recommended solutions. I trust his suggestions. Most recently, we had a leak in our basement ceiling and he was able to come out right away to assess and fix the leak. Fair and reasonable price too.
Heck, after we noticed our dishwasher was leaking water, Bill walked me through possible issues/fixes and who to call if it was an appliance issue. Definitely went above and beyond! I’ll continue to recommend Bill at Liberty when someone posts looking for plumber suggestions and I’ll continue to call Liberty for my plumbing needs.

We have used Comfort Air for our HVAC needs several times over the past few years and could not have gotten better service! Our a/c went out Thurs evening; I called early Fri morning and they had a great technician, Chris, at our house Friday before noon. Chris was thorough, efficient and very professional! Got the job done quickly and at a very fair price. Excellent service!

Winter service on our Carrier Heat pumps. Technician Cody was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a great service with honest feedback/advice. Diagnosed the problem of why the heat was shutting off after a short time. He told us the solution (a faulty relay panel on the outdoor unit). Part will be covered by warranty, but he didn’t have one in the truck, so we have to wait until they get one. Explained the issue without making a sales pitch or anything. Really appreciated his approach.

For the past 7 years, we had a family friend handle all of our HVAC needs. We became accustomed to prompt service, quality work and fair pricing - sadly our guy retired this past summer (2024).

When our furnace quit on us in November we had a few corporate and local companies out to diagnose the problem and give us a quote for the work - Comfort Air came highly recommended by a friend.

We had Comfort Air out to our house and we were extremely happy with their response time. They came out the next day, diagnosed our problem and provided an extremely fair quote for all work included which included a guarantee on parts and labor for the next several years.

We are extremely grateful that we found Comfort Air and will turn to them for all of our future HVAC needs.

Phil from Comfort Air has been my fantastic HVAC service agent for years. Always helpful. Recently on a Friday night return I home from a week away I had no heat from oil furnace. It was very cold. On the Saturday Phil ( after hours) maintained helpful phone help and coordination with me and the oil delivery guy to help get the system working. There were glitches. He figured it out. He went above and beyond. I find Comfort Air always does the job and cares about the customer

Fast. Great service. Really nice operator. Only gets 3 because of price. Replacing a 15$ capacitor isn't 210$. I'll pay the 130 to show up and diagnose, no problem. Find your make and model and buy yourself replacement caps

Recently (July) I commissioned Comfort Air to install a ductless mini-split for my home office and a jumper duct for my daughter's room. Mike P came, assessed my spaces, and provided a proposal in kind. I really appreciated Mike's attention to detail and knowledge of available rebates.

When Wesley and Jon came to do the work, they were on time, uniformed, professional, and thorough. They even added surge suppression at the disconnect which was NOT part of the scope, but very much appreciated. Install was completed to my satisfaction and left "broom clean".

In October I put in a warranty service call and not only was I given an acceptable lead time, the technicians were able to diagnose accurately and quickly so no repeat calls.

I've tried several other local companies, but Comfort Air has been on a whole other level. These guys definitely "get it". They are not the most expensive among the last four contractors I've used, but they will be the ONLY contractor I use moving forward. Thank you Comfort Air team!
