Wonderful experience with Comfort Air mechanics, Cody and John S. Professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. Checked our three systems from top to bottom, identified any potential problems, made energy saving recommendations and left us feeling confident that we were in good hands.

Very good experience from the phone to get help with our problem to the tech coming to the house. They kept me well-informed on when the Tech would arrive and then let me know what he would do to fix the problem. Phil was great to work with he explained everything that was going to do and told me how he was going to take care of the problem.

In August, came home from a few days away and discovered our upstairs heat pump wasn’t working. It was hot and the thermostat read system error. I called Comfort Air because they were the original installers. To my surprise they scheduled us the same afternoon. Since it was the upper zone of the house, the unit was in the attic; and it being a hot day in August, it had to be hot. They troubleshot the problem to an open wire and fixed it. The repair cost was very reasonable considering the emergency factors. I will definitely be calling them next time we have hvac issues.

There was not actually a problem with our dehumidifier, but the technician walked through how it works and how to troubleshoot. We are now better informed

Comfort Air's personnel are always warm and friendly. They arrive within the specified time frame. Tech has always willing to answer all questions. Repairs were done in a very timely manner.

Comfort heating and air response was excellent. I called this morning and they were at the house by the afternoon. Cody, the service technician was kind and respectful. He worked on our unit which is 27 years old. In a short period of time he was able to help me figure out what the problem is and put together a plan to repair it. He even called his supervisor for advice, which I very much respected and appreciated. I would highly recommend their services. Five stars!
