My experience with calling the main office was super terrific, I got my appointment done right away and the technician, Jacob came out this morning. Jacob did a super-duper extra terrific job at our house. He was very knowledgeable and resolved our electrical issue in no time at all. I would definitely recommend Brosenne Electric to anyone.

DJ came out and not only fixed my issue, but took the time to inspect and walk me through how my new home was laid out. Great service and quality technician, highly recommend!

I had originally reached out to them over the many other options out there because of their stellar reviews and the fact that they are a family-operated business. I was very satisfied with my technician Jacob who became invested in the project with me, and was available to answer any questions I had. Overall, a wonderful experience! I called Brosenne this morning for an estimate. I not only got my estimate the same day but my work was also completed. I had two ceiling fans installed by Ethan. We recently finished a whole home rewire for our 1899 build and couldn't be happier with the job accomplished by Jacob & DJ. Our home was a mixed bag of century old wiring and previous homeowners good intentions but they came in and brought the whole house up to modern code. They cleaned up everyday and kept the Internet going for our home business with minimal interruptions. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Professionals you should consider for your next job.

Had our fireplace converted to electric. Ethan and Mike did a great job; very pleased with the service and finished product. It is pet approved as well.

Brosenne Electric has a good reputation; the techs were polite and professional, but the pricing was extremely expensive/uncompetitive. Their estimate for my low voltage exterior lighting project, using the same brand hardware components but with a shorter warranty period, was 2.5 times higher than the other 2 bids. That courtesy cost me $79. Very disappointing

Jacob and Luke came out the next day after the service call, identified the issue, provided a couple of options and completed the job the same day. Ethan let me walk him through my concerns in my horse barn. He was attentive and understood my needs. He addressed these with suggestions and prices and after I selected the solution I preferred he got to work. I checked on him a few times to see how he was progressing. Each time he updated me and explained what the improvements included. Three hours later he was finished. He cleaned up, leaving everything he had moved, such as buckets and equipment like pitch forks as he had found them. He showed me all the changes his work included. He was good natured and didn’t mind working around my horses. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Jacob and Ethan came out on a Friday afternoon on an emergency job. They clearly explained the work that needed to be done, the permitting and inspection process, and got the job done very quickly, minimizing the amount of time the house was without power. They did a great job.
