Corley (Josh Ralls) has worked with us for about 8 years, initially fixing a bunch of problems like making sure the chimney wouldn't fall down and the gutters wouldn't plug, and finally replacing the roof when it hit end of life. They do quality work and they stand behind it. Josh is infinitely patient and friendly.

Could not be happier with the service from Corley roofing. Used them for the first time last year after another company pressured me into making an insurance claim which turned out to be a scam on their part. Josh and his team are delightful… Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I live in somewhat of a wind tunnel so this year when I lost more shingles I reached out to Josh and they were out within a week to do another top-notch job!

Russ went up in the attic to see the leak then went on the roof and made the repair, charge was more than fair The repair done right and the price was more than fair,would call them every time.

They replaced our entire roof and we couldn't be happier. They gave us a great deal; showed up on time; finished on time; and did a super job cleaning up nails and debris all around the house. Beware when using this company. I would not recommend. My roof had a leak and they came out and supposed to have made the necessary repairs in October 2021. In March 2022 the roof is still leaking, they came out again. June 2022 roof still leaking so I called another company to come out and the work that was supposed to be done by Corley was not done as stated. Get pics of before and after for proof of work. Rip off

Corley Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. was referred to me by our realtor, Jim Roy of LuxManor Real Estate. They did a great roofing job for us at our home a few years ago and they have remained accessible whenever we've had a question. Just this week, Josh Ralls was kind enough to come back out and identify the source of a ceiling leak, which turned out to be a problem with the chimney. They are honest, very quick to respond, professional, reasonably-priced, and do high-quality work. Highly recommend!

I just spent an hour or so with Josh from Corley Roofing this morning. He came by to give a free estimate on a roof "leak" problem we are having. He identified several areas where we could be having potential water problems that were not the roof. He gave me guidance and upon looking at both roofs told me they were both in good shape. He noted that our second roof would probably need to be replaced in another two years but stated that whoever had done the work initially had done a good job. He did say that the materials tend to wear out after about 12 years. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and I plan on calling them for all future roofing issues. Side note he identified where he believes water is coming into our kitchen from work done by another company and caulked around the area but told me it was temporary and the issue should be looked at by a plumber for the roof vent and then they could put a new vent top. He never tried to sell me anything, he was just intent on trying to find the problem. I need a Josh for all the problems in my house, he was awesome!
