Josh from this wonderful company came out to inspect our roof. we were under the impression that we would have to replace our roof given information from other companies. Instead, Josh got on our roof, found the leak, caulked the area and assured us that we have a few years left on our roof. Above all that, he completed this free of charge!! Excellent customer service and super responsive. We know who we will be going with when it’s time to replace our roof.

Corley replaced our entire roof. The whole process with them was very straightforward and easy. They have us multiple estimates as we initially thought we would only have part of the roof redone but their prices were very competitive. They were very quick and also did a great job with cleanup. The only negative item was a small part of the vertical siding got chipped off when the old shingles were being removed. I would have preferred if their fix had been to replace the piece of siding but instead a small cover was just placed over it- it looks awkward.

We would use them again.

Corley Roofers ROCK! They did an amazing job on replacing the roof on our 100 year old home, garage and even shed. Russ Reynolds, the project manager, gave service unlike any contractor I have ever experienced. I was a renovations contractor myself for many years, so I know what to watch for and what to expect as far as quality of job done, etc. I give Corley Roofing an A+ rating. I have never given a company such a good review. Not one hesitation what-so-ever in recommending them. Their prices were awesome as well. Love them.

Corley Roofing and Sheet Metal Company – I had to replace my roof due to major tree damage. Corley was selected by the insurance general contractor because I needed a roofing company who was a CertainTeed pro and who would do a good job. They were and they did. The roof looks great despite other problems out of their control. They did all their work responsibly, professionally and offered their work at a fair price. Regardless of which shingle manufacturer I might have selected, I believe Corley Roofing would have been a good selection.

We just had our roof replaced by Corley Roofing on January 11, 2024.

We had some leaks that we had them take care of in the Fall of 2023.  What I really like about Johnny and Ricky Corley is that they do not try to sell you a new roof.  They recommended to us that we fix the leaks as we had a few and they were successfull in correcting.  We had bought the house in August of 2022 and Johnny told us that the roof had a nail over roof that they do not recommend.  We had architectural shingles over flat asphalt shingles.

We had another leak and we had Johnny check and collectively we decided it was time to replace the roof.

We received an estimate with details as to all the work that would be done.  The estimate was very clear and concise.

We had ice and water shield put on the entire roof and then 25 year asphalt shingles.

The work crew which was 7 people were very hard working, respectful, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after the roof was complete.

At the end of the day we are very happy that we had Corley Roofing company do our new roof.  They are courteous, super knowledgeable, timely, professional, experienced, hard working and they get the job done correctly.

We give them a 5 STAR Rating and Highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

We are so glad we selected Corley Roofing for our project. We had storm wind damage where one of our chimney flues broke off and shattered a skylight. Replacing the skylight necessitated new shingles, and we were fortunate in that our insurance company covered the full back slope of the roof. Josh Ralls from Corley Roofing was FANTASTIC from start to finish! Josh was a good communicator, responsive, fair, and efficient working with our insurance company. He was able to prepare a reasonable quote, which our insurance adjustor accepted without negotiation. Josh was flexible and worked around my schedule while I was on vacation. Josh was skilled in identifying several issues with our field adjustor’s estimate (particularly regarding the required chimney work and ice & water shield per code), which ended up getting us several thousand dollars covered by our insurance. One of the biggest advantages of Corley Roofing for our project was they could PERFORM ALL WORK NEEDED. Our project required (1) chimney flue work, (2) skylight installation, (3) roof. Several other roofing companies I contacted did NOT perform chimney work so would need to coordinate with a different chimney company or subcontract the work to another company. Corley Roofing was able to do it all, which was awesome and a differentiator from their competitors. This company’s extensive track record speaks for itself and there is a good reason they have been in business so long. We were happy with the final product and will be contacting Corley Roofing to obtain a quote for future projects — Price, Quality, Value, Customer Experience — A+ experience all around!!! Corley is a solid company and did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our Dutch colonial home with gambrel style roof. Our existing roof shingles kept falling off as they had been improperly installed. Josh handled our project flawlessly and the install team did a stellar job replacing a lot of wood that was rotted and making sure everything was installed properly, especially for our style roof. We selected Certainteed Highland Slate shingles in smoky quartz to replace our tired looking brown/orange shingles. Josh kept us informed throughout install and shared pictures of the progress. The main foreman, German, was very detailed and ensured our new style shingles went in well. All crew members were punctual and friendly and did a wonderful job with cleanup to make sure there were no stray nails or other debris, especially important since we have a young child and pup that love playing in our yard. We also used Corley to replace our siding and gutters. The crew for siding was just as exceptional. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend working with them.

Corley Roofing tackled a difficult job for us, replacing the roofing material on our flat roof, and incorporating four new, large skylights. The job was complex and required much back-and-forth communication to converge to the right approach. Both the quality of the work and the timely communications were extremely helpful to us. Fantastic service- we had 5 inches of snow-Crete hanging over our gutters and threatening the 4 new skylights that Corley installed for us. Josh responded and came to our house within 2 hours of our call and remediated the issues. Amazing service.

This company is not reliable. After several phone calls, sending pictures and videos of the damage that needs repair the owner went M.I.A. and stop responding to both calls and text message. That is really bad business.

I used Sanchez Concrete to replace a three car concrete parking pad. This job was very labor intensive and I was extremely pleased with the result. A huge amount of existing concrete had to be jack hammered and removed. This was done in a day. The space was then prepped, concrete poured and perfectly spreaded. The parking pad was them trimmed with border blocks which were concreted in place. This job was done professionally, in a timely fashion and a competitive price. Raul was nice to work with as were all the members of his crew. I would highly recommend his business.
