As a first time customer I was very impressed as Jairo not only did the job he came for, he shared helpful tips related to plumbing that will help us in the future. I appreciated the fact that he was able to come before the Christmas holiday to install a much needed faucet in our kitchen. I could not ask for more. We will be sure to reach out when we need handyman services!

I have used JA Renovations Handyman services many times in the last two years. They have done everything from painting to plumbing to electrical and have assembled many different types of furnishings for me. They have also consulted with me to recommend solution to a particularly frustrating problem with a microwave exhaust system that was not operating sufficiently to prevent fire alarms being set off. JA Renovations solved the problem for me. They are professional and do a very high quality job. They are reliable, affordable and timely. I highly recommend them!

A++ service. Their company is awesome. I found them on google and will highly recommend. Great communication; they have an auto Text system that alerts you of your appointments and when they are en route to the job. They ran a new water line and electric to the upstairs of my home for a new washer and dryer. They were able to complete my job in a timely manner around my job schedule. Fair pricing. Also, was able to provide another quote for another project while at my residence. Pays attention to detail and cleaned up well after the job. We will be using them again.

I received a free in-home quote for my powder room and kitchen by Jairo. Jairo was friendly and professional. He greeted me like family and respected my house rule by removing your shoes upon entry without hesitation. He listened to me and offered helpful suggestions and cost savings for each project. I’m was happy to have meet him and hope to do business with the company however, things didn’t work out for me. I don’t know for sure, I believe it was because I asked for written proof of license and insurance plus 3 references within the last 12 months. I never heard back from him or his staff.

We have been in our house over a decade and out of all the contractors we dealt with J.A Renovation has been the most impressive. Other contractors talk a good game just for you to sign their sign their contract and in return their work ethic is very poor. With J. A. Renovation they are very professional, punctual, patient, have a great attentional to detail and NEVER rushes the project. Kinda of wish we had found these guys earlier. If there is an issue, they always fix it and make suggestions so you can make better decision on your project. Moving forward they will be the only contractors that we are going to be dealing with for our home improvement projects.

Could not be happier with the work of J.A. Renovations on our kitchen. We interviewed at least 10 different companies and selected them as they were responsive, prompt in their estimate, direct and agreed to do everything for a reasonable price which they did not go over in price on. The men were friendly and very professional. They were also incredibly accommodating when one of our appliances took longer than expected to be delivered. You also cannot beat the one year warranty on their services. Very satisfied customers!!!

J&A was courteous, professional, reasonably priced and on-time. The work conducted was excellent craftsmanship! I had a vision and I felt I was taken seriously and listened too. Additionally, I was also offered ideas to accomplish my customized cabinetry. I really can't say enough on how awesome and personable they were! My Kicthen was mainly a refurbishment of my cabinets and countertops. However, my sub-floor had to be repaired and my flooring replaced. Also, my Kitchen cabinets were painted. With all that done my Kitchen looks brand new! And I love it! They were sure to go step by step with me through the process! And if that wasn't enough; while they were working on my Kitchen my water heater burst! But guess what! Even though they had orher customers and I was scheduled for Kitchen work they were able to accommodate my Emergency need! Additionally, they still finished my job early! I will be honest and say that when I started the process I didn't know what contractor to select but after meeting with J&A their knowledge base and experience was clear. I highly highly recommend J&A Renovations! I will definitely be using them in the future! #customer4life

Jairo and his assistant worked rapidly to replace all of the drywall in my living room. They were friendly and didn’t make it a big deal out of it when I asked them to correct some small mistakes on their work and the invoice which I really appreciated - “customer satisfaction guaranteed.” I would use them again.

Jairo and his team were efficient, timely and extremely professional/courteous while addressing a very short notice project I contracted them for. From exterior painting to internal electrical solutions, they were more than willing and able to meet my needs and exceeded my expectations. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

After interviewing 5 contracting companies to completely renovate my master bathroom, I selected “JA Renovations” based on professionalism, responsiveness, demonstrated expertise during the interview, past reviews, and reasonable price quote. Fernando submitted a written quote and then I signed the final contract. Except for removing my roman tub, Jairo and Edwardo of JA Renovations “completely gutted” my master bathroom, which also included doubling the shower size and removing a wall and a bath step. They did an “excellent” job installing all ceiling and wall lighting, shower and wall tile, floor tile, shower system, shower niche, shower floor, bathtub and vanity faucets, toilet, and painted walls. They were timely every morning to start work, covered the work area, and cleaned up the workspace daily. Jairo communicated the planned work for the day and at the end of the day he communicated the work completed…which I was very happy to see work accomplishments! They are very conscientious and particular in building and construction and making sure they do the job correctly to code. They completed all tasks outlined in the contract ahead of schedule and did an “outstanding” job in renovating my master bathroom. I absolutely love my new master bathroom!!! I’ve already started using JA Renovations for handyman work, including installing ceiling fans and other home repairs. I fully recommend JA Renovations for your next home project!!!!
