these guys came in to fix my cathedral ceiling after a roof leak caused by solar panels. The ceiling is pretty high and I was concerned with many things. Let me tell you - what I saw was absolutely incredible! The quality, the speed, the way they cared about my furniture - everything!! I have never seen anything like it.
And I am saying it after going through a huge renovation project just recently.
I would not hesitate a second hiring this company!

The team came out to finish some work for me on two occasions. They were able to help seal off the damaged door and ceiling to my crawl space. The work truly helped keep the cold air out of my kitchen. After the repair we had a beautiful new door custom built to match the exterior of the home. On another occasion they were able to secure some holes in the attic to keep any critters from getting in! Excellent work and quality unmatched. They provided a great service on both occasions and I’m already planning additional projects for the future.

I contacted CS1 remodeling regarding a new roof. My home is 23 years old and I had my first leak in the kitchen. In my panic, I think i heard phantom drops elsewhere in the house. Needless to say, when I decided to change my entire roof rather than get a repair, I wanted it done fast and well.

I contacted Carmelo Salva at CS1 based on a recommendation from Next-door.com, along with three other contractors. I called on Monday. CS1 sent my estimate Tuesday. The other three said they would come out to do the estimate on Friday (not even the work). CS1 was willing to work with me to come to a fair price, and said once we made an agreement, they were set to begin work the next day. He has three crews so they can get people out there fast.

Needless to say, the deal done. I just wanted to leaks to go away.

The next day the crew arrived at 6 am. They worked consistently and professionally for the entire day. They installed a 50-year "roofing system" and I have to tell you, I was just impressed with the quality of service, workmanship, and materials. I had a leak over my kitchen which wasn't due to be fixed until the second day. The project manager didn't leave the first day until they corrected that issue. Thankfully! They completed the work in two days due to the size of my roof. When it was done, I can't tell you how much relief I felt. They were responsive, fast, reasonable, and I got a beautiful new roof. I added a picture but you can't see there's a lot of roof not he other side of my house.

I should add -- they cleaned up my property perfectly. My landscaper came immediate after they left, and he didn't find any problems with taking care of the lawn.

I have more work to be done--including my next project. Windows. They will be my first call.

Overall, the experience was excellent. They used high quality-materials and worked efficiently. I was very satisfied with the outcome. Customer service was great and willing to answer any questions I had.I highly recommend CS1 Remodeling to anyone one looking for a professional roofing company.

We had some damage to our home and had CS1 come out. We actually called them twice, once to repair a hole (that the previous owners left) that was allowing raccoons and squirrels to get into our attic, and then a few months later to replace the entire roof. Compared to the other places we called, CS1 had the best combination of price, availability, and customer service. We got a 50 year roof at a price others were charging for much cheaper materials. We went with a bluish color and it came out spectacularly and compliments our house well. They were even able to fix the repair damaged fascia boards and match the existing color perfectly. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors!

Had carpet taken out and floors put in both upstairs and down. Floors turned out fantastic. The crew was great and very professional while getting the work done. Tony was great and extraordinaly responsive while arranging them. We will definitly be using them for our bathroom remodel

CS1 did a good job following up with me for my business. Even better, they delivered with punctuality and quality. I needed to get my roof replaced ASAP, and Carmelo had his crew working at my home the day and time he committed to. IN a day and half they had my house completed. Carmelo was responsive through out the entire process and answered all my questions. Will definitely do business again with CS1 on my next need for roof service.
