Such a good company- Professional Office, Labor& Super intendents. I would Highly Recommend this company to anyone. The atmosphere of the office is very welcoming, understanding, and helpful and very clean.
Super intendents are very quick to help and answer questions when needed on several occasions.
I had a pleasure of working with two of the supers in particular- Roanld and Justin, Both very helpful and kinds. Ronald would go out of his way to answer any questions I had about my replacement service and made it very easy to understand as someone who was not familiar with construction.
Justin- Was very timely with responses and very respectful.

This crew responded to a DC WASA water main break outside of Mess Hall, where we have dozens of food businesses that rely upon our shared kitchens. We had a major water outage and a complicated situation. Not only did the crew work through the night to make the repair but Tom, one of the workers on site, kept me updated with texts throughout, so we could share the info with our customers and neighbors. It's also worth mentioning that Tom was a great collaborator, and listened carefully to observations that I shared about the situation. He could have just pushed me aside, but instead took a collaborative approach, watching video of the flood that occurred before the crew arrived. I really appreciated their customer service, empathy, and communication, in addition to making an emergency repair in the middle of the night amid a cold snap. These guys are pros and we're all grateful for getting us up and running in under 12 hours. That was hard work on a cold dark winter night, and these guys handled it with a smile.

you will not find any nicer people to work on your house and do a great job. They are also very hard workers and always leave the house clean.

They were on time, had great customer service, responsive, pleasant, fast, thorough, attentive, listened well, and knowledgable.

Communication was lacking. Called and phone responded with a "Can I call you back" text. I responded yes, and added my name. No one contacted me so I called again. This time I spoke to a gentleman and he asked me to send my contact info via text, the same number I responded to via text the other day. No one has reached out. I totally get being busy but this is where professionalism comes in. If you can't determine you're overwhelmed and unable to effectively communicate, what else will fall short? Poor communication does not instill confidence in the consumer.

I can’t say enough about J.A. Renovations they are the best I’ve ever worked with. J is fantastic he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before he left, he replace my old screens with new one and I had a light over my porch that has not worked since I bought the house he was not happy until he found out why and he repaired it.
