Just had my roof done with Carmelo from CS1 Remodeling and it was one of the best experiences working with a contractor by far. From start to finish he and his crew made sure everything went smoothly. They were punctual, they went the extra mile by not touching my garden and items around my yard. Everything was top quality from the materials to the work itself the attention to detail by keeping everything in sync with the rest of the roof. They're excellent services included a roof inspection along with virtual imaging and one day roof replacement. They provide solutions to fix homeowners budgets while meeting requirements for your home. They also offer a comprehensive roofing system with some major components intended to prolong the life of the roof and deck protection water and ice shield; attic ventilation; high quality shingles; and ridge-cap shingles for additional protection. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that needs their roof replaced. CS1 remodeling has truly developed a good reputation as evidence by their overall rating that they have seen highly positive reviews.

The process was very smooth. CS1 remodeling made everything easy for me. I had a leak in my roof. I needed to get my whole roof replaced. Once I made the selection of my shingles they got right to work once they were delivered. I have a 1300 sq ft house. They got the roof done in one day. They even replaced plywood. The work was professional and looked great. They even painted my whole house in one day as well. I really appreciate the work that was done and would recommend CS1 Remodeling to anyone in need of professional work done with a good price. I will be calling them soon to replace my gutters.

We had major rain within the first couple of months after purchasing my home and noticed leaks. I immediately reached out to my realtor who recommend this company. Carmelo came out with my insurance adjuster and handled not only the roof replacement ( which was a piece of work) but the interior ceiling repair/ painting as well. The team was efficient and did an amazing job inside and out. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks.

After 10 years of hacving solar panels, it was recently discovered that I have roof, attic, interior ceiling and wall damage form the panel mounts having lost the water seal and has been leaking causing this damage. My agent at the solar panel company informed me that I would be being contacted by CS1 Remodeling for setting up an appraisal consult for estimated damages.
I was contacted in less than 24 hours by Lex L. , the CS1 Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator for setting up the service appraisal. Patiently listening while dictating, She first asked me to describe in detail the damages that can actually be seen. She then thoroughly expalined the next step in the process of being scheduled. She set up the appointment at the next available time which was approximately 7 days from her initial call. She followed up with me once a day giving me updates about my appointment reassuring me that my repair needs are a CS1 priority.
Two days after her call my area had a very bad and long down pour of rain. It wasn't until have way in the day did I realize there was additional water damage to my house located in a different area. I called Lex as soon as I realized this additional damage and she went into quick action calling her supervisor and the renovation crew to get my appointment moved from the original day to the VERY NEXT DAY! Not only the next day but the very first appointment of 7:00am.
Lex L. is nothing less of professional, curteous, espressed synmpathy and care listening to my situation and if I owned a business dealing with customer service, Lex L. would be my first hire!
If you need home repairs especially water damage repairs, I recommend CS1 Remodeling!

I called CS1 and they came out the same day for an estimate and was able to take off and replace my roof the very next day. They arrived on time and went straight to work. My roof was taken off and replaced under 8 hrs. The owner Carmelo is very professional and runs an amazing business. This is a black owned business so this was a plus for me. I have already recommended this company to friends alike. If you need your roof replaced go with CS1. You will not be disappointed!!!

My quote beat out many of the other contractors I connected with prior to my call to CS1, they were on time, called if they had any questions and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend. My roof needed to be done immediately for insurance purposes and they got the job done within a day. Great service.

We had a really great experience with CS1 Remodeling. They were super responsive during the bidding process and provided an extensive image report regarding our roof condition. It was nice that they put the information in our hands, so we could make an informed decision. They got the job done quickly and seriously left our property cleaner than they found it. When I got home, I thought the landscaping company had stopped by it was so tidy! All around great job!

CS1 remove and replaced the architectural shingles on our house. They did an excellent job - including (1) protecting our garden to minimize damage to it, (2) carefully removing the old tiles and installing the new, including extra care on the flashing and trim, (3) cleaning up afterwards so that not even small bits of trash and tile were left, (4) arriving and finishing on time, and removing the dumpster immediately, and (5) keeping us apprised of the project as it progressed.
Now, two weeks after the install, we are as pleased with their work and the new roof as we were when the did it.
A great job well done.

I had CS1 Remodeling come out to replace my roof as part of having solar panels installed on my home.
My roofing quote included the statement-- Replace 38 sheets of plywood at a cost of $80 per sheet (if needed) for $3,040.

While the workers replaced less than 15 sheets of plywood, I was charged for all 38 panels. After 2 months of trying to get this resolved, the Area Manager for CS1 was to come out for this and other issues. No one EVER showed up or called. I have texted CS1 numerous times, with zero resolution.

They even scraped my brand new picture window and front railing. I had to have another company come out and do mold remediation in my attic as they did not even replace panels that should have been replaced. I also never received an itemized bill or warranty for the new roof.

VERY DISAPPOINTING and would NEVER recommend this company for anything.
